Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the leadership style of principal in improving the quality of education at MA Al-Inayah Cibeber and Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu Cilegon City. (2) Describe the obstacles to the leadership style of principal in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Inayah Cibeber and Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu Kota Cilegon, (3) describe the results of the leadership style of principal in improving the quality of education at MA Al-Inayah Cibeber and Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu, Cilegon City. The method in this research is using the qualitative-descriptive method. The choice of this method will make it easier to understand the data exposure that has been described because it is arranged accurately and systematically. This data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the strategy adopted by the principal of MA Al-Inayah and MA Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu refers to the quality theory of education which includes input, process, and output. The leadership style of the head of MA Al-Inayah Cibeber, Cilegon City, turns out to lead to democratic leadership and administration. Meanwhile, the leadership style of the principal of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairiyah Tegal Buntu Kota Cilegon leads to a democratic leadership style. This can be seen from the interference and thoughts of the parties involved in issuing Madrasah policies.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase creativity and innovation in packaging bread products for MSMEs in Sawah Luhur Village, Kasemen District, Serang City. Bakery MSMEs in this region face significant challenges related to packaging, which hinders product marketing and competitiveness. This program includes intensive training on packaging design, modern packaging technology, and digital innovations such as QR codes and Augmented Reality (AR). Apart from that, the training also focuses on the use of environmentally friendly packaging materials and circular economy concepts. The results of the activity showed that the participants succeeded in creating a more attractive and functional packaging design. This increase in understanding and skills has a positive impact on sales of MSME products. This program also underlines the importance of collaboration between academics, practitioners and government in encouraging MSME innovation in the digital era

Abstract

The fatwa on the prohibition of inter-religious greetings issued by the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) in English Indonesian Theologian Council has caused controversy in the context of inter-religious relations in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the fatwa on Islamic family law and social harmony, focusing on the intolerance caused by interfaith interactions. Using a qualitative approach, this study conducted a content analysis of the text of the Indonesian Theologian Council fatwa and literature related to maqashid al-syariah and Islamic family law. Data were obtained through a documentation study of Indonesian Theologian Council fatwas, books, articles, and academic publications. The analysis technique involved identifying the main themes in the fatwa, comparing them with maqashid al-syariah principles, and evaluating their impact on multicultural family relationships and social harmony. The results show that this fatwa, although aimed at protecting Islamic identity, has the potential to cause tension in family relationships that have members with different religious backgrounds and undermine social harmony. The research emphasizes the need for open dialogue between scholars, academics and the community to find a more inclusive and tolerant solution. A more moderate approach is hoped to be adopted to create interfaith harmony and maintain harmony in Indonesia's multicultural society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning methods on students' social skills at State Elementary School 1 Serang City. Social skills are one of the important aspects in students' development, especially in building positive interactions with peers and teachers. Cooperative learning methods are expected to improve students' social skills through group work, effective communication, and respect for differences. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental design. The research sample consisted of two groups, namely the experimental group using cooperative learning method and the control group using conventional learning method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires measuring aspects of students' social skills before and after the application of learning methods. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the social skills of students using cooperative learning methods compared to the control group. This indicates that cooperative learning can be an effective strategy to improve students' social skills at State Elementary School 1 Serang City. This study provides recommendations for cooperative learning methods to be applied more widely in elementary schools to support the development of students' social skills to the fullest.

Abstract

This research examines the theoretical and practical contributions of Muhammad Abdul Mannan (1938-2021) to the modern Islamic economic civilization. Employing primarily qualitative research methods, Mannan, a pioneering figure, significantly shaped Islamic economics into a distinct social science discipline. His unique perspective on the Islamic approach to social security systems in Islamic economics enriches theoretical knowledge in modern Islamic economics. As a visionary, lifelong educator, and philanthropist, Mannan left a lasting impact by establishing various institutions, including the Social Islamic Bank Limited (SIBL), contributing to the socio-economic development of Bangladesh. He dedicated his talent and hard work to establish SIBL, testing its three-sector model (formal, informal, and voluntary) to alleviate poverty and inequality in society. Introducing Cash Waqf through SIBL as a novel interest-free microcredit strategy for empowering impoverished families, Mannan pioneered the concept in Bangladesh, marking a significant advancement in the realm of Islamic economics.

