Abstract

Infrastruktur jalan memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung bidang ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Pembangunan dan pemeliharaan jalan yang baik akan sangat membantu masyarakat dalam mobilitas sehari-hari dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan. Maka, jalan-jalan yang rusak dan jalan-jalan di pedesaan perlu dilakukan pengaspalan. Tujuan daripada sistem ini ialah membantu pihak dinas pekerjaan umum Deli Serdang untuk menentukan lokasi atau pun daerah mana yang jalannya akan di prioritaskan untuk di aspal terlebih dahulu sehingga pihak dinas pekerjaan umum Deli Serdang lebih cepat dan mudah dalam menentukan atau pun mengambil keputusan. Hasil yang akan di capai ialah semakin cepat dalam pengambilan keputusan jalan mana yang akan di prioritaskan,  maka semakin cepat pula pengerjaan proyek pengaspalan tersebut, mengingat waktu untuk pengaspalan memakan waktu yang lama, karena masih banyak lagi jalan-jalan daerah yang akan di aspal selanjutnya. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process merupakan pilihan yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi dengan nilai terdekat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian 5 data jalan didapat jalan dengan persentase 85% adalah yang tepat. Maka, metode ini cocok digunakan dalam prioritas jalan yang akan di aspal.

Abstract

In carrying out the process of the Fourier Phase Only Synthetic method on two images, the observer must get the impression as if seeing the image changes its form to an intermediate form before turning into a destination image. These changes must occur regularly and consistently to achieve the goal image. This sharpening system is one of the systems that aim to process this transformation in many forms used in applications in the fields of entertainment, computer animation, scientific visualization, and education. The sharpening system on the 3-dimensional image-side aims to identify image patterns. The image quality is good if it has good contrast and can describe the structure of ridges and valleys clearly. From the implementation of the Fourier Phase Only Synthesis Analysis, using the main parameters of Ridge Orientation Image, it has been successfully obtained the results of image improvement. Improvement of this side of the image will greatly help to improve the quality of the extraction of 3-dimensional images, by determining the value of constants to get the best results.

Abstract

PT. Sagami Indonesia setiap tahunnya menyelenggarakan pemilihan calon pimpinan (leader) untuk di setiap bagian (sector), yaitu karyawan yang telah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam penetapan calon pimpinan (leader) di PT. Sagami Indonesia maka dibutuhkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang mampu memberikan solusi alternatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam SPK Pemilihan Pimpinan menggunakan Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) untuk pembobotan kriteria. Perancangan SPK Pemilihan Pimpinan menggunakan model Waterfall. Model Watefall terdiri atas tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. SPK menggunakan 4 jenis hak akses (roles) yaitu Administrator, Manajemen, Kepala Produksi dan Pimpinan Perusahaan. Keluaran sistem disajikan dalam bentuk hasil angka perhitungan MAUT yang dapat dipertimbangkan lebih lanjut oleh pihak pengambil keputusan

Abstract

Currently, the government has received special attention to advance the economy and human resources of the village community through the regulation of the village minister, development of disadvantaged areas and transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia number 19 of 2017 concerning the prioritization of using village funds, therefore attention to supervising development in villages is very necessary to ensure that the development in the village is right on target and takes into account the priority needs of the village, as stated in Permendes Number 19 of 2017 CHAPTER II Article 3 concerning the determination of priority for the use of funds. The purpose of this research is to carry out the government's appeal on increasing community participation in the implementation and development of the village in accordance with the government's appeal for supervision of village funds as stipulated in Permendes Number 19 of 2017 so that development in villages prioritizes more urgent community interests and justice for all villagers without distinction. -different, a decision support system is needed to support this activity to be better and more efficient.The stages of the method in the research are direct field visits, namely the village of Jati Baru, kecamatan merbau, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, conducting interviews with the village head, village officials and local villagers in order to obtain information related to this research then look for references and literature studies through research journals, laws, government regulations, and other matters relevant to this research, then apply the Weigthed Sum method. The model is a method of solving problems, designing systems, building systems, testing systems and implementing a decision support system for determining development priorities in Jati Baru Village, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The results of this study are the decision support system for determining development priorities in the village and the system is proven to be able to solve the problem of determining development priorities in the village based on predetermined alternatives and criteria.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effectiveness of applying the Profile Matching method in determining community empowerment programs in Desa S1 Jati Baru. Desa S1 Jati Baru, a village in the Pagar Merbau sub-district of Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, faces several development challenges. In this context, this research considers the Profile Matching method as a potential approach to formulate more relevant and sustainable empowerment programs. The study employs a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with various stakeholders in Desa S1 Jati Baru. The collected data is then analyzed using content analysis methods to identify the community's needs, aspirations, and potential. The research findings indicate that the Profile Matching method provides a deeper understanding of the needs and aspirations of the Desa S1 Jati Baru community. Based on the generated profile, various empowerment programs that better match the community's characteristics and needs were identified, with the development of agricultural MSMEs emerging as the best option with the highest total score of 2.36. This program received high scores on core factors, indicating that it is highly suitable for the community's educational background, with most residents being vocational high school graduates, and has great potential to increase the village's income.

