Abstract

The financial management of a cooperative is the mobilization, organization and direction of human efforts to make effective use of materials and facilities to achieve a goal. In this savings and loan process, the funds in the Lubuk Karya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) try professionally to manage finances with the aim of prospering the economic life of the group. Cooperative fund management must be carried out effectively and efficiently, this condition also needs to be managed by implementing modern management functions. The Lubuk Karya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) is a financial management process such as money coming in and money going out that is often inaccurate. So that the process of accuracy of old data with new data often occurs inappropriately. This problem occurs because the data recording system is still manual and has not been integrated into the database system. The financial management system is a system that has been integrated with the database, which is expected to be able to manage the financial reports of members of the Lubuk Karya KUD in a transparent manner. So as to provide satisfaction for system users or cooperative members to get accurate information. Because the sources of financial funds that will be managed transparently are sourced from several types, namely from fertilizer factories, USP, Scales as well as the expenditure process for renting heavy equipment at the Lubuk Karya KUD.

Abstract

Educational Game Application Based on Android at TK Kasih Ibu. Educational games are designed to teach users, develop certain concepts and understanding, thereby enhancing user skills and motivating them to engage in learning. TK Kasih Ibu is an Early Childhood Education institution where the teaching process still relies on traditional media such as picture books and chalkboards, with no incorporation of electronic technology, particularly computers, in early childhood learning. Additionally, there is no utilization of educational games as a supportive learning tool. This research aims to develop an Adobe Animate-based educational game application for environmental awareness, enhancing students' self-learning interest through interactive and enjoyable experiences, and providing immediate feedback to deepen their understanding. The educational game application developed in this research uses the waterfall methodology. The outcome of this research will assist TK Kasih Ibu in incorporating computer-based learning media, specifically an educational game titled "Wildlife Park Game," designed to be run on both desktop and Android platforms.

Abstract

Dharmasraya Regency has great potential in the freshwater fisheries sector but still faces challenges in waste management and business efficiency. This community service program aims to enhance the productivity and sustainability of fish farming through the application of a Zero Waste-based Integrated Farming System. Activities were carried out through a participatory approach involving socialization, training, and mentoring for the Rangkiang Farm Fish Farmers Group. The proposed solutions include processing organic waste into maggot feed, utilizing compost produced from maggot cultivation, and adopting Internet of Things (IoT) technology and digital marketing. The results show increased production efficiency, with up to 50% of fish feed sourced from organic waste, and improvements in managerial skills and digital marketing capabilities. Waste banks and recycling programs were also established, reflecting growing environmental awareness within the community. The findings conclude that the circular economy approach can be effectively implemented at the community level. Follow-up actions include model replication, institutional strengthening, and collaboration with local government and the private sector to ensure program sustainability.

Abstract

Information systems are one of the solutions that can facilitate the process of data input and management, one of which is payment administration and data management. The Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision (PAMSIMAS) located in Padang Laweh village, Padang Laweh sub-district, Dharmasraya district. Currently, the PAMSIMAS water bill payment system is still collected from house to house, and data management only uses simple recording and books as monthly reports. Based on these issues, this research aims to design a Desktop-Based Data Management Information System for PAMSIMAS water bills, which is expected to assist in the administrative process efficiently and reduce the potential for calculation errors. This system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), the Java programming language, and a MySQL database. Black-box testing results showed that all system functions performed as expected.

Abstract

The Village Health Post (Poskesdes) of Tanjung Harapan still manages elderly and toddler data manually using logbooks, which leads to several issues such as data inaccuracy, delayed reporting, and duplicated information. This study aims to design and develop a web-based application to support the efficient and accurate recording, processing, and reporting of elderly and toddler health data. The system development follows the Waterfall model, consisting of needs analysis, system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), implementation, and testing using the Black Box method. The result of this research is a web-based information system featuring data management for elderly individuals, toddlers, immunizations, vitamins, and health reports, accessible by administrators and Poskesdes staff. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The implementation of this application is expected to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of health services at the Tanjung Harapan Poskesdes and support the digitalization of community health data at the village level.

