Abstract

The research aim is to know how and the obstacles that occur in the implementation of Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) at PT Jasa Raharja South Sulawesi branch. The type of research used is qualitative, which is The researcher described the results of observations and direct interviewed with PKBL sub-part. This research was conducted in March to May 2018. The results showed that the implementation of the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) at PT Jasa Raharja South Sulawesi branch, consist of: 1.General repair help advice, such as portable and hand scoon, 2.Health assistance, such as the provision of masks, hand sanitizers, hand soaps and tools personal health protection, 3.Assistance for religious facilities, such as mosque renovation,4.Social assistance, such as food distribution, 5. Nature conservation, like planting mangroves. While the obstacles were faced n the implementation of Partnership and Community programs are: 1.refundrate loan is still low from partners, 2. Lack of human resources to distribute of assistance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, application of discipline, and additional income on employee performance at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Takalar Regency. The type of research used is quantitative, which is a method used to answer research problems related to data in the form of numbers and statistical programs. The research was conducted from April to July 2021. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance, discipline had a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance, and additional income had a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance because t count for the three independent variables is greater than t table. As for the F table value generated in this study is 2.859, while the calculated F value in the simultaneous test is 44, 633 which means the calculated F value > F table. In the next measurement it is known that the resulting significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. So, based on the results of testing and decision making in simultaneous testing, it can be concluded that the independent variables consisting of leadership style, discipline, and additional income simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem serta efektivitas pengadaan barang dan jasa di Yayasan Hadji Kalla dan juga mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat efektivitas pengadaan barang dan jasa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Melalui metode ini, peneliti akan menganalisis data yang didapatkaan dari lapangan dengan detail yang didukung dengan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan barang dan jasa di Yayasan Hadji Kalla menggunakan sistem online yang dinamakan dengan aplikasi pengadaan dan pembayaran sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Yayasan Hadji Kalla. Adapun faktor-faktor yang menghambat pengadaan barang dan jasa yaitu trouble system, sistem persetujuan di pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan yang mempunyai double job sehingga pengadaan biasa terbengkalai, pembayaran serta keterlambatan pengiriman barang. Akan tetapi, berdasarkan data-data pengadaan barang dan jasa yang telah tercapai dan terealisasikan pada tahun 2021 serta faktor-faktor yang menghambat pengadaan barang dan jasa dapat diatasi, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pengadaan barang dan jasa di Yayasan Hadji kalla sudah efektif dan berjalan dengan baik.