Abstract

Petugas pemadam kebakaran adalah orang yang bertugas dalam melakukan pemadaman api pada peristiwa kebakaran. Tidak hanya melakukan pemadaman, seorang petugas kebakaran juga memiliki tanggung jawab dalam hal penyelamatan. Selama ini penilaian kinerja petugas damkar pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang masih menggunakan cara yang manual yang mana hanya melihat keadaan dilapangan saja sehingga dirasa kurang efektif. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang mana sistem tersebut mampu membantu Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja petugas Damkar terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) merupakan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi yang dapat menghasilkan berbagai alternatif keputusan dalam membantu pemimpin saat menangani berbagai permasalahan baik semi terstruktur maupun tidak terstruktur dengan data dan model [1]. Metode Weighted Product (WP) merupakan salah satu metode penyelesaian yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product maka dapat ditentukan hasil kinerja petugas damkar terbaik pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

Abstract

The research conducted through community service aims to develop artificial intelligence (AI)-based software capable of detecting students' emotions at SMKS Methodist 8 in real time, as an effort to support teachers in implementing a more adaptive and responsive learning approach. This system is designed by integrating facial recognition and emotional expression analysis through a camera, which is then processed using the Certainty Factor method to determine the confidence level of the detected emotional classification. This approach allows the system to generate emotional diagnoses with a reliable degree of confidence, based on predefined parameters. Test results have shown that the software is capable of detecting several basic emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger, and neutrality with an adequate level of accuracy. The implementation of this system in classrooms is expected to assist teachers in quickly identifying students’ emotional states, allowing learning strategies to be adjusted accordingly to improve the effectiveness of the learning process. Therefore, this technology offers an innovative solution in supporting the improvement of education quality through an approach that focuses on individual students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas audit internal dengan menggunakan metode pengelompokan untuk menganalisis aset tetap berbasis objek. Pengelompokan aset yang kurang optimal berdasarkan atribut terkait, termasuk umur ekonomis, nilai buku, lokasi, dan jenis aset, merupakan masalah yang dihadapi dalam audit internal aset tetap. Dalam penelitian ini, data aset tetap dari suatu instansi dikelompokkan menggunakan teknik K-Means berdasarkan kesamaan atribut. Laporan keuangan internal tiga tahun sebelumnya menyediakan data tersebut. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa kelompok aset dengan risiko penyusutan berlebih dan potensi kerugian aset yang tinggi dapat diidentifikasi menggunakan metode pengelompokan. Untuk menjamin kelangsungan operasional dan keakuratan laporan keuangan, aset tetap merupakan sumber daya krusial yang perlu dikelola dan dicatat dengan tepat. Pelaporan dan pencatatan aset tetap yang tidak akurat dapat memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan manajerial dan hasil audit internal. Melalui analisis berorientasi objek dan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen aset tetap, proyek ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses audit internal. Metode ini mencakup analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan model berbasis Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan implementasi awal melalui simulasi perancangan sistem. Auditor internal dapat lebih mudah mengikuti, melacak, dan memvalidasi setiap transaksi yang melibatkan aset tetap karena desain sistem ini yang lebih modular, adaptif, dan berorientasi objek. Untuk memfasilitasi audit yang lebih cepat dan tepat, studi ini menyarankan agar sistem informasi dikembangkan lebih lanjut hingga mencapai implementasi berbasis desktop atau web yang lengkap.

Abstract

The difficulty in understanding individual characteristics based on palm lines is still an attraction in the context of education and technology-based experiments. This study aims to develop an educational application that is able to detect palm lines using a laptop camera, then predict certain characters or conditions based on the input. This system is built using the Certainty Factor (CF) method to provide certainty-based inferences on the visual symptoms of the detected palm lines. The process begins with taking a picture of the hand directly through the camera, followed by detection of main lines such as the life line, head line, and heart line using simple image processing techniques. After that, the system will display symptom-based questions related to the shape of the visible palm lines, then calculate the certainty value of the inference results using CF. This application is non-commercial and was developed as an educational tool to introduce the basic concepts of expert systems and Python-based visual processing. The system has successfully detected major palm lines with an accuracy of 80% under standard lighting conditions, and produced predictive results with certainty values that matched expected outcomes in over 70% of test cases. This demonstrates the potential of the CF method in processing visual data for educational inference. The system functions reliably as an educational tool, successfully demonstrating how certainty-based logic can be applied to simple visual data, and has been well-received in testing scenarios for learning purposes.
