Abstract

A survey was carried out to analyze  the effectiveness level of Simantri application and the effectiveness of Simantri application on increasing farmer’s income. Structured questionaires were used to obtain information from 138 respondents consisting of chairmans, secretaries, and treasurers of forty-six groups of Simantri from 2009-2010. The groups of Simantri selected by purposive sampling method. Data obtained were analyzed by descriptive method and statistic analysis. Results indicated that : less than a quarter of respondents (23.92%) effective in Simantri application, while 105 respondents (76.08%) was less effective. Effectiveness of Simantri application improved farmer’s income in Bali.

Abstract

A survey was carried out to determine the behavior of bali cattle breeders in Bali, as well as finding an effective extension system in implementing technic and management production. The research design was a survey, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Research was conducted in all eight regencies and one city in Bali. In total 198 breeders were surveyed by purposive sampling method, 99 of which were members of groups and 99 were not members of groups. Data was analyze using  descriptive, t-test, and Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results of the research showed that: 1) The level behavior, bali cattle breeders in implementing technical and production management classified in the middle category; 2) The extension system in Bali for bali cattle breeders to improve the behavior was not effective; and 3) Effective extension system to improve bali cattle breeders behavior is extension conducted by a professional extension workers, with an innovative extension materials, reliable extension institution, and adequate extension financing, through a group approach. Based on the research results, it is suggested that: 1) the Government should to improve the professionalism of extension workers, innovative extension materials, forming reliable extension institution, and provide adequate extension financing; 2) Breeders is to become an active member of groups breeder.

Abstract

A Survey was carried out using  questionaires as  data collection tools in the  Village Breeding Centres (VBC) at 5 regencies in Bali. These VBCs were superviced by Bali Cattle Breeding Centre (BPTU). Locations of this study were selected using purposive random sampling and respondents were selected by stratified random sampling. The respondents consisted of 90 farmers and 10 experts who were chosen from BPTU, Department of Livestock and Animal Health, and Udayana University. Quantitative and qualitative data were drived from primary and secondary data. The data were collected by interview using structured questionairs, indepth interviews, observation, study of literature and documents. The data were analyzed using internal and external analysis, Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) analysis, Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis, and Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis. The aims of this study were to find out the strategy of business manajemen and agribusiness system of Bali catlle breeding in order to improve farmers income. The results showed that eight strategies were found in bali cattle breeding consisted of improvement of calf quality by continous selection and breeding system, certification of  selected calves, to built animal feed industry, improving Bali cattle breeding business efficiency, developing one village one product program, built a farmers cooperation, intensifying the extension program, and increasing farmer’s entrepreneurship. The strategy of increasing the entrepreneurship spirit of the farmers was the first priority to create bali cattle breeding enterprise more efficient and  improve farmers income. These strategies should be followed by claster system in business of Bali cattle breeding which is supported by the Cluster Agribusiness Management Communication Forum (CAMCF) as  facilitator in relationship between farmers and other industries and institutions in the cluster with other industries and institutions in the cluster.

Abstract

Teknologi inverter sudah banyak diterapkan pada sistem Air Conditioner (AC),tetapi tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap inovasi teknologi tersebut masih kurang. Penulis membuat modifikasi pada sebuah Trainer Unit Air Conditioner (AC) split inverter, yang memakai siklus tertutup kompresi uap yang memiliki 4 komponen utama yaitu, kompresor, kondensor, alat ekspansi dan evaporator. Modifikasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap teknologi inverter yang telah banyak diterapkan dalam system Air Conditioner (AC), AC split inverter dengan kapasitas ¾ PK diubah menjadi trainer unit, yang disesuaikan dengan model yang umum digunakan di pasaran. Rancang bangunnya mencakup penempatan komponen-komponen system AC, penyusunan rangkaian kelistrikan lengkap dengan alat ukur tekanan tinggi dan rendah pada training unit, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk mempermudah mahasiswa dalam melakukan pengamatan dan eksperimen terkait teknologi AC inverter. Metode eksperimen digunakan dam penelitian ini adalah dengan membandingkan hasil pengujian dibandingkan dengan parameter yang ada di nameplate pada bagian outdor AC. Pengujian dilakukan selama 6 jam dengan interval waktu 5 menit Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa konsumsi energi listrik stabil per jam selama system dijalankan, yaitu 0,6 kWh. Coefficient of Performance (COP) rata-rata mencapai 4,7, sesuai dengan nameplate di bagian outdoor AC. Dengan demikian modifikasi yang dilakukan sudah bekerja dengan optimal.

