Abstract

Halal certification is an obligation for MSME players in Indonesia. In accordance with government directives in Government Regulation Number 39 of 2021 which requires MSMEs to have halal certification from 17 October 2019 to 17 October 2024. After 17 October 2024, actors who do not have halal certification will receive sanctions from the government. The problem that occurs in the community related to the small number of MSMEs that carry out halal certification is the lack of knowledge and information regarding the process and flow of applying for halal certification for MSMEs, making MSMEs unable to carry out halal certification. The implementation of this community service was carried out in Sukamukti Village by holding a socialisation and assistance program for Free Halal Certification (SEHATI) for MSMEs in Sukamukti Village. The method of implementing this activity uses a training method to introduce new things to the community followed by the implementation of halal certification assistance. The conclusion in this mentoring activity runs smoothly. Overall, MSMEs that can be certified halal are Warung Seblak which focuses on food through a self-declaration programme. Halal certification shows positive results, including having an impact on increasing partner turnover.

Abstract

Bibliometriks is a method of quantitatively analyzing scientific literature to identify publication patterns, authors, and keywords relevant to a field of research. The VOSviewer tool helps in mapping collaboration networks, identifying research trends, and evaluating the impact of scientific work. Analysis of problems related to bibliometrik analysis studies has never been maximized by lecturers and students of Universitas Islam 45. This problem is due to the lack of information, understanding, and clinical skills about analysis applications using VOSviewer. The service method applies the method of training and community assistance through the delivery of question and answer material and discussion as well as implementation practices with assistance. The results of the bibliometrik training service are increased knowledge, motivation and research interest of lecturers and students in competing and interacting with other research at the global and even international levels. Bibliometrik training can also inspire new research ideas and encourage collaboration between researchers. Bibliometrik training equipped with attractive visualizations can contribute to improving the quality of research and strengthening the position of Universitas Islam 45 as an active institution in producing quality scientific work.

Abstract

The current era demands that all aspects of engineering be carried out automatically, including creating technical drawings, which were previously done manually, now being replaced with drawings using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, which offers automatic drawings. This problem impacts the industrial world, which requires skilled workers in the field of design. In the manufacturing industry, Catia V5 is widely used in product designs because it is faster and easier to use than paper and drawing tools. This Catia V5 Software training aims to improve students' 2D and 3D drawing abilities. This activity was done online in 6 meetings via the Zoom Meeting application. The impact of the success of this program is in the form of increasing students' knowledge and understanding of 2D and 3D sketching via Catia V5 and being able to operate the features of Catia V5.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of profitability and liquidity on corporate zakat (Islamic almsgiving) for Islamic Commercial Banks in the period of 2021-2023 in Indonesia. The population of this study consists of Islamic Commercial Banks operating in Indonesia. The research employs purposive sampling as the sampling method. After selection, the sample includes four Islamic Commercial Banks: Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. This research follows a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis, and the analysis is conducted using SPSS. The research results indicate that the profitability variables, proxied by Return On Equity (ROE) and the Operating Expenses to Operating Income Ratio (BOPO), and the liquidity variable, proxied by Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), collectively have a positive and significant impact on corporate zakat. In partial testing, the Profitability variable, which is proxied by Return On Equity (ROE), has a significant positive influence on the company's zakat expenditure, while the Operating Costs, Operating Income (BOPO) has no effect on the company's zakat expenditure, and the Liquidity variable, which is proxied by the Financing to Deposit Ratio. (FDR) has a significant negative effect on company zakat expenditure. This explains how the profitability and liquidity of Islamic banks can affect their social obligations in paying corporate zakat, which is an important aspect of the Islamic economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

It is difficult for some communities to obtain corporate funding under these conditions, due to a lack of financial literacy and uneven distribution of financial institutions. In addition, the low level of literacy and understanding of the community contributes to the community's decision to borrow money from Bank Emok. The community service team used the community education method in conducting education or socialization to residents of Medalkrisna Village, Bojongmangu Subdistrict in an effort to improve communication on the importance of Sharia literacy in harmonizing family finances. The results of community service to the local community show that the community understands more about financial literacy and understands the dangers of Bank Emok so that the local community is interested in switching to using Sharia Banks.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially in digital business, have had a positive impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas, such as Cilangkara Village. Even though the growth trend of internet users in Indonesia shows a significant increase, observations and interviews show that the majority of village residents have not shown sufficient interest in entrepreneurship, especially in facing current developments. In this context, the community service program by Islamic University 45 Bekasi students aims to provide education and increase village residents' interest and skills in entrepreneurship, especially by implementing digital business. Implementation methods, such as observation, outreach and training, are expected to stimulate interest and provide support to village residents, including providing business tools to MSMEs that are not yet running. Digital business education is the key to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs and driving economic potential at the local level, as is being pursued through community service activities in Cilangkara Village. The latest evaluation shows an improvement in the quality of life of the community, especially among MSMEs in Cilangkara Village, through increasing operational capabilities of digital applications for analysis, marketing and product production. It is hoped that the success of this program will be a sustainable first step to improve and produce MSMEs that are able to compete and develop along with the times.
