Abstract

Singkup Village. Pasawahan District – Kuningan Regency is a Village Fostered by the Academic Community of Catur Insan Cendekia University, Cirebon City. The purpose of this study was to conduct an assessment of how big the contribution of grocery shop business income is to total income in Singkup Village, Pasawahan District - Cirebon Regency. The research method that the authors use in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were 42 heads of families, this research was a population study. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then analysed in tabular form (percentage). The results of this study indicate that: (1) the main occupation of the head of the Singkup Village family is as a farmer, construction worker, teacher, breeder, driver and private employee, (2) the average main income of the head of the Singkup Village family is Rp. 2,703,500 per month, (3) the average profit from the grocery shop business is Rp. 1,763,000.- per month, (4) the average percentage contribution of grocery shop business income to total family income is 39.47%. The contribution resulting from this research is to add insight to lecturers and students according to their field of knowledge, the campus has provided an analysis of the income contribution of grocery stalls in the Foster Village, especially those who have a grocery shop business in Singkup Village. The novelty of this research is the author's suggestion to grocery shop entrepreneurs to be able to increase their business income.

Abstract

Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Cirebon, melayani pelayanan publik berupa melakukan pelayanan lelang, tidak berupa lelang hak tanggungan saja, tetapi bisa melakukan pelayanan bagi masyarakat biasa bagi yang menjual harta kekayaannya sendiri dengan syarat yang telah ditentukan, serta pelayanan pengelolaan sewa BMN dengan syarat yang telah ditentukan. Pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Cirebon mengenai sewa BMN dilakukan masih secara manual sehingga rentan terhadap resiko akan kehilangan data penting dan dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya kecepatan pelayanan perusahaan, serta ketidaktahuan mitra/calon penyewa mengenai informasi sewa BMN. Dengan permasalahan yang ada pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Cirebon, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat Perancangan Aplikasi Sewa Barang Milik Negara Dengan Metode Cash Basis Berbasis Web pada KPKNL Cirebon.  Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dibuatlah Perancangan Aplikasi Sewa Barang Milik Negara Dengan Metode Cash Basis Berbasis Web yang nantinya dapat memberikan informasi tentang pengelolaan sewa BMN, memudahkan mitra/penyewa mengenai informasi sewa BMN dan meningkatkan kinerja pengelolahan data penyewaan BMN secara efesien dan efektif. Untuk metode pegumpulan data nya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta mencari informasi melalui sumber lain seperti buku dan internet yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang akan dibahas yang bertujuan agar lebih mudah dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut.

Abstract

PT Pabrik Gula Rajawali II atau biasa disingkat menjadi PG Rajawali II, merupakan bagian dari ID FOOD yang bergerak dibidang Agro Industri Tebu. Perusahaan ini kini mengoperasikan dua unit pabrik gula dan satu unit pabrik spirtus dan alkohol, satu unit pusat penelitian dan satu unit Apotek. Produk yang dimiliki Rajawali II yaitu gula, spirtus, alkohol dan tetes. Dalam pengelolaan data perusahaan sudah menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi, tetapi meskipun sudah menggunakan sistem tersebut perusahaan ini masih meiliki kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pegawai, misalnya dalam proses pencatatan laporan penjualan dibutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mencari daftar konsumen/pelanggan. Dari uraian tersebut diperlukan sistem pencatatan berbasis web untuk menangani permasalahan yang ada.Dalam penelitian ini penyusun menggunakan jenis penilitian deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah observasi berupa magang pada perusahaan selama satu bulan dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Accrual Basis pada pencatatan dalam rancangan sisremnya. Selanjutnya dalam analisis dan perancangan sistem menggunakan Flowchart, Flowmap, Diagram Konteks, DFD, dan ERD, Bahasa Pemograman yang digunakan adalah XAMPP, MySQL, PHP.Dari hasil rancangan sistem aplikasi yang penyusun buat, perancangan ini dapat mengatasi proses pencatatan sampai dengan pembuatan laporannya, perancangan ini dapat diterapkan di PG Rajawali II Cirebon karena telah sesuai dengan prosedur yang sedang berjalan.Keyword : Sistem, Perancangan, Pencatatan, Pengelolaan data, Accrual basis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a simple financial reporting solution for Ball_Mart Taman Cipto, Cirebon City. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out using interviews, documentation, literature studies and observation. The main finding of this study is that in making sales reports, cash-in reports still use manuals. The solution provided is the creation of a simple financial reporting application for Ball_Mart Cipto Park, Cirebon City. This application is expected to help Ball_Mart management in running its business. The novelty of this study is that researchers observe bookkeeping report activities made by Ball_Mart, examine problems in the field of making financial reports, and provide solutions.

