Katarak merupakan penyebab utama gangguan penglihatan dan kebutaan di Indonesia. Saat ini kebutaan di Indonesia yang disebabkan mata katarak mencapai 30% pada umumnya berusia 50 tahun, sehingga hal ini menjadi hal yang layak untuk di teliti. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin canggih dan kurangnya tenaga ahli dibidang mata sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pakar yang mampu menyamai dengan ahli pakar dengan harapan dapat membantu masyarakat agar lebih awal mengetahui tentang penyakit mata katarak sebelum menderita penyakit mata katarak. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit katarak yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Certainty Factor dimana metode CF menunjukan nilai kepastian dari suatu fakta yang belum pasti dan memperoleh tingkat persentase dengan nilai 95% sehingga dengan adanya metode Certainty Factor dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui masing- masing pada setiap gejala.

Information technology as a tool in the quality of manpower one of the world of government in the village, especially in the field of village-owned enterprises which are still doing work with the manual system. In addition, where it really needs a decision support system to help human resources in utilizing technology to run a process quickly and efficiently. The approach to find the value of attribute weights, namely approaching the existence of subjective, objective approaches and approaches of integration between subjective and objective. Decision Support System Implementation with Simple Additive Weighting Method can be used to determine the granting of loans to members of BUMDes Maju Bersama by entering in the form of alternative data and then entering the weight value seen in the existing criteria, so that it can produce the calculation value and the ranking of the prospective loan recipient. This draft will show the final results of each member who will borrow funds, and the highest rating can be said of the members who will receive loan assistance, the lowest rating will be given the opportunity to make decisions later to receive loan assistance.

Expert System in determining the type of disease in animals is very promising, but what needs to be watched is when the disease that attacks the animal is a malignant disease that even leads to death caused by viruses, weather changes, and how to care for these animals. The benefits of diagnosing diseases in animals are expected for animal lovers to be able to overcome animal diseases without having to go to PeetShop. Then we need an expert system in determining the disease using the certainty factor method because it is accurate, fast, and precise in diagnosing the disease in accordance with the symptoms of the disease.

Abstrak: Hingga saat ini virus Corona masih mengkhawatirkan sementara obatnya belum ditemukan. Covid-19 mulai menjadi perhatian masyarakat dunia setelah Januari 2020. Berbagai aspek dan bidang kehidupan manusia mengalami dampak yang sangat besar akibat dari penyebaran dari virus ini, Indonesia salah satu negara yang mengalami dampak tersebut. Salah satu sektor vital yang ditutup karena dianggap rentan untuk penyabaran dari Covid-19 ini adalah sektor pendidikan. Perusahaan raksasa Google memberikan fasiltias pembelajaran bagi siswa yaitu Google classroom. Tujuan pengabdian kepada mayarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman siswa SMP KEMALA BHAYANGKARI 1 MEDAN dalam menggunakan Google classroom sebagai media pembelelajaran daring. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Students Participatory Appraisal (SPA): 1) Perencanaan 2) Pelaksanaan dan 3) Evaluasi. Dari 73 orang siswa kelas 7 SMP Kemala Bhayankari I Medan yang memahami penggunaan GC sebelum pelatihan sebanyak 6 orang siswa atau setara dengan 8,21%. Setelah dilaksanakan pelatihan jumlah siswa yang memahami penggunaan GC meningkat menjadi 59 orang siswa atau setara dengan 80,82%. Kegiatan ini sebagai perwujudan dari salah satu tridharma perguruan tinggi yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Abstract: Until now coronavirus is still worrying while the cure has not been found. Covid-19 began to become the attention of the world community after January 2020. Various aspects and areas of human life are experiencing a huge impact as a result of the spread of this virus, Indonesia is one of the countries that experienced the impact. One of the vital sectors that are closed because it is considered vulnerable to the spread of Covid-19 is the education sector. Giant company Google provides students with a learning facility called Google classroom. The purpose of this community service is to improve the ability and understanding of students of SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan in using Google classroom as a medium of online learning. The implementation method in this activity is Students Participatory Appraisal (SPA): 1) Planning 2) Implementation and 3) Evaluation. Of the 73 grade 7 students of SMP Kemala Bhayankari I Medan who understood the use of GC before training as many as 6 students or equivalent to 8.21%. After the training, the number of students who understood GC usage increased to 59 students or equivalent to 80.82%. This activity is the embodiment of one of the tridharma of higher education, namely community service. Â

Email has become very popular among people nowadays. In fact, it the cheapest, popular and fastest means of communication in recent times. Email also has become official communication media in business area. The popularity of email is also used by irresponsible people as a medium for sending fake news, as a medium for fraud and so on. We call this kind email as spam email. There are dangerous and not dangerous spam email. We will focus on detection dangerous spam email, there are 2 type dangerous spam email. The first is email Phishing: Phishing is a term used to define fraudulent practices in which spammers try to trick victims. This can be detrimental to the person who receives these emails. And this kind email may deliver massively and very disturbing the email user. This research will try to find better preprocessing text technique to support the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm with 3 class (ham, phishing and fraud) to classify kind of email, it is hoped that it can help users more accurately classify spam emails. To be able to do that, in preprocessing data we need to vectorizing body email so machine learning can make calculation. Vectorization enables the machines to understand the textual contents by converting them into meaningful numerical representations. The effectiveness of various text vectorization methods, namely the bag of word, TF-IDF and word2vec are investigated for email spam detection using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes. The paper presents the comparative analysis of different vectorization methods on spam email dataset. This paper will give the best vectorization with Multinomial Naive Bayes.

Kerahasiaan dan keamanan data merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam komunikasi, baik untuk tujuan keamanan bersama maupun untuk privasi individu, sehingga perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini telah mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia. Pada Badan Pengelola Pendapatan dan Retribusi Daerah Sumatera Utara (BP2RD SU) SAMSAT Sei Rampah masih sangat minim pengamanan terhadap suatu file karena setiap data tidak hanya disimpan dalam satu komputer dan jika diperlukan file tersebut akan disalin kepada siapa saja yang meminta berkas. Dengan begitu file tersebut tidak lagi terjamin keamanan dan kerahasiaannya. Siapapun dapat dengan mudah mengambil file dengan menyalin dan salah satu caranya adalah enkripsi atau enkripsi data. Sedangkan RC6 dapat memecah blok 128 bit menjadi 4 blok 32 bit dan algoritma ini dapat bekerja dengan 4 register 32 bit A, B, C dan D, maka analisis pada RC5 menunjukkan bahwa jumlah putaran yang terjadi pada RC5 tidak sepenuhnya tergantung pada data yang terkandung dalam blok. Selain itu, serangan differential cryptanalysis juga terbukti mampu menembus keamanan yang ditawarkan RC6.

Typhoid is still a disease that is often suffered by people in Indonesia, especially children. But on the other hand the lack of attention from the public to this typhus disease and the lack of knowledge about the early symptoms of typhus causes the general public to be susceptible to the disease. Lack of experts to handle typhus in health centers, especially health centers located far from the city. This of course has an impact on delays in handling patients with typhoid. To overcome this problem, appropriate action is needed to diagnose typhus in these children. An expert system using the Forward Chaining method for diagnosing typhoid in children is the best solution for recognizing the symptoms of typhoid in children as early as possible, knowing the causes of the disease and how to control it. In making this system, it takes experts who are experts in the field of typhus and children to get accurate data regarding information on typhoid in children. This typhoid diagnosis expert system is designed using the web-based PHP programming language. The design of the knowledge base in this system is made dynamically to make it easier to manage data such as adding, changing and deleting data.
