Abstract

The member of Family Empowerment for Welfare (PKK) at RT 05 RW 03 Cepiring Village, Cepiring Sub-District, Kendal Regency currently (October 2018) is 20 people. They are conducting productive economic activities on batik, snacks (cookie and pastry), ginger drink, catering, tailoring, grocery and accessories. 60% of the total members are engaging in food field. Semarang University Community service team has conducted PKM (Community Partnership Program) avtivities using funds from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, specifically for the food business. The problems faced by the group members such as: production and packaging, finance and marketing. The offered solution is to increase production and good product packaging, to provide assistance tools, to provide understanding on finance field and good marketing. The service methods performed including Evaluating Business Activities, Training and Counselling, Monitoring. Activities evaluation was performed both before implementation fo service to the community, The service result indicated that both quantity and quality of production have increased. As an illustration of this service result, a new oven can increase total production in one process up to 4 (four) times higher than used old oven. Bisides, new tools namely vacuum, sealer and spiners can improve the production quality. Furthermore, the understanding of financial and marketing fields still needs further assistance.

Abstract

A survey was conducted to test and analyze the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic A survey was conducted to test and analyze the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance and satisfaction as a mediating variable on B.L.U.D employees at RA Kartini Hospital, Jepara Regency. The problem faced by RSUD RA Kartini Jepara Regency is that the Work Performance of B.L.U.D employees has not met the hospital's target. The survey was conducted and used quantitative procedures and analyzed and used SmartPLS 4. The community studied in this survey was all B.L.U.D employees at the R,A Kartini Hospital, Jepara Regency, totaling 410 employees. the sample used was 203 employees and the sample determination in this survey used Non Probability Sampling and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership traits and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee work performance. Satisfaction with work is able to mediate the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance. Following the Adjusted R Square value explains that transformational leadership characteristics, intrinsic motivation and a satisfied attitude at work affect employee work performance by 0.667 or 66.7% and the rest is explained by other variables outside the survey.

Abstract

This research aims to determine factors that can improve employee performance at the Semarang Candisari Pratama Tax Service Office. The independent variable in this research is mutation and the dependent variable is employee performance with normative commitment and extrinsic motivation as mediating variables. This research uses quantitative methods using questionnaires to collect the required data. The sample in this study was 72 employees taken using the census sampling method. The analysis used was structural equation model (SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this research show that mutation and normative commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance, but extrinsic motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Mutations have also been proven to influence normative commitment and extrinsic motivation. The normative commitment variable functions to mediate the relationship between mutation and employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil seacara kualitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang. Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan oleh karyawan Puskesmas Donorojo dilihat dari kinerja karyawanya, kinerja yang baik akan berdampak pada kepedulian terhadap kesehatan pasien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan budaya organsasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai intervening. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan dengan variabel intervening OCB.  Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah  menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan OCB sebagai intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work culture, competence, and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Atalian Global Service at SMC RS Telogorejo. This research is a type of explanatory research. The population in this study is employees of PT. Atalian Global Service at SMC Telogorejo Hospital which totals 103 people. The analysis tool used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that work culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Work culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Di era industri 4.0 dan pasca pandemi Covid-19, digital marketing menjadi strategi alternatif penting untuk mengatasi dampak ekonomi negatif di Indonesia, khususnya dalam pemasaran produk. Ini memudahkan pengawasan dan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Digital marketing juga memudahkan konsumen mencari informasi produk. Namun, banyak UKM belum memanfaatkan sepenuhnya. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengadian Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dalam menggunakan pemasaran digital melalui penggunaan ponsel Android pada Masyarakat UKM Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul-Kecamatan Pedurang-Kota Semarang. Pelaksanaan ini dilaksanakan dalam dua bentuk. Pertama, dengan pendekatan teoritis yang diterapkan dalam materi pengabdian yang berfokus pada memperluas strategi pemasaran secara digital agar bisnis dapat mencapai kesuksesan. Dan kedua melalui praktik menggunakan ponsel android untuk menciptakan identitas merek, desain logo, mengelola akun media sosial, dan membuat website. dilakukan melalui media online dimana proses menjual dan berkomunikasi dengan calon pembeli dilakukan melalui platform digital. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu peningkatan pemahaman dalam pemasaran digital, serta memiliki semangat untuk mencapai kesuksesan.

Abstract

Mico Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role in stability, job creation and economic development of the nation. Thus, MSMEs need to acquire the attention of all parties by paying attention to the potential that exists in each region especially in the era of Asean Economic Community (AEC). This research is generally aimed to describe: MSMEs Strategy in facing AEC. This research uses descriptive explorative approach by analyzing MSMEs strategy in facing AEC. The survey was conducted on five featured clusters of MSMEs in Semarang City namely batik cluster, food processing cluster, handicraft cluster, tourism cluster and milkfish cluster. The population of this study consists of MSMEs entrepreneurs who joined MSMEs clusters in the city of Semarang. Selection of Semarang city as a research location is determined based on the consideration of economic development plan aspect especially in the field of trade. Determination of the MSMEs entrepreneur samples is done purposively based on the consideration of homogeneity and real condition of MSMEs clusters in Semarang City. The number of employer samples is 78 people. Data obtained from the field of research are analyzed descriptively by using Internal-External Matrix model. This study resulted in the conclusion that to face the era of AEC, the appropriate strategies for MSMEs in Semarang city is the strategy of growth through horizontal integration.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, coupled with climate change repercussions, has gravely impacted global economies, notably the MSMEs in Kelurahan Meteseh. These MSMEs, which play key roles in local tourism and cuisine, struggle with energy and capital issues. This community service program addresses these challenges by implementing a green economic ecosystem for these SMEs, leveraging digital platforms, and promoting environmentally friendly business operations. Methodologically, the project encompassed preparation, technology deployment and installation, technology transfer, and mentoring. To address these issues, a community service program introduced Eco-Crowdinvesting green business technology with solar panels to help MSMEs recover sustainably. Solar panels and the Eco-Crowdinvesting platform reduce operational costs, improve finance, and strengthen MSMEs, making energy affordable for them. In line with national digital and green economy strategies, this program gives MSMEs access to solar power and an innovative financing platform, strengthening their economic resilience, promoting sustainable business practices, and increasing environmental awareness.

Abstract

PT. Bintang Borneo Metalindo Banjarmasin who interact directly with the leadership, it can be concluded that the leadership applies a transformational leadership style. However, the implementation of this leadership style is not optimal. The leadership has not fully utilized the appeal and charisma in inspiring vision and enthusiasm, and is lacking in helping to solve problems, paying attention to the individual needs of employees, and providing training and advice. The leadership's busyness with company affairs makes time to share and provide motivation limited.This research method, the researcher must first decide on the research method to be used. The research method is the approach chosen by the researcher to achieve the research objectives. Based on this, this study uses the census method, which means that the entire population consisting of 67 people is taken as the object of research. To collect the necessary data, this study uses several techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, and observations.Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: Transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Bintang Borneo Metalindo Banjarmasin. Work discipline has a significant and positive effect on motivation at PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, physical work zone, and work compliance on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, with a case study at PT Pertamina Marine Solutions in the Semarang and Cilacap areas. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method implemented through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were all TKJP employees of PT Pertamina Marine Solutions, and samples were taken randomly with 107 respondents. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on the questionnaires used. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with hypothesis testing and intervening tests assisted by the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results of the study indicate that competence has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction and performance. In addition, job satisfaction has been proven to be able to mediate the influence of competence and work compliance on employee performance. Thus, the higher the competence and work compliance of employees, the better their performance level, especially if supported by an optimal level of job satisfaction.
