Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah memungkinkan orang bercocok tanam tidak di atas lahan tanah. Rumah tanpa halaman atau pekarangan pun masih bisa menyalurkan hobi bertanamnya. Secara prinsip, bertanam merupakan kegiatan memberikan nutrisi bagi tanaman. Nutrisi ini terdiri dari berbagai unsure mineral yang dibutuhkan tanaman. Namun jumlah nutrisi ini hanya sekitar 10 persen dari kebutuhan tanaman. Selebihnya tanaman banyak membutuhkan air. Pembahasan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pembuatan sistem pakar rule-based untuk permasalahan defisiensi nutrisi pada tanaman hidroponik. Pembuatan sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining, yaitu proses inferensi yang memulai pencarian dari premis atau data menuju pada konklusi. Permasalahan pada menanam secara hidroponik ini yang dibahas tentang defisiensi nutrisi pada tanaman hidroponik. Tujuan dari software ini adalah membuat sistem pakar yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosa dari gejala-gejala defisiensi nutrisi yang akhirnya memperoleh diagnosa dan cara penanggulangannya. Pembuatan sistem pakar ini dilakukan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: menganalisa permasalahan tentang defisiensi tanaman hidroponik dengan melibatkan para pakar atau ahli, mengimplementasikan desain dalam program komputer dan melakukan uji coba.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infection caused by acid-fast bacilli (AFB). Tuberculosis is an infectious disease apat affect anyone over the air. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease berbahaya.Tuberculosis a chronic or chronic disease that can strike between the age of 15-35 years. How to diagnose tuberculosis is by way of the expert of experts interviewed then test sputum samples using a lab to determine the positive or negative tuberculosis disease so it takes a long time. Therefore it takes an expert system with Bayesian methods to facilitate the penykit diagnosing tuberculosis. This expert system developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as well as by using Microsoft Access 2010 database.

Abstract

Scheduling is one of the important things in any company such as PT. Invilon sagita currently have employees reaches hundreds of people so that employees who handle scheduling of employees experience difficulty in because of the number of employees is too much. Constraints in the natural is a very long time so it is necessary a method in solving the problem. In this study using Lagert Recusiv First (RLF) in the preparation of Karawan scheduling with visual studio 2010. program based on those already in the test results with the number of employees by 5 people RLF method can resolve employee scheduler quickly.

Abstract

Malaria is a deadly disease. The disease is caused by a virus that is transmitted through the bite plasmadium Anopheles mosquito tropics. , Indonesia is an area that has a tropical climate so that malaria prevalent in Indonesia. Many public cloud lack of knowledge about the symptoms of malaria because malaria disease symptoms similar to the usual feverish illness. If the disease is not handled seriously can lead to death. From the above explanation makes the excuse needed one expert system that can help people diagnose malaria by looking at symptoms, and later this expert system can explain and diagnose whether a disease malaria or not. In the expert system there are several methods used to menagani a problem. Abstract

This study examines how to design an application for the Deli Serdang Civil Service Police Unit in order to Facilitate the Process of Determining Salaries employee. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it Easier for the Office to Determine the determination of employee Salaries so that it is faster and more accurate. The SAW method certainly uses a more Appropriate assessment Because it is based on a criterion value of a predetermined preference weight. With the existence of accurate the data will be Able to minimize the time wasted and Be Able to use the system that is being designed. Data managed in the Office still uses Excel so that in its implementation the the data is still vulnerable to being scattered and the possibility of vulnerability to damage and loss of data.

Abstract

Honorary employee performance appraisal on the Department of Public Works and Spatial Deli Serdang conducted on 10 honorary staff as samples of employee performance appraisal of data as material for consideration of the continuation of the cooperative relationship for the future budget. Components of employee performance appraisal onconducted on 10 honorary staff as samples of employee performance appraisal of data as material for consideration of the continuation of the cooperative relationship for the future budget. Components of employee performance appraisal on the Department of Public Works and Spatial Deli Serdang namely work performance, performance quantity, performance discipline, cooperation, and commitment. Problems with the employee performance appraisal process that occur due to unclear criteria and weight of the appraisal. A method in the decision support system can help the optimal decision making process that is TOPSIS method in Determining the performance appraisal of honorary employees. There are three employee performance weights, the which are very good, good, and quite good, from 10 employees Categorized by performance appraisal, after being applied with the TOPSIS method, Joko Suprapto Obtained value = 0.8394 and Suhendra value = 0.7862 both honorary employees are Categorized by assessment very good performance.

The mechanism of this program works with the Certainty Factor method, while the method used in this research is to collect information about the generator damage from experts systematically compiled into a database on a computer where the database will Determine the solution of the facts. facts on the generator sets entered into this program. The test results of this program will provide a solution to the user quickly intervening after the user Provides information to the program about the state of the generator that is interrupted or damaged.