Abstract

Rural economic institutions play a crucial role in local economies but also pose challenges to achieving economic self-sufficiency in rural areas. This study focuses on Village-Owned Enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Desa or BUMDes) in Tabanan Regency, Bali, where their increasing presence warrants an in-depth evaluation. Specifically, the research aims to investigate the impact of leadership competence and job satisfaction on BUMDes' business performance. The study utilizes quantitative methods and data analysis through SPSS V24. The findings indicate that leadership capabilities, core competence, and job satisfaction significantly influence business performance. Leadership capabilities play a mediating role in the relationship between core competence and business performance, as well as between job satisfaction and business performance. These results provide valuable insights for BUMDes in Tabanan Regency to enhance their effectiveness and impact on rural economic development. The study suggests that, to improve the performance and impact of BUMDes, these organizations should focus on leadership development, core competence enhancement, and measures to enhance job satisfaction among their members. ABSTRAK Lembaga ekonomi pedesaan memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal namun juga menimbulkan tantangan dalam mencapai swasembada ekonomi di daerah pedesaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali, di mana keberadaan mereka yang semakin meningkat memerlukan evaluasi mendalam. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak kompetensi kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja bisnis BUMDes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis data melalui SPSS V24. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kepemimpinan, kompetensi inti, dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja bisnis. Kemampuan kepemimpinan memainkan peran mediasi dalam hubungan antara kompetensi inti dan kinerja bisnis, serta antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja bisnis. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi BUMDes di Kabupaten Tabanan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan dampaknya pada pengembangan ekonomi pedesaan. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa, untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan dampak BUMDes, organisasi-organisasi ini sebaiknya berfokus pada pengembangan kepemimpinan, peningkatan kompetensi inti, dan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di antara anggotanya. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. GIEB Indonesia Denpasar Branch with the aim of testing and knowing the effect of service, price and location on customer satisfaction. The population of this study were all consumers who shopped through e-commerce at PT. GIEB Indonesia Denpasar Branch. The sample in this study amounted to 95 people using purposive sampling technique and using the Lemeshow formula because the population size was not known for sure. The data analysis in this study is Quantitative using the Multiple Linear Regression method assisted by data processing using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of Service, Price and Location on consumer satisfaction for consumers of PT. GIEB Indonesia Denpasar Branch. This is evidenced by the calculated f value of 65.360 f table 2.705 and the sig value is 0.000 0.05. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.683 or 68.3% of customer satisfaction is influenced by Service, Price and Location while the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this thesis. The implication of this research is that through e-commerce media has a big role in the service system which can be improved by conducting surveys on employee performance, maintaining good relations between employees, companies and customers.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di PT. GIEB Indonesia Cabang Denpasar dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh Pelayanan, Harga Dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja melalui e-commerce pada PT. GIEB Indonesia Cabang Denpasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 95 orang dengan memakai teknik Purposive sampling dan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow karena jumlah populasi tidak diketahui pasti. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda dibantu olah data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pelayanan, Harga dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan konsumen pada konsumen PT. GIEB Indonesia Cabang Denpasar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai f hitung 65,360 f tabel 2,705 dan nilai sig adalah 0,000 0,05. Koefisiensi determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,683 atau 68,3% kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh Pelayanan, Harga dan Lokasi sedangkan sisanya 31,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam skripsi ini. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui media e-commerce mempunyai peran yang besar terhadap sistem pelayanan yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan melakukan survei terhadap kinerja karyawan, menjaga hubungan baik antara karyawan, perusahaan juga pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of innovation and promotion on Hita Bali Kebaya consumer satisfaction partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method using a data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire to obtain information about a number of respondents who represent a certain population. Data analysis from the questionnaire results was carried out statistically using SPSS to test the hypotheses that had been proposed. The research results show that there is a partial and simultaneous positive and significant influence between innovation and promotion on consumer satisfaction at Hita Bali KebayaABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen Hita Bali Kebaya secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif  dengan menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang sejumlah responden yang mewakili populasi tertentu. Analisis data hasil kuesioner dilakukan secara statistik menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diajukan. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Shoe Bata Tbk, Denpasar branch, namely Bata Cokro 87 Denpasar. The aim of this research is to find out whether product innovation and brand awareness partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions in multinational businesses using the case study of PT Shoe Bata Tbk, Denpasar branch. This research used 45 samples using the quota sampling method. Data analysis in this research is qualitative using the multiple linear regression method. research shows that (1) Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the calculated t value > t table (3.524 > 2.018); 2) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t table (6.049 > 2.018) 3) Product Innovation and Brand Awareness simultaneously influence purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 46.913 >???? table 3,2199. The determinant coefficient obtained was 0.691 or 691%.
