Abstract

The research addresses the limited availability of learning media supporting education for children with special needs, particularly intellectually disabled students. The study aimed to develop Smart Box media and evaluate its effectiveness in enhancing the learning of Indonesian and Science subjects for these children. Following the ADDIE model, the research employed a research and development (R&D) approach. Data collection included observation sheets, interview sheets, expert evaluations, and student questionnaire surveys. Media expert validation resulted in 83% validity, categorized as very valid, while content expert validation yielded 79%, categorized as valid. Student responses to the trial questionnaire indicated an 88% feasibility rating. The media's effectiveness in supporting learning was evidenced by pretest and posttest scores, which increased from an average of 58 to 86 after its use. In conclusion, the Smart Box media is deemed feasible, engaging, and effective for intellectually disabled students. This research contributes to the advancement of learning media for special needs education, providing a valuable resource for educators and stakeholders in enhancing the learning experience for these students.

Abstract

The management of UMKM in the Terungwetan village has not been optimal in marketing. One of the UMKM in the Terungwetan village, namely the Batik UMKM, has not yet provided optimal income. The purpose of this study is to increase income through improving the quality of human resources in managing village UMKM through digital marketing. The method used is to provide training in the form of lectures and tutorial learning to create accounts in digital media and manage digital media. The results obtained from this activity are, suggesting that the use of digital marketing can be followed up with regular guidance so that it can be optimal in supporting marketing activities and increasing business sales and being able to manage Human Resources (HR) as well as possible.

Abstract

ICT implementation is the application of information technology carried out in business to improve performance, maintain sustainability and gain competitive advantage. ICT implementation in this study is ICT infrastructure, ICT management and ICT proactive. ICT implementation in this study emphasizes the commitment to invest in information technology software and hardware. Then synergize ICT with its business processes. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 280 batik craftsmen in East Java, Indonesia. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires, and 264 questionnaires were returned and considered suitable for use as research data. Data were analyzed statistically with SEM PLS. The independent variables in this study are ICT infrastructure, ICT management, ICT proactive and ICT implementation and the dependent variable is competitive advantage. The results of the study found that there was a positive and strong relationship, both for direct and indirect relationships. ICT implementation provides positive and significant support as a moderator in the relationship between ICT infrastructure, ICT management, ICT proactive and competitive advantage. ICT implementation also has a positive and significant direct effect on competitive advantage. ICT is currently not only considered, but should be implemented for batik craftsmen for competitive advantage.

