Abstract

The Tuah Dua Sebilik MSME Community is a community dominated by culinary, souvenir and craft businesses. Marketing activities are something that absolutely must be carried out by business actors so that their products are known to the public and can attract public interest. Most business actors carry out marketing activities offline through private outlets or collaborating with each other, for example in bazaars/exhibitions. However, this is the main problem and priority for partners, namely how to improve the abilities of TDS UKM community members in product photography techniques, photo editing, copywriting and optimizing the use of social media in expanding product marketing reach. The solution to this problem is product photo training and photo editing training using Canva so that it is more attractive to post on social media. The implementation method in digital marketing training has several stages, namely, socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. After training, community members can create product promotional content on social media that attracts customer interest, thereby expanding the product's marketing reach and improving the economy of community members. Support from the DRTPM Kemendikbudristek Dikti, the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang community service team and the Tuah Dua Sebilik Tanjungpinang – Bintan MSME Community partners is very important to ensure the sustainability of this program. This is in line with the SDGs, namely decent work and economic growth as well as partnerships to achieve the goals. ABSTRAKKomunitas UMKM Tuah Dua Sebilik sebagai komunitas yang didominasi pelaku usaha kuliner, souvenir dan craft. Kegiatan pemasaran merupakan hal yang mutlak harus dilakukan pelaku usaha agar produknya dikenal oleh masyarakat dan dapat menarik minat masyarakat. Sebagian besar pelaku usaha melakukan kegiatan pemasaran secara offline melalui gerai-gerai pribadi maupun saling berkolaborasi misalnya dalam bazar/pameran. Permasalahan prioritas mitra yaitu bagaimana meningkatkan kemampuan anggota komunitas UKM TDS dalam teknik foto produk, editing foto, copywriting serta optimalisasi pemanfaatan media sosial dalam memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk. Solusi permasalahan ini adalah dengan pelatihan foto produk dan pelatihan editing foto menggunakan canva sehingga lebih menarik untuk diposting di media sosial. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pelatihan digital marketing mempunyai beberapa tahapan yaitu, tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan program. Setelah pelatihan, anggota komunitas dapat membuat konten promosi produk di media sosial yang menarik minat pelanggan sehingga berdampak pada perluasan jangkauan pemasaran produk dan meningkatkan ekonomi anggota komunitas. Dukungan dari DRTPM Kemendikbudristek Dikti, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang dan mitra Komunitas UMKM Tuah Dua Sebilik Tanjungpinang – Bintan sangat penting untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program ini. Hal ini sejalan dengan SDG’s yaitu pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi serta kemitraan untuk mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

The position of administrative law in Indonesia does not have a special place compared to other fields of law. This is an important problem, that administrative law does not have a standard codification of general administrative law, like criminal law  which has the Criminal Code and civil law which has the Civil  Code. The last few decades have been very interesting regarding  the contrast in Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration which is believed to be material law in the State Administrative Court. The debate about this rule is related to the conflict of norms between articles and other articles in it, according to the author that the rule is a manifestation of the concept of government management and not the rules of general administrative law. So this research needs to be studied through normative legal research methods with a statutory approach and conceptual approach. The results show that there are conflicts of norms and conflicts of rules. Abstract

In door security systems, many have used, even more sophisticated, but with sophistication or a better security system but there are also drawbacks, namely the cost to implement it is very expensive. Therefore we need a door security system which is cheaper and more affordable in its implementation. In this research, the writer raises a case that is making a door security system that can be applied and affordable in operational costs. This door security system uses the Arduino application as an uploader, then a fingerprint sensor and an ultrasonic sensor as the tools used. This door security system can only be implemented if this system is supplied with electricity and can only be accessed against registered fingerprints

