Abstract

This community service is in the form of making media at MI Salafiyah Banjarworo Bangilan Tuban. The main purpose of this PkM is to produce a learning media product that can provide varied experiences so that it can stimulate student interest in learning and motivate students at MI Salafiyah Banjaworo Bangilan Tuban.With this PkM, it can help the performance of educators in the teaching and learning process and student are more enthusiastic in learning in class. The strategy used in this PkM activity uses a qualitative and contextual approach. By observing the teaching and learning process and the interaction of teachers and students at MI Salafiyah Banjaworo Bangilan Tuban.In making this learning media, researchers produced visual learning media in the form of standart unit boards. Which can be used in thematic subjects off third grade. Learning media has a an important role to increase the learning interest of elementary scholl students, especially the lower clas because they are not able to think abstractly so that the material taught by the teacher needs to be visualized in a tangible form.

Abstract

The assistance provided to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Klakeh Village, Bangilan District, focuses on enhancing product marketing capabilities through online and offline media. This study aims to address the challenges faced by MSMEs, such as limited knowledge of technology and marketing strategies. The Community Based Research (CBR) method was used in this study, involving active collaboration between researchers and the local community. The results of the study showed a significant increase in MSMEs' marketing knowledge and skills after receiving assistance. Through a series of training sessions, MSME actors were able to understand online marketing techniques, such as the use of social media, creative content creation, and search engine optimization (SEO). Additionally, they learned offline marketing strategies, such as branding, product packaging, and direct sales techniques. The implementation of these marketing strategies helped MSMEs in Klakeh Village expand their market reach to the national level, as well as increase sales and product image. This assistance also empowered the community by enhancing their sense of ownership and responsibility for the sustainability of the program. The program evaluation revealed the need to expand partnerships with e-commerce platforms and improve access to technology to boost the competitiveness of MSMEs. With the implementation of these recommendations, it is hoped that MSMEs in Klakeh Village can continue to develop and compete in a broader and more competitive market, supporting sustainable local economic growth.

Abstract

The main issue underlying this community service program is the condition of women in Sendang Village, Senori District, Tuban Regency, where the majority are housewives and young women with relatively high unemployment rates. They require guidance that provides new skills to improve their household economy. This program focuses on utilizing local potential in the form of leaves rich in natural pigments and tannins, such as teak, kersen, guava, and eucalyptus leaves, to produce eco-printing batik products. The purpose of this community service is to provide practical skills for village women so they can develop creative businesses based on local resources while simultaneously building collective awareness of economic independence and sustainable environmental management. The method applied was a participatory approach through community organizing, including stages of identifying social conditions, analyzing local resources, conducting discussions with village leaders, providing technical training in eco-printing batik, and offering assistance in business management and marketing. This strategy was strengthened through regular evaluations and the formation of women’s groups as new social institutions. The results showed increased technical skills among participants, the establishment of women’s eco-printing batik groups, the emergence of local female leaders, and greater collective awareness of the village’s economic and ecological potential. Thus, this program successfully encouraged sustainable social transformation through the integration of practical skills, women’s empowerment, and the utilization of local wisdom.
