Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price variables on purchase decisions, test the influence of service quality on purchase decisions, and examine the influence of price and service quality simultaneously on purchase decisions. The research subjects consisted of consumers who had purchased a second car at the Mobcars showroom in the past one year, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sample was determined using non-probability sampling techniques, especially purposive sampling, by determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where data collection is carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using Google Form, then the data obtained is analyzed with the help of Microsoft Excel software and SPSS version 26. The results of the study show that price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. In addition, the quality of service also has a significant influence on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, price and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that price and service quality play an important role in shaping consumer purchase decisions at the Mobcars showroom. Keywords: Price; Service Quality; Purchase Decision

Abstract

The Bekasi City Transportation Agency serves as a vital regional element in transport governance, traffic flow efficiency, and fulfillment of public safety standards. Based on government performance accountability reports, macroscopic indicators such as the Public Satisfaction Index remain favorable, yet the ASN Professionalism Index has fallen short of its designated 2025 target of 86.5, stalling at 84.56. This empirical study comprehensively evaluates the underlying public servant productivity phenomenon utilizing the strategic framework of Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Primary data was compiled through structured questionnaires leveraging Likert-scaling distributed to a total sample of 46 administrative and operational personnel within the General and Personnel Sub-division (Umpeg). Quantitative computations reveal diverse conformity indices among productivity dimensions, wherein clear job descriptions and explicit work instructions occupied the highest level of expectation urgency (mean importance score of 4.43), whereas individual initiative and operational adaptability emerged as contemporary organizational strengths (mean performance score of 4.24). Conversely, administrative time efficiency and punctual completion of back-office operations represented critical systemic vulnerabilities (performance score of 3.98). The overall aggregate importance calculated at 4.04 paired with an aggregate performance of 4.14 yielded a combined Conformity Rate (TKi) of 102.48%. This finding clarifies that while quality orientation remains adequate, institutional time-management interventions are highly requisite to bridge temporal competence gaps and bolster the long-term professional indexes of the public service agency.