Abstract

One of the activities in the Employee Cooperative is to provide credit loans to its members, in accordance with one of the goals of the Cooperative establishment, namely to provide welfare for members. The purpose of this research is to make a loan accounting application for members of the Kencana Cooperative, Cirebon City. The object of this research is the Kencana Cooperative, which is a cooperative owned by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Cirebon City. Data collection techniques that the author uses in this study are interviews, observation and literature study. Applications made using PHP programming (Hypertext Preprocessor) while for data storage using MySQL database. This research is very useful for the Kencana Cooperative of Cirebon City, because it can produce an accounting application that can be used as an internal control tool in terms of recording loans for cooperative members. This application can record all cooperative employee loan activities. The limitation of this research is that this application has not been able to make financial reports of the Kencana Cooperative, such as the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements. This research can contribute to the author, the Kencana Cooperative and the readers. This research focuses on the field of computerized accounting, so that writers and readers can add insight in the field of computerized accounting

Abstract

The background of this research is that some teachers only know the term regional potential but cannot explain the exact meaning of dar regional potential-based learning. So that the teacher has not been able to pour it in a learning process that is supported by a learning model cooperative to improve learning outcomes. Hence this study aims to: 1) To develop regional potential-based learning tools through guided inquiry, 2) To find out the feasibility of developing war equipment regional potential-based learning through guided inquiry to improve Cognitive learning outcomes of Biology Science students at SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. 3) For know the effectiveness of regional potential-based learning tools through guided inquiry to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of Science Biology Junior High School Students Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. This development research refers todevelopment steps with the Thiagarajan model. By design The development is grouped into 3 development procedures includes: (a) the define stage (definition), (b) the design stage (design), and (c) the stage development (development). Product testing consists of validation tests that are carried out by learning device experts and linguists as well as device feasibility testing learning. Collecting data using observation guidelines and questionnaires for device experts, languages and practitioners an average of 61,07 with qualifications less worthy to be 89,76 with very decent qualifications, which means this device is very feasible to use. This research resulted in (1) regional potential-based learning tools through guided inquiry, (2) the resulting devices increased the results. students' cognitive learning with the difference in the percentage gain score test of the control class and experimental class with very good category 11%, good 14% and enough well -25%. The average value of student learning outcomes for the control class was 44,78 to be 78,14, while the average value for the experimental class was 54,5 to 82,32. As has been proven that the value of class learning outcomes experiment is higher than the control class can be seen in the independent t-testl sig.2-tailed with a number of 0,030 < 0,05. Comparison of t count to the t table of 2,234>1,70329. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of human resource development (HR) on the productivity of sales employees at PT. Sophie Cosmetic Cirebon. HR development includes various training programs, skills improvement and competency development aimed at improving employee capabilities and performance. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with 20 sales employees and 1 HR manager at PT. Sophie Cosmetic Cirebon. The research results show that the implementation of HR development at PT. Sophie Cosmetic Cirebon is generally effective in increasing the productivity of sales employees. Employees involved in HR development programs report significant improvements in sales skills, communication and product understanding. The implications of this research highlight the importance of planning and implementing a structured and sustainable HR development program to achieve optimal results.Keywords: Effectiveness, HR Development, Employee Productivity, Sales.

Abstract

This research aims to determine petty cash management at PT. Sungai Budi Cirebon Branch and to find out the internal controls applied to the management of petty cash funds at the company. Research conducted at PT. Sungai Budi Cirebon Branch uses a research method related to petty cash funds, namely the imprest fund method. The results of this research are PT. Sungai Budi Cirebon Branch has implemented petty cash fund management (using the imprest fund method) in accordance with applicable accounting standards. This research still has several limitations in the field of internal control, namely cash disbursement transaction documents have not been stamped "Paid", have not used printed serial numbered forms, and there is no formation of an organizational unit to check internal control activities. This research has contributed to lecturers and students majoring in computerized accounting. The resulting contributions include providing direct practical understanding to students regarding internal control of petty cash funds in companies, using the imprest fund method. The novelty of this research is the implementation of daily cash taking reports carried out by the management for petty cash cashiers.Keywords: Evaluation, Implementation, System, Accounting, Funds, Petty Cash.

Abstract

AbstractRegional Revenue Management Center for Kab. Cirebon 1 Sumber is the center of an organization or agency that is under the local government which has responsibility for receiving regional revenues through coordinating and collecting taxes, levies, tax sharing, balancing funds and others. This study aims to design, implement, analyze, and implement.The data collection methodology used in a study is observation. The system used in this application program is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as the web, MySQL as the database design, using the Google Chrome browser and using a cash-based method (cash basis). In reporting daily receipts at the central office for regional revenue management in the Cirebon Regency, 1 source is still using the manual, namely using HVS paper, there is accumulation of files, data recording errors, and in making reports less efficient and effective. cirebon 1 source is illustrated by using a running flowchart accompanied by explanatory narration, then made computerized into a flowmap to be applied to the system so as to minimize the occurrence of human errors, file stacking, lost data, to be more efficient and effective. Keywords: Income, Motor Vehicle Tax, Cash Basis, Mobile Samsat

Abstract

CV. Auto Kool Prima adalah perusahaan jasa yang bergerak di bidang otomotif terutama dalam jasa servis kendaraan bermotor, perawatan dan perbaikan kendaraan roda empat yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Sunan Gunung Jati No. 19, Cirebon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) pencatatan piutang corporate yang diterapkan pada CV. Auto Kool Prima, memastikan sistem pengendalian internal atas pencatatan piutang dapat berjalan dan dikelola dengan baik, serta membuat aplikasi piutang corporate berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses pencarian piutang, perekapan tagihan serta pembuatan laporan piutang yang akurat dan tepat waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode posting langsung, adapun dasar penggunaan metode ini karena metode ini digunakan untuk pencatatan piutang dalam akuntansi. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) sedangkan perancangannya menggunakan Flochart, Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini prosedur yang tekait pencatatan piutang corporate dapat berjalan dengan baik, mempermudah manajemen dalam melakukan pengendalian dan pengambilan keputus, dan dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini dapat menghasilkan dokumen dan catatan yang digunakan terkait dengan pencatatan piutang pada CV.
