Abstract

Kemiskinan di pedesaan dan perkotaan merupakan permasalahan utama yang harus segera diatasi. Kabupaten Tuban dan Bojonegoro merupakan dua kabupaten mempunyai permasalahan yang hampir sama yaitu tingkat kemiskinan yang tinggi di Jawa Timur. Oleh karenanya tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat pedesaan dan pendampingan berbasis kotoran ternak sapi yang digunakan sebagai media pembudidayaan cacing di Kabupaten Tuban dan Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan yang dilaksanakan di dua lokasi di Jawa Timur, yaitu Desa Talun Kecamatan Montong Kabupaten Tuban dan Desa Sekaran Kecamatan Kasiman Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Kelompok sasaran adalah kelompok ternak di masing-masing wilayah. Data hasil penelitian yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis secara diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis kotoran ternak sapi yang digunakan sebagai media pembudidayaan cacing di Kabupaten Tuban dan Kabupaten Bojonegoro dikemas dalam bentuk FGD dan praktik pembudidayaan yang selanjutnya dilakukan observasi dan pendampingan secara intensif. Produk yang dihasilkan antara lain : cacing hidup, cacing kering, cacing bubuk, dan kascing. Adapun pemasaran pada hasil pembudidayaan cacing termasuk produk yang dihasilkan yaitu dengan menerapkan pemasaran melalui e-marketing. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa estimasi peningkatan pendapatan dari pembudidayaan cacing tanah dapat meningkatkan pendapatan 25% hingga 100% dari pendapatan sebelumnya.Kata kunci : e-marketing, pembudidayaan cacing, kotoran sapi, pendampingan masyarakat, dan peningkatan pendapatan.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to know Associations of impressionof shopping center in PasarTangga Arung Tenggarong for consumers. The analysis instrument used to know the Associations ofimpressionof shopping center in Pasar Tangga Arung Tenggarong for consumers is Cochran Q testwith SPSS program in analyzing data with a significant level of 5% until obtained the count statisticChi-square1.167and statistic table and 5.991 with 2 degrees,has obtained the significance of 0.558. Orthe statistical count is smaller than the rate of statistics table (1.167 <5, 991) and its significance valueis 0.558 or probability above0.05 (0.558> 0.05). Means showing the Associations of impressionofshopping center in Pasar Tangga Arung Tenggarong can form good impression for the consumers untilbecome interested to go shopping or visiting that market, so in conclusion,Ho (null hypothesis) isrejected and Ha (hypothesis altarnatif) received the 10 associations Pasar Tangga Arung Tenggarongindeed there alternative which formed an impression for the consumer.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and examine the financial performance of a Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Kelulut Honey Cooperative "Kukar Idaman Lestari" using quantitative descriptive research methods. The data used in this study come from the financial statements of the Kelulut Honey Cooperative "Kukar Idaman Lestari" in the form of Balance Sheet Financial Statements and Income Statements between 2021 and 2023. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative analysis, namely, analyzing financial statements with a financial ratio approach in the form of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity. Based on the results of the discussion of the financial performance analysis above, it can be concluded that the overall hypothesis about the proposed Cooperative's financial performance is rejected or not proven correct. In the hypothesis proposed that the financial ratios in the Kukar Idaman Lestari Honey Kelulut Cooperative have decreased from the previous year both in terms of Solvency which has decreased, in terms of Activity which is moving slowly and Profitability which has decreased.
