Abstract

This study aims to find out Perception and Social Media Use Toward Hoax #Justiceforaudrey in Senior High School Students at Pesanggrahan Subdistrict. This study used a qualitative approach and survey method. The sample used was 106 high school students in the Pesanggrahan sub-district, South Jakarta. The results showed that found a significant effect between the perception of hoax news exposure with a regression coefficient of 0.182 greater than 0.05, and there is a significant influence between the use of social media on the exposure of hoax news with a regression coefficient of 0.537 greater than 0.05. Furthermore, the results obtained by R Square in this study amounted to 0.405 or 40.5%. This means that the influence of the perception and use of social media variables on exposure to hoax news by 40.5%. The remaining 59.5% is influenced by variables outside this study. Keywords: Perception, Media Social, Hoax

Abstract

A tool life is an important data in planning a machining process. In this research, an experiment was done to study life and wear of HSS cutting tool used in milling process of an steel which has a strength tensile was 42 Kg/mm2. Conditions of research were used examination without cutting coolant method, sparayed cutting coolant method , and direct gushed method of cutting coolant. Cutting speed was varied with other cutting variables (federate and depth of cut) was set fixed. In this research used Ethyl Alcohol as cutting coolant. Graphical method was used in the analysis to determine exponential (n) and a constant of Taylor Tool Life (CT.).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of team building interventions on the internal communication of Lia S Associates Branding & Design. Based on the diagnose results, the organization has a lack of internal organizational communication which results in important information not being conveyed properly and makes employee unable to make decision properly. Therefore researchers conducted team building interventions to improve internal communication. Researcher used the action research method, with three stages namely Pre ODI, ODI and Post ODI. To see the changes after the intervention researchers compared the Pre Test & Post Test results, it was found that there were insignificant changes after the intervention, This is due to the lack of organizational commitment to the intervention process so that the intervention has not been able to bring about changes

Abstract

AbstractPurpose: This study aims to design an information system for job vacancies by mapping the dataset from Jobstreet Indonesia to improve the matching process between job seekers and job opportunities.Design/methodology/approach: The methodology involves the integration of data mapping techniques and advanced analysis methods to enhance the effectiveness of job searches. Findings: The study finds that the designed information system significantly improves the accuracy of job recommendations compared to existing platforms. The integration of the Jobstreet Indonesia dataset allows for more targeted and relevant job matches.Originality/value/limitations of the study: This research approach by integrating specific data mapping and machine learning techniques. However, the study is limited to the dataset provided by Jobstreet Indonesia and may not be applicable to other job platforms.AbstrakTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi lowongan pekerjaan dengan pemetaan dataset dari Jobstreet Indonesia untuk meningkatkan proses pencocokan antara pencari kerja dan kesempatan kerja.Desain/Metodologi/pendekatan: Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan integrasi teknik pemetaan data dan metode analisis canggih untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pencarian kerja. Temuan: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi rekomendasi pekerjaan dibandingkan dengan platform yang ada. Integrasi dataset Jobstreet Indonesia memungkinkan pencocokan pekerjaan yang lebih tepat sasaran dan relevan.Orisinalitas/nilai/batasan penelitian: Penelitian ini menawarkan pendekatan baru dengan mengintegrasikan teknik pemetaan data dan pembelajaran mesin tertentu. Abstract

This community service program aimed to raise awareness among housewives about their roles in household management, with a particular focus on financial responsibilities. Utilizing a lecture-based methodology that integrates humanist and theocentric perspectives, the program emphasized that women should not bear sole responsibility for managing household finances. The initiative also incorporated brain exercises to enhance memory, serving as a tool for recording and retaining important household information. These exercises were designed to improve cognitive function while also promoting emotional well- being, highlighting that true peace (sakinah) in the home stems not from material wealth but from spiritual fulfillment and trust in God. Additionally, the program addressed the growing concerns surrounding online financial risks, such as digital loans and online gambling, educating participants on how these threats could deplete household assets. Ultimately, the program aimed to equip housewives with the knowledge and tools to manage household finances effectively, while fostering a balanced approach that integrates cognitive, emotional, and spiritual health, thus contributing to a harmonious and financially secure family life.