Abstract

This Internet users are experiencing rapid growth. An important role in the activities and business processes of an organization is supported by Information Technology (IT), namely through the internet. The website is one of the uses of the internet. This research was conducted on the website of the End of Semester Examination Information System (SIUAS) at the Indonesian College of Technology Tanjungpinang. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the SIUAS website where previously no analysis and measurement had been carried out in assessing the quality of the SIUAS website. The methods used in this study are the Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The number of respondents was 89 SIUAS users including lecturers and students for the 2018-2021 academic year. The variables used in this study derived from the Webqual 4.0 method are Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality on the SIUAS website with 22 attribute items. The results obtained from the website quality analysis have a suitability level of 93.7% which respondents feel is still not in line with expectations. The gap level is obtained on average -0.26 where the results of website performance have not matched the expectations of users. The results of the quadrant analysis on tatribut which are the top priority obtained 2 attributes, namely the KI6 SIUAS Website provides information with the right level of detail and the KL2 SIUAS Website provides a sense of security when conducting the exam.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur is a vocational high school under the auspices of the Bintan District Education Office. The process of recording inventory items for facilities, infrastructure, and books at SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Timur is done manually by recording them in books. This manual recording process has resulted in several problems, such as lengthy inventory data retrieval processes and the risk of lost records. The system proposed in this study can record the borrowing and returning of inventory items for facilities, infrastructure, and books in the library. This system can assist in the inventory data recording process to minimize the risk of recording errors and data loss

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of cyber incidents involving Web Defacement and Darknet Exposure in Indonesia for the years 2022 and 2023, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the mitigation recommendations provided. The method used in this study is the Wilcoxon statistical test to determine significant differences between the incident rates in those two years. The Wilcoxon test results indicate that the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.008, which, in the case of a one-tailed test, results in a probability of 0.004. This value indicates a significant difference between the Darknet Exposure incident rates in 2022 and 2023. The analysis also suggests that the mitigation recommendations implemented in 2022 were not effective in reducing Darknet Exposure incidents in 2023, as evidenced by an increase in the number of cases. Conversely, for Web Defacement incidents, the Wilcoxon test results show the same Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.008, resulting in a probability of 0.004. This indicates a significant difference between the Web Defacement incident rates in 2022 and 2023. Based on the test results, the mitigation recommendations proved effective in reducing Web Defacement incidents, with a decrease in the number of cases in 2023. From these findings, it can be concluded that cyber incident handling strategies need to be adjusted and strengthened, especially in dealing with Darknet Exposure incidents. Continuous monitoring and evaluation are also crucial for improving the effectiveness of cyber incident management in Indonesia.

Abstract

Matahari merupakan sumber energi yang potensial bagi kebutuhan manusia, dimana energi tersebut bisa didapat dari panas yang merambat sampai permukaan bumi, atau cahaya yang jatuh sampai permukaan bumi. Energi matahari merupakan sumber energi yang dapat dikonversi menjadi energi listrik menggunakan panel surya. Panel surya atau solar panel merupakan alat yang berfungsi mengubah energi matahari menjadi energi listrik. Penggunaan panel surya saat ini umumnya masih statis, sehingga tidak dapat menerima sinar matahari secara optimal. Agar energi matahari dapat dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal, panel surya harus dibuat dinamis untuk mengikuti arah sinar matahari dan dapat dikontrol fungsinya secara realtime. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat berupa prototipe sistem pelacak sinar matahari pintar (smart solar tracker system) yang bergerak mengikuti pergerakan matahari, sehingga panel surya dapat menyerap cahaya secara optimal dan sistem ini juga dikombinasikan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi internet of things (IoT) untuk lebih memaksimalkan penyerapan cahaya matahari. Dengan teknologi IoT, sistem ini akan dapat dimonitoring menggunakan aplikasi mobile android untuk memastikan bahwa pelacak sinar matahari berfungsi dengan baik meski pengguna tidak berada di lokasi. Tahapan yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini dimulai dari studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi kemudian untu pengembangan alat ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, coding dan testing.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) identify the company's internal and external factors in marketing modern broiler products (2) Formulate strategies that can be carried out by companies to increase marketing of modern broiler products in the market regarding product, price, promotion and distribution, (3) Recommend the best strategy from a variety of alternative strategies that can be formulated. This research used qualitative method with a case study research design. The subject is CV. Berdikari Putra Abadi which located in Grogol, Sukoharjo, Indonesia. While the object is modern broiler products. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, participatory and documentation, while the analysis technique uses mile and huberman data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result formulation of an alternative marketing strategy that is obtained based on external and internal factors by entering into a cooperation contract for the distribution of modern broiler and offering custom chicken meat. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that the promotion of custom chicken meat is the main recommended priority strategy.
