Abstract

Rural economic institutions play a crucial role in local economies but also pose challenges to achieving economic self-sufficiency in rural areas. This study focuses on Village-Owned Enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Desa or BUMDes) in Tabanan Regency, Bali, where their increasing presence warrants an in-depth evaluation. Specifically, the research aims to investigate the impact of leadership competence and job satisfaction on BUMDes' business performance. The study utilizes quantitative methods and data analysis through SPSS V24. The findings indicate that leadership capabilities, core competence, and job satisfaction significantly influence business performance. Leadership capabilities play a mediating role in the relationship between core competence and business performance, as well as between job satisfaction and business performance. These results provide valuable insights for BUMDes in Tabanan Regency to enhance their effectiveness and impact on rural economic development. The study suggests that, to improve the performance and impact of BUMDes, these organizations should focus on leadership development, core competence enhancement, and measures to enhance job satisfaction among their members. ABSTRAK Lembaga ekonomi pedesaan memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal namun juga menimbulkan tantangan dalam mencapai swasembada ekonomi di daerah pedesaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali, di mana keberadaan mereka yang semakin meningkat memerlukan evaluasi mendalam. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak kompetensi kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja bisnis BUMDes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis data melalui SPSS V24. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kepemimpinan, kompetensi inti, dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja bisnis. Kemampuan kepemimpinan memainkan peran mediasi dalam hubungan antara kompetensi inti dan kinerja bisnis, serta antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja bisnis. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi BUMDes di Kabupaten Tabanan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan dampaknya pada pengembangan ekonomi pedesaan. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa, untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan dampak BUMDes, organisasi-organisasi ini sebaiknya berfokus pada pengembangan kepemimpinan, peningkatan kompetensi inti, dan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di antara anggotanya. Abstract

This research focused on the Badung Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of Online Single Submission (OSS)-based licensing services and human resource competency on community satisfaction, using the grand theory of Human Resource Management (HR). The study employs quantitative associative methods and utilizes a questionnaire with a population of 126 and a sample of 56, calculated using the Slovin formula, with four hypotheses. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 24. The research findings indicate the following: 1. Service effectiveness has a positive but insignificant effect on community satisfaction at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, Badung Regency. 2. Service effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on human resource competency at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, Badung Regency. 3. Human resource competency has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of Badung Regency. 4. Human resource competency is able to partially mediate the effect of service effectiveness on community satisfaction at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of Badung Regency. The implications of this research indicate that service effectiveness, human resource competency, and community satisfaction at the Badung Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services are moderate. Furthermore, the study shows that human resource competency can mediate the relationship between service effectiveness and community satisfaction. However, it was also found that service effectiveness had no significant effect, suggesting that further research is needed.

Abstract

This study aims to test the service innovation of Sucofindo Indonesia in improving service quality as an effort to maintain firm sustainability in the era of globalization, using the grand theory of Human resource management and supporting marketing management theory applied theory of service innovation, service quality and firm sustainability. This research method uses an associative quantitative method, and a questionnaire with a population of 102 and a sampling sample of 46 using the slovin formula with four hypotheses and data processing using SPSS Version 24. The results of the study found 1. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Firm sustainability, 2. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on service innovation 3. Firm sustainability has a positive and significant effect on service innovation . 4. Firm sustainability, is able to mediate service quality, against service innovation. The implications of this study produce service quality, service innovation, and firm sustainability of Sucofindo Indonesia are quite moderate and indicate that firm sustainability can mediate service quality in service innovation.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction through organizational culture at the Bali Regional Post Office, using the grand theory of Human Resource Management (HR). The study employs a quantitative associative method, utilizing a questionnaire with a population of 114 and a sample of 50 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula. Five hypotheses were tested, and data were processed with SPSS Version 24. The research findings indicate that: 1. The work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction; 2. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 3. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 4. Work-life balance has a positive but insignificant effect on organizational culture; 5. Organizational culture can mediate the relationship between the work environment, work-life balance, and employee job satisfaction. The implications of this research suggest that the effects of the work environment, work-life balance, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at the Bali Regional Post Office are moderate. Additionally, it shows that organizational culture can mediate the relationship between the work environment and work-life balance in terms of employee satisfaction.