Abstract

Students perception is something that crucial to be understood by educators in order to shape a suitable appraches to use in class so the expected outcomes can be achieved. In responding to the recommedatioon of method that can be used in higher education level is Project Based Learning (PBL). This method concerns to activities that more students’ center and the process how the students providing solutions of the real problem faced by the industry or people in general by implementing their knowledge and critical thinking. So, this study is aimed to see how the students’ perceptions of the implementation of PBL in their classrooms. This study applied the descriptiove qualitative method by describing phenomena. Based on the questionnaire and interview done, it is found out that overall students have good perceptions toward the implementation of PBL, though there are some lacks related to the role of the educators and also the collaborative working among team members.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Until now, hypertension is still a global health problem because it is a silent killer disease. Health workers are figures who have an important role in providing examples of healthy living behavior but are often neglected in health checks, therefore research is needed in South Lampung to find out what risk factors are related to hypertension in health workers in South Lampung. This study aims to analyze factors related to the incidence of hypertension among health workers in South Lampung. This type of research uses observational analytics with a cross-sectional approach. Based on the results of the study, the frequency distribution of the prevalence of respondents based on female gender was 113 people (92.6%), most respondents were in the adult category (26-45 years), based on the results of blood pressure measurements, there were 66 people (54.1%) who did not experience hypertension, did not smoke as many as 117 people (95.9%), lacked fruit consumption as many as 119 people (97.5%), lacked vegetable consumption as many as 102 people (83.6%) and sufficient physical activity as many as 104 people (83.6%). There was no significant relationship between smoking, fruit consumption, vegetable consumption, physical activity, gender, age with the incidence of hypertension. There was no most dominant factor in the incidence of hypertension in health workers in South Lampung, but the variables smoking, physical activity, age and gender were confounding variables. There is no significant relationship between smoking, fruit consumption, vegetable consumption and physical activity on the incidence of hypertension in health workers.  Keywords: Risk Factors For Hypertension, Incident Of Hypertension, Health Workers  ABSTRAK Hingga saat ini hipertensi masih menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia karena merupakan penyakit the silent killer. Tenaga kesehatan merupakan sosok yang memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan contoh perilaku hidup sehat namun sering abai dalam pemeriksaan kesehatan, oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan penelitian di Lampung Selatan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko apa yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi pada tenaga kesehatan di Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalasis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada kalangan tenaga kesehatan di Lampung Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan distribusi frekuensi prevalensi responden berdasarkan jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 113 orang (92,6%), sebagian besar responden masuk kedalam kategori dewasa (26-45 tahun), berdasarkan hasil pengukuran tekanan darah yang dilakukan terdapat 66 orang (54,1%) tidak mengalami hipertensi, tidak merokok sebanyak 117 orang (95,9%), kurang konsumsi buah sebanyak 119 orang (97,5%), kurang konsumsi sayur sebanyak 102 orang (83,6%) dan cukup aktivitas fisik sebanyak 104 orang (83,6%). Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara merokok, konsumsi buah, konsumsi sayur, aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, usia dengan kejadian hipertensi. Tidak terdapat faktor paling dominan kejadian hipertensi pada tenaga kesehatan di Lampung Selatan, namun variabel merokok, aktivitas fisik usia dan jenis kelamin merupankan variabel confounding. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara merokok, konsumsi buah, konsumsi sayur, aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin dan usia terhadap keadian hipertensi pada tenaga kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Faktor Risiko Hipertensi, Kejadian Hipertensi, Tenaga Kesehatan

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah pintu utama untuk menyiapkan generasi masa depan dan mewujudkan cita-cita bangsa. Oleh sebab itu, pendidikan mengambil peranan penting dalam membentuk skill dan kemampuan baik melalui pembelajaran formal, non formal maupun informal sehingga bisa menunjang keterampilan dan kompetensi peserta didik dan mampu bersaing di dunia kerja. Pendidikan non formal sering kali dipilih untuk meningkatkan kualitas diri peserta didik karena berfokus pada praktik dan pengalaman. Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Surabaya Hotel School dipilih sebagai tempat penelitian karena sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan prinsip andragogi yang bisa diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan andragogi dan proses pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi. Pengumpulan, reduksi, penampilan, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan adalah proses yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip andragogi dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik. Hal ini dapat diketahui melalui: 1) Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang materi perhotelan dan hubungannya dengan kondisi lapangan kerja, 2) Kemampuan untuk melakukan praktik kerja dan menggunakan fasilitas yang tersedia, dan 3) Sikap selama di kelas sebagai gambaran sikap bekerja. Ada 3 capaian hasil yaitu: 1) Prinsip Andragogi dapat diimplementasikan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran, 2) Peningkatan kompetensi peserta didik di LKP Surabaya Hotel School, dan 3) Peningkatan kompetensi peserta didik LKP Surabaya Hotel School dengan mengimplementasikan prinsip andragogi.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) ini dilaksanakan bersama mitra Amor’s Kitchen, sebuah usaha kuliner di Malang yang memproduksi donat, brownies, dan berbagai jenis camilan. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mitra menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi, mereka menghadapi keterbatasan dalam strategi promosi, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan media sosial. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif mitra pada setiap tahap kegiatan. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan daya beli konsumen melalui pelatihan dan praktik langsung dalam pengembangan media sosial serta strategi promosi digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan akun media sosial, pelatihan fotografi dan videografi produk, serta pendampingan dalam implementasi konten promosi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra kini telah memiliki akun media sosial aktif, mampu memproduksi foto dan video secara mandiri, serta mulai mendapatkan interaksi positif dari calon pelanggan. Jumlah pengikut akun meningkat dan beberapa pesanan produk telah diterima melalui media sosial. Kegiatan tindak lanjut difokuskan pada konsistensi unggahan, penerapan iklan digital, pengelolaan data pelanggan, serta evaluasi efektivitas strategi promosi. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberdayakan Amor’s Kitchen untuk mengelola strategi promosi digital secara mandiri dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Copywriting is an important thing to do to increase the promotion carried out by Fiber to increase the sales of a product or service. The creativity produced in copywriting aims to invite readers to take action from a promotion. With the development of technology, copywriting is now not only presented in physical writing results but also becomes mandatory digitally to keep up with the development of online marketing communication media, such as social media and websites. The creativity of copywriting balanced with up-to-date communication media will be able to spearhead the advertising of a company or organization. The official website, which is generally an information medium, needs promotional writing like social media, in general, to make the official website an effective media utilization, an informative medium, and also a promotional communication medium between the website owner and stakeholders.

Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved are to describe the role of the classroom teacher in cultivating the religious character of elementary school students through religious programs and to describe what factors support and hinder the implementation of religious programs in cultivating religious character at Muhammadiyah 1 Krian Elementary School. is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study were Class V teachers as well (Heads of Islamic affairs). Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing steps. The results of the study show that the role of the classroom teacher in cultivating the religious character of students through religious programs includes the role of the teacher educating students to get used to reading the Koran for 1 hour before learning takes place. Second, the teacher sets an example in carrying out Duha, Dhuhr and Asr prayers in congregation at school. Third, the teacher guides in carrying out the memorization of the Qur'an. The supporting factors in cultivating students' religious character include support from parents, commitment with school members, and adequate facilities. While the inhibiting factors include different student backgrounds, lack of student awareness, and student environment or association. Keywords: Teacher's Role, Religious Character, Religious Program

Abstract

Abstrak: Media pembelajaran yang mampu menunjang pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah masih sangat kurang. penelitian ini dengan tujuan menghasilkan media pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus berupa media Smart Box dan mengetahui kelayakannya agar dapat digunakan oleh anak berkebutuhan khusus terutama anak yang masuk kategori tuna grahita dalam belajar materi Bahasa Indonesia dan IPA dengan lebih efektif dan menarik. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementasi, Evaluasi dengan jenis penelitian research & development (RnD) dengan instrument penelitian lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, lembar angket ahli media dan materi, dan angket kuisioner untuk siswa. Hasil uji validitas ahli media menunjukan presentase sebesar 83% dengan kategori sangat layak dan validitas ahli materi dengan presentase sebesar 79% dengan kategori layak. Daya tarik media dapat dilihat dari angket uji coba yang di jawab oleh siswa dengan hasil presentase sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat layak. Keefektifan media dalam menunjang pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pretest sebesar 58 setelah menggunakan media didapat hasil posttest sebesar 86. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media smart box dikatakan layak, menarik dan efektif digunakan oleh siswa tuna grahita.Abstract: There is still a lack of learning media that is able to support learning for children with special needs at school. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of producing learning media for children with special needs in the form of Smart Box media and knowing its feasibility so that it can be used by children with special needs, especially children who fall into the mentally retarded category in learning Indonesian language and science material more effectively and attractively. The type of research used is development using the ADDIE model with five stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation with research & development (RnD) types with observation sheet research instruments, interview sheets, media and material expert questionnaire sheets, and questionnaire questionnaires for students. The results of the media expert validity test showed a percentage of 83% in the very feasible category and the validity of the material expert with a percentage of 79% in the feasible category. The effectiveness and attractiveness of the media can be seen from the trial questionnaire which was answered by students with a percentage of 88% in the very decent category. The effectiveness of the media in supporting learning can be seen from the pretest results of 64% after using the media the posttest results obtained by 87%. It can be concluded that smart box media is said to be feasible, interesting and effective for use by students with intellectual disabilities.
