Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of team building interventions on the internal communication of Lia S Associates Branding & Design. Based on the diagnose results, the organization has a lack of internal organizational communication which results in important information not being conveyed properly and makes employee unable to make decision properly. Therefore researchers conducted team building interventions to improve internal communication. Researcher used the action research method, with three stages namely Pre ODI, ODI and Post ODI. To see the changes after the intervention researchers compared the Pre Test & Post Test results, it was found that there were insignificant changes after the intervention, This is due to the lack of organizational commitment to the intervention process so that the intervention has not been able to bring about changes

Abstract

The food and beverage industry is a major driver of Indonesia's economic growth, yet many new ventures in this sector struggle to achieve long-term sustainability. Research shows that approximately 60% of startups fail within their first five years, often due to their inability to maintain customer satisfaction, a key factor for business survival. This study aims to investigate how four critical factors—delivery, product in hand, perceived benefits, and customer support—affect customer satisfaction at Fish Grill, a student-run venture. Grounded in the Expectation-Confirmation Theory, the research explores how these factors align with customer expectations to influence satisfaction. A quantitative method was employed, gathering data from 87 respondents through a purposive sampling method. Structural equation modeling with partial least squares was used to analyze the data. The results reveal that while delivery does not significantly impact customer satisfaction, product in hand, benefits, and customer support have a substantial positive effect. These findings suggest that in the food and beverage industry, product quality and service elements are more critical to customer satisfaction than logistical concerns. This study highlights the need for businesses like Fish Grill to focus on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer support to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve long-term success in a competitive market.

Abstract

Since Covid-19 appeared three years ago an undeniable economic recession has hit the world including Indonesia, the economy has slid drastically to minus 5 in 2020-2021. However, it finally revived after the new normal adaptation era in 2022, GDP showed a positive trend. This is of course because the role of Sharia banking, especially in assisting the national economic recovery program, shows a significant level. Research using a qualitative approach through descriptive methods yields findings that Indonesia's GDP per capita increases from 57.3 in 2022 to IDR 62.1 million in 2021 (an increase of 8.6%) equivalent to USD 4,349.5. The PEN program in 2021 also experienced a ceiling increase of Rp. 658.6 T (88.4%) from a ceiling of Rp. 744.77 T which was higher than the previous year of Rp. 575.8 T. The role and contribution of Sharia banks in serving financing in the MSME sector is becoming thing done completely. This is the achievement of Islamic banking in the new normal adaptation time of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi kekayaan alam untuk produksi furnitur, ternyata hanya mampu mempruduksi dibawah 1% terhadap total produksi furnitur dunia, Peluang pasar dalam negeri yang besar belum mampu sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan oleh industri furnitur dalam negeri, sehingga 45% kebutuhan domestik masih mengandalkan pada furnitur dari luar negeri. ​​Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh inovasi produk, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan menggunakan metode penelilian kuantitatif exploratory menggunakan program SPSS 25.0. Variabel yang ditelitin adalah inovasi produk, dan harga sebagai variabel independent, dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependent dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 responden untuk segmen rumah tangga di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. ​​Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa inovasi produk dan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, hasil uji t menunjukan inovasi produk, dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh positipterhadap keputusan pembelian. Uji F terhadap inovasi produk dan harga secara simultan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian furnitur untuk segmen rumah tangga di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. ​​Dalam penelitian ini inovasi produk, dan harga meskipun berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, perlu dicari variabel lain yang berpengaruh yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study tests and proves whether customer satisfaction and ease of shopping have an influence on payment gateways in the aqubeliaja marketplace. The method used in the research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the multiple regression test show that the customer satisfaction variable b_1 = 0.276: is the regression coefficient value of the customer satisfaction variable X_1provides a value of 0.276 (positive sign) which means that if customer satisfaction increases by 1 unit, the payment gateway variable will increase by 0.200, while the value of b_2 = 0. 439 is the regression coefficient value of the ease of shopping variable X_2 provides a value of 0.439 (positive sign) which means that if the ease of shopping increases by 1 unit, the payment gateway variable will increase by 0.489, so it can be concluded that customer satisfaction and ease of shopping have a simultaneous effect.  Customer satisfaction has an effect on payment gateways in shopping at aqubeliaja, this is evident in the SPSS test results which show that t_hitung14.430 and t_tabel1.65501 there is a linear relationship between customer satisfaction and payment gateway with a significant linearity of 0.000 <0.05.  Ease of shopping has an influence on Payment gateway, the SPSS test results show that t_hitung11.638 and t_table1.65964 there is a linear relationship between customer satisfaction and payment gateway with a significant linearity of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the payment gateway affects the ease of shopping at Aqubeliaja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan dunia bisnis ritel (retailing) maupun grosir di Solok yang mengakibatkan adanya persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif sehingga setiap toko berusaha melakukan berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan minat beli para konsumennya. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat membeli ulang diantaranya yaitu kualitas pelyanan, persepsi harga, dan juga kepercayaan. Kesenjangan hasil penelitian sebelumnya pada faktor minat beli ulang mendorong peneliti melakukan penelitian ini. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen toko sembako Albaros yang berada di jalan Lintas Sumatera No 70 Saok Laweh, Kecamatan Kubung, Kabupaten Solok, Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif melalui pengumpulan data responden dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang datang berbelanja di toko sembako Albaros Solok. Skala pengukuran pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Incidental Sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 112 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari kuesioner yang disebarkan pada seluruh pengunjung yang datang melakukan pembelian di toko sembako Albaros Solok. Hasil kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan uji instrumen data yaitu Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan uji analisis data untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) secara parsial harga (X1), lokasi (X2) dan kualitas pelayanan (X3) memberikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang/repurchase intention (Y) konsumen toko sembako Albaros yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji t untuk setiap variabel independen (X1, X2, X3) dengan nilai thitung > nilai ttabel dan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, (2) dan secara simultan lokasi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen/repurchase intention toko sembako Albaros.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to identify the impact of the talent management through organization learning towards the financial performance of the listed consumer goods sector in Indonesia. Indonesia costumer goods sector has faced significant growth during the recent year, the companies are enforced to establish competitive strategy to maintain their position in the market. Talent management should be paid attention more since it helps the company to attract, acquire, and retain the best employees that may help maintaining their position in the market as well as enhancing the performance. Based on the hypothesis test, it is true that talent management influences organization learning and financial performance. The companies such as PT HM Sampoerna Tbk and PT Unilever Tbk who obtain high score in the talent management variable most likely to be followed by high score in the organization learning as well. The results also reveal that some companies still need to improve the attraction activities and system to capture learning which are the first indicator of talent management and forth indicator of organization learning. In addition, it was found that organization learning as a mediator can strengthen the relationship between talent management and financial performance.