Abstract

This researchaims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on the performance of State-owned Enterprises (SOEs) employees in Bali using the grand theory of Human Resources Management (HR). This research uses quantitative methods associative,and a questionnaire with a population of 637 and a side sample of 86, the questionnaire uses the Slovin formula with four hypotheses assisted by data processing with SPSS Version 24. The research results found : 1. Transformational leadership positive and significant effect on work Motivation, 2. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance 3. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee Performance, 4 Work motivation is able to mediate Transformational leadership on employee Performance. Research Implications this results in the influence of transformational leadership, Employee Performance, work motivation in SOES in the Province being quite moderate and shows that Work motivation can mediate Transformational leadership in Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Role of Human Resources, Competence and Training in Nawacita Mediation in Improving the Performance of Balinese Lontar Craftsmen (IKM) in Karangasem Regency, Bali. The theory used is Human Resource Management (MSDM) quantitative research method using a questionnaire with 50 samples and eight hypotheses assisted by data processing using SPSS version 24 and SEM_PLS. The results of the study 1. Human Resources have a significant positive effect on the performance of palm-palm craftsmen, 2. Competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of palmyra palm craftsmen, 3. Training has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of palm-palm craftsmen, 4. Nawacita has a significant positive effect on the performance of palm-leaf craftsmen, 5. Human Resources has a positive and not significant effect on nawacita, 6. Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on nawacita, 7. Training has a positive and insignificant effect on nawacita, 8. Nawacita is unable to mediate Human resources, Competence and training positively significantly to the performance of craftsmen. The implication shows that the performance of Lontar Producers can be explained by Human Resources, Competence and training and Nawacita is very high.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada perusahan yang bergerak dibidang Ekspor Impor di Provinsi Bali, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Implementasi Leadership Indonesia terhadap Presidensi G20 dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi kuantitatif dengan kuesioner pada 66 sampel dan 4 Hipotesis. Menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji korelasi, uji F dan uji t, analisis jalur dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Presidensi G20, Implementasi Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Presidensi G20 berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi serta Presidensi G20 tidak memediasi secara parsial pada Pengaruh Implementasi Leadership Indonesia terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Implikasi penelitian ini membentuk model pengaruh Implementasi Leadership terhadap Presidensi G20 dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi memberikan pengaruh lehih kecil dan lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

This research takes the object of the Badung Regency Revenue Agency with the variables Tax incentives and taxpayer compliance, the aim is to determine the effect of giving tax incentives during the Covid-19 pandemic on taxpayer compliance in Badung Regency. Qualitative research methodology with a questionnaire, population and sample of 100 respondents. Hypothesis: There is a level of influence from the variable giving tax incentives caused by the presence of Covid-19 on a taxpayer compliance. The results of the research on the tax incentive variable simultaneously have a "significant" effect on taxpayer compliance. The "positive and significant" tax incentive variable partially to the "Tax Incentive" taxpayer compliance variable has a "quite strong" correlation to "taxpayer compliance, and "taxpayer compliance" has a "strong enough" correlation to tax incentives. With the determination of tax incentives on taxpayer compliance in Badung Regency.

Abstract

Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Hubungan Industrial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Hotel Fave Petitenget Kabupaten Badung, Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan hubungan industrial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jumlah responden adalah 78 orang. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara komunikasi dan hubungan industrial dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan.   Kata kunci: komunikasi, hubungan industrial, kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstract Purpose: This research seeks to examine the impact of leadership, incentives, and motivation on the performance of accounting staff in the Government of Buleleng Regency. Method research: The research employs a quantitative approach using nonprobability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. The data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 40 accounting employees across various Regional Government Organizations (OPD) in Buleleng Regency. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. Result: The findings of the study indicate that leadership, incentives, and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both individually and simultaneously. This demonstrates that good leadership, appropriate incentive schemes, and high motivation contribute to increased employee productivity and performance. Limitations: However, the study is not without limitations, as it is based on a relatively small sample size and its focus on a single regency. Contribution: Nonetheless, the study's findings offer valuable contributions to the domains of accounting, human resource management, and public administration, particularly in the context of enhancing government employee management strategies. Moreover, the research serves as a valuable reference for local governments in formulating policies aimed at enhancing employee performance through the implementation of effective leadership, appropriate incentives, and motivation.
