Abstract

Artificial Immune Systems (AIS) belong to a group of computational intelligence methods inspired by the working mechanisms of biological immune systems to solve various computational problems. Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) themselves are often used in various fields such as anomaly detection, pattern recognition, cyber and network security, task scheduling, process optimization, and data analysis, with the application of various ANN algorithms. In the AIS approach, there are four basic algorithms that serve as the main foundation, namely the Negative Selection Algorithm (NSA), Artificial Immune Networks (aiNet), Clonal Selection Algorithm (CLONALG), and Dendritic Cell Algorithm (DCA). The problem that occurs at this time is that there is still a lack of papers that discuss the main basic algorithms in AIS, resulting in difficulties in developing new models of basic algorithms. Apart from that, many other aspects of the natural immune system have not been touched due to not yet understanding the basic algorithm of AIS. This paper aims to explain the main models and algorithms in AIS above so that in future research, new algorithms can be developed based on the basic algorithm as a reference. The results of this paper are a review of the main basic models and algorithms in AIS.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat internasional ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian anak-anak dengan disabilitas melalui pelatihan teknologi informasi (TI) yang dirancang khusus. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan kolaborasi antara tim pengabdi dari Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia (UCIC) Cirebon dan SRC Holland. Program yang diberi nama "Aku Bukan Sampah" ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan anak-anak dengan disabilitas agar memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari (daily living) menggunakan teknologi informasi. Program ini mencakup kegiatan pemberian materi, pelatihan, dan tanya jawab seputar pemanfaatan teknologi. Pendekatan yang diambil sangat holistik, mencakup aspek fisik, emosional, dan sosial kesehatan mental anak-anak. Melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan, tim UCIC dan SRC Holland bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung kemandirian anak-anak penyandang disabilitas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan anak-anak dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk berkomunikasi dan mengelola aktivitas harian mereka secara mandiri.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangannya, kemajuan teknologi ini tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif tetapi juga memberikan dampak negatif. Dalam mengakses informasi saat ini, penyampaian akan informasi sangat mudah dan cepat. Sangat disayangkan apabila media sosial digunakan untuk memperoleh dan memberikan informasi yang tidak akurat apalagi sampai menjadikan media sosial sebagai alat penyebaran berita bohong (hoax) dengan menggunakan judul yang sangat memprovokasi untuk mengarahkan para pembaca kepada opini publik yang negative. Maka dari itu Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika atau Kominfo fungsi utama Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika adalah merumuskan kebijakan nasional, kebijakan pelaksanaan, dan kebijakan teknis di bidang komunikasi dan informatika, seperti layanan info isu hoax. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Hoax sebagai kabar, informasi, berita palsu atau bohong. Sedangkan dalam KBBI disebut dengan hoaks yang artinya berita bohong. Hoax merupakan ekses negatif kebebasan berbicara dan berpendapat di internet. Khususnya media sosial dan pesan genggam. Sedangkan menurut wikipedia, hoax adalah usaha untuk menipu atau mengakali pembaca/pendengarnya untuk mempercayai sesuatu, padahal sang pencipta berita palsu tersebut tahu bahwa berita tersebut adalah palsu. Hoax bertujuan membuat opini publik, menggiring opini, membentuk persepsi, juga untuk bersenang-senang yang menguji kecerdasan dan kecermatan pengguna internet dan media sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa video animasi sosialisasi “Cirebon Lawan Hoax” yang di buat dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik maupun Kementrian Komunikasi Informatika dalam edukasi bahaya hoax kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Hoax, Animasi, Kominfo, Media Sosial, Informasi.

Abstract

The tourism sector is able to increase regional income, one of them is local cultural tourism. Cirebon as a cultural heritage city, it makes cultural tourism as leading regional tourism. Cirebon government always promote the leading cultural tourism of Cirebon city to tourists. However, the limited presentation of information to tourists has made some sectors of local cultural tourism untouched by tourists. The purpose of this research is to map the leading cultural tourism objects to be implemented into a system that can provide information of location and description for cultural tourism objects. In this research, the data was used the map of Cirebon city and 15 types of research object data in the tourism sector. They were processed and implemented into a Geographical Information System (GIS) and will be able to become a medium for Cirebon government to promote its leading cultural tourism.

Abstract

Cirebon city moves continually to become Smart City by making technology to public service. One form of technology to public service to is by providing internet facilities for public or for community. Currently there are several internet facility services for public, but these services are only available at certain location points and are not spread evenly. Apart from that, the government has difficulty in determining the right location points to serve as public internet service facilities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the pattern of distribution of internet facilities location points so that they can be mapped digitally using Geographic Information Systems. In this research, the data used were 49 object data points for location of internet facilities in Cirebon. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using the Nearest Neighbor Analysis (NNA) method to determine the distribution pattern of internet facility location points. Based on the resulting distribution pattern, it can be implemented into digital mapping using Geographic Information Systems. So the Geographic Information System can help the government in making decisions, and for the public to find out the location points of internet facilities in Cirebon.