Abstract

The use of effective learning media can improve the quality of learning and help students achieve learning goals. This study aims to determine the use of game-based learning media wordwall can improve student motivation in science learning in elementary school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at UPT SDN Blok I Cilegon. The subjects of the study were grade III students. Data collection techniques used include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that students are more enthusiastic and more motivated in the application of Wordwall learning media. Students are also more active during the learning process and they do not feel bored even though the traditional method is still used when providing material

Abstract

Rumah ibadah merupakan salah satu tempat yang sering dikunjungi oleh orang banyak. Selain untuk ditempati ibadah, juga berfungsi sebagai tempat perkumpulan dan tempat berkegiatan. Dengan melihat fungsi yang ada, sebaiknya lingkungan rumah ibadah harus terjaga kebersihannya. Dari segi Pengelolaannya juga menjadi salah satu faktor terpenting dalam terjaganya kebersihan masjid. Jika Manajemen masjidnya tidak bisa di kelola dengan baik maka akan kesulitan dalam mengelola SDM terlebih lagi menyangkut kebersihan masjidnya. Oleh karena itu, Mahasiswa KKN menawarkan solusi kepada masyarakat berupa kegiatan bakti sosial pada rumah ibadah sebagai upaya menciptakan lingkungan bersih dan sehat dilingkungan Desa Kadudampit. Berdasarkan indikator acuan, maka hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa rumah ibadah di lingkungan Desa Kadudampit menjadi bersih setelah dilakukan bakti sosial.

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar mengajar tentang memahami pada peserta didik tingkat SD. Pada tingkat ini motivasi belajar Al-Quran pada anak sangat minim karena kurangnya kemampuan membaca dan menulis Al-Quran. Untuk itu dilakukanlah metode Iqra Bil Qalam. Tujuan dari kegiatan belajar Al-Qur’an dengan metode Iqra bil Qalam ini ialah untuk meningkatkan motivasi, belajar anak agar fasih membaca dan menulis Al-Quran. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode Iqra Bil Qalam. Adapun hasil hasil dari kegiatan belajar mengajar Al-Qur’an dengan metode Iqra Bil Qalam antara lain: Pertama, peserta didik lebih memahami teori membaca dengan ilmu tajwid dan tata cara menulis Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar, Kedua, mereka termotivasi belajar Al-Quran lebih baik lagi. Ketiga, dengan metode Iqra Bil Qalam peserta didik dapat dengan mudah memperbaiki atau memperbagus bacaan dan tulisan.. Keempat, terdapat perubahan yang signifikan setelah menggunakan metode Iqra Bil Qalam. Kelima mendapatkan respon yang antusias dari Pendidik dan juga telah terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat di bidang pendidikan mendorong guru untuk mengintegrasikan media interaktif seperti Wordwall untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa, khususnya pada pembelajaran IPS materi kekayaan budaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penggunaan media interaktif Wordwall, menganalisis motivasi belajar siswa, dan mengetahui respon siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada materi Kekayaan Budaya Indonesia di kelas IV SDIT Al-Khairiyah Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memilih materi budaya karena memiliki daya tarik visual dan relevansi dengan kehidupan siswa. Guru menyesuaikan konten pembelajaran dalam permainan Wordwall, merancang kegiatan pembelajaran, dan mengimplementasikannya secara langsung di kelas. Motivasi belajar siswa tercermin dari antusiasme, perhatian, dan minat yang tinggi selama proses pembelajaran. Respon siswa menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif, seperti rasa tertantang, refleksi terhadap materi, dan kemudahan dalam memahami konsep. Penggunaan Wordwall menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna bagi siswa.

Abstract

Kajian implementasi hukum Islam dan pengaruhnya terhadap hukum di Indonesiadapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam strategi harmonisasi antara hukum Islam danhukum positif. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan pengimplementasianhukum Islam dan menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap hukum di Indonesia. Penelitianmenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data didapatkan daribeberapa sumber literatur terpercaya yang memperkuat hasil anaslisis. Adapun teknikanalisis yang digunakan adalah analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaimplementasi hukum Islam di Indonesia menyesuaikan dengan sistem hukum yangberlaku yang berlandaskan kepada ideologi dan konstitusional negara yaitu UUD1945 dan Pancasila. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hukum Islammemiliki peluang besar untuk diimplementasikan terhadap politik hukum di Indonesiasecara gradual sehingga terpolarisasi dalam pembentukan sistem hukum yang berlakudi Indonesia.
