Abstract

Terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Sekitar Area Beji Pura Dalem Siangan. Ruang terbuka hijau dan landscape pada area pinggir sungai yang tidak tertata, kondisi eksisting saat ini area tersebut dipenuhi oleh pohon eksisting dan semak-semak yang tidak terawat. Kurangnya ruang untuk rekreasi seperti, tempat untuk bersantai, tempat untuk memancing, padahal jika dilihat dari segi potensi sungai dan lingkungan yang masih alami area ini sangat berpotensi dijadikan ruang rekreasi. Ruang terbuka hijau ini sering dijadikan tempat pembuangan sampah oleh warga sekitar. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pedampingan dalam penyusunan dokumen master plan penataan dan perencanaan, dilanjutkan dengan pedampingan dalam pembuatan Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pembuatan proposal pengajuan dana ke pemerintah atau CSR. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat  Dalam Penataan dan Perencanaan Master Plan Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Sekitar Area Beji Pura Dalem Di Desa Siangan, Gianyar ini terdiri dari observasi awal, observasi lanjutan, usulan desain master plan penataan dan perencanaan, FGD, pembuatan gambar detail, dan pedampingan pembuatan Rencana Anggaran Biaya dan proposal pengajuan dana. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu, Dokumen Gambar Master Plan Penataan dan Perencanaan dalam wujud gambar 2 dimensi dan gambar 3 dimensi beserta Rencana Anggaran Biaya global. Harapan mitra Ruang Terbuka Hijau ini nantinya dapat sebagai ruang untuk rekreasi, ruang penunjang kegiatan wisata ritual pada Beji Pura Dalem Siangan, dan dapat menjadi salah daya tarik wisata di Desa Siangan.

Abstract

The RISHA innovation (Simple Healthy Instant House) is a variation of precast concrete created by the Center for Research and Development (Puslitbang) for Settlements, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, which was released on December 20 2004. The aim of this research is to determine the comparison of building construction with technology. RISHA concrete and conventional concrete from the aspect of calculating project costs and calculating project duration. The approach in this research uses a type of research in the form of a literature study or literature study. The results of research comparing building construction using RISHA concrete technology and conventional concrete showed that the average cost difference was 7.96%, and the average difference in duration was 30.10%, superior to RISHA concrete technology.

Abstract

The Indonesian construction industry is experiencing rapid growth and increasing complexity. If done using conventional methods, this process often involves multiple manual stages that are prone to errors and inconsistencies thus requiring significant time and resources. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a technology that provides solutions in the volume and cost estimation process. However, there have been few studies that verify the output of BIM with control calculations. This study aims to compare the volume and cost outputs from BIM with those from the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) by re-evaluating volumes identified as clashes and verifying the actual costs. Data on plan drawings, BoQ, and planned costs were obtained from a public service center building project with modeling conducted using Autodesk Revit and Naviswork. Manual volume calculations and actual cost data were used for comparison.  The results showed that the BIM cost estimate was highly accurate, with a minimal difference of IDR 1,249,901.21 (0.0032%) compared to the real cost. In contrast, the BoQ estimate was higher by IDR 1,022,985,135.58 (2.63%) compared to the real cost and IDR 1,024,235,036.79 (2.57%) higher than BIM. This is because in volume calculations, BIM software has proven to be more detailed and accurate in calculating the volume of all work items and is able to eliminate human error factors. The results of this study contribute to the construction industry by highlighting the significant advantages of using BIM software that can increase efficiency and reduce the risk of calculation errors.