Abstract

Sistem layanan keluhan merupakan aspek penting dalamp pengaduan masyarakat, termasuk ditingkat kabupaten merangin , pelayanan keluhan sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara konvesional dengan cara mendatangi rumah warga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi layanan pengaduan keluhan website guna mendukung layanan yang lebih efisien,aman, dan mudah diakses. Sistem dirancang mengunakan perangkat lunak waterfall dengan Bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi layanan keluhan web yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk pengaduan keluhan, tindakan, serta mencetak laporan keluhan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja admin, mempermudah proses pengaduan di kantor PDAM Merangin.

Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di kantor kelurahan merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung tertib administrasi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Namun, dalam praktiknya, masih banyak kelurahan yang menerapkan sistem manual sehingga berdampak pada lambatnya proses pelayanan dan tingginya risiko kesalahan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi layanan penduduk berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses administrasi secara lebih efektif dan efisien di Kantor Lurah Pulau Temiang. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Fitur utama dalam sistem ini meliputi pendaftaran surat pengantar, pengelolaan data penduduk, serta pelaporan kegiatan pelayanan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mempercepat proses pelayanan, meminimalisir kesalahan pencatatan, serta memudahkan pengelolaan data penduduk secara digital dan terpusat. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mendukung digitalisasi pelayanan publik di tingkat kelurahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis website guna membantu proses seleksi beasiswa berprestasi di SMAN 17 Bungo secara lebih objektif, efisien, dan transparan. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang berfungsi untuk melakukan perhitungan dan pemeringkatan calon penerima beasiswa berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan, seperti nilai rapor, kehadiran, penghasilan orang tua, dan prestasi siswa. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan bahwa setiap fitur berfungsi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, seperti login admin, pengelolaan data siswa dan kriteria, input penilaian, serta hasil keputusan akhir. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik. Sistem ini telah diimplementasikan dengan dukungan perangkat keras (hardware), perangkat lunak (software), dan sumber daya manusia (brainware) yang sesuai, serta diuji dalam lingkungan lokal menggunakan XAMPP. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses seleksi beasiswa di SMAN 17 Bungo menjadi lebih cepat, akurat, dan mendukung digitalisasi administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

Agar keberadaan para lulusan di lapangan tersebut dapat diketahui, sudah selayaknya dilakukan suatu tindakan atau kegiatan tersendiri yang dikenal dengan nama studi pelacakan alumni (tracer study). Kegiatan pelacakan ini pada dasarnya bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan suatu lembaga perguruan tinggi dalam melaksanakan program yang di rencanakan dengan melihat keadaan lulusannya dilapangan pekerjaan. Fakultas Ilmu Komputer  adalah salah satu fakultas di Universitas Dharmas Indonesia salah satu Universitas yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Dharmasraya Sumatra Barat. Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti pada Fakultas  Ilmu Komputer Universitas Dharmas Indonesia, ditemukan bahwa pengelolaan data alumni hanya terpusat di Wakil Rektor 3 bidang kemahasiswaan, sehingga hal ini menyulitkan pihak Fakultas dalam hal informasi data alumni. Sistem informasi yang dirancang mampu menyajikan data alumni secara valid sesuai dengan kriteria tracer study. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall. Metode waterfall merupakan pendekatan SDLC paling awal yang digunakan untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak. Metode ini dilakukan pertahap. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi rancang bangun tracer study berbasis web pada fakultas ilmu komputer universitas dharmas indonesia, dengan adanya aplikasi ini pihak fakultas tidak susah lagi untuk mendapatkan feedback dari alumni, alumni cukup membuka website tracer study fakultas ilmu komputer universitas dharmas indonesia ini saja, dan nanti akan keluar informasi alumni.
