Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of interval training on increasing endurance (2) The effect of fartlek training on increasing endurance (3) How much influence do interval training and fartlek training have on increasing endurance? This research is experimental. The data collection technique uses a multi-stage fitness test. Statistical analysis techniques using the t test at a significance level of 5% are used to do the requirements analysis test, namely the normality test and homogeneity test. The conclusions from this study are: (1) There is a significant difference in the effect of the interval training group on increasing endurance. This is evidenced by tcount = 9.8827, which is greater than ttable = 2.776 with a significance level of 5%. (2) There is a significant difference in the effect of the fartlek training group on increasing endurance. This is evidenced by tcount = 9.8717, which is greater than ttable = 2.776 with a significance level of 5%; (3) Interval training has a better effect than fartlek training on increasing endurance.Keywords: Interval Training, Fartlek Training, EnduranceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Pengaruh interval training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan (2) Pengaruh fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh interval training dan fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan multi stage fitness test. Hal ini dibuktikan dari thitung = 9,8827 lebih besar dari pada ttabel = 2,776 dengan taraf signifikasi 5%.; (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelompok fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari thitung = 9,8717 lebih besar dari pada ttabel = 2,776 dengan taraf signifikasi 5%; (3) Interval training lebih baik pengaruhnya dari pada fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan.Kata Kunci: Interval Training, Fartlek Training, Daya Tahan

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this action research is to find the right approach to improve leg massage skills. This research is in the form of quantitative research and refers to Classroom Action Research (PTK). The data collection technique uses observation of leg massage skills and the data collection instrument uses a rubric. The data analysis technique is carried out by observing or observing students' skills during the sports massage learning process. Conclusions from this research: In the initial conditions, the learning outcomes were less than optimal. In the initial condition, only 7 students (35.00%) reached the completion criteria, while 13 students (65.00%) did not complete it. Then, students' leg massage skills improved with the use of ICT-assisted learning media in cycle I, with 13 students (65.00%) reaching the completion criteria and 7 students (35.00%) not yet. At the end of cycle II there was an increase, namely 16 students (80.00%) reached the completion criteria and 4 students (20.00%) did not complete. Until the end of the meeting there were still 4 students (20.00%) who had not finished.Keywords: Massage, learning media Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian tindakan ini diharapkan dapat menemukan pendekatan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan massage bagian tungkai. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kuantitatif dan mengacu pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi (pengamatan) keterampilan massage bagian tungkai dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan rubrik.. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengamati atau mengobservasi keterampilan mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran sport massage. Simpulan dari penelitian ini: Pada kondisi awal diperoleh ketuntasan hasil belajar yang kurang maksimal. Pada kondisi awal hanya 7 mahasiswa (35.00%) yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan, sedangkan 13 mahasiswa (65.00%) belum tuntas. Kemudian keterampilan massage bagian tungkai mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbantuan TIK pada siklus I sejumlah 13 mahasiswa (65.00%) mencapai kriteria tuntas dan 7 mahasiswa (35.00%) belum tuntas. Pada akhir dari siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu sejumlah 16 mahasiswa (80.00%) mencapai kriteria tuntas dan 4 mahasiswa (20.00%) belum tuntas. Sampai akhir pertemuan masih terdapat 4 mahasiswa (20.00%) yang belum tuntas.KataKunci: Massage, Media pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of TRX training and RC training on the ability of the crescent kick. This study is an experimental method. The subjects of this study were 16 athletes. The results of the t-test study on TRX training obtained a t count of 13,332 and a t table of 4,785 with a sig value of 0.000. The results of the t-test study on RC training obtained a t count of 5,495 and a t table of 4,785 with a sig value of 0.001. So there is a significant increase in the speed of the crescent kick. The magnitude of the increase in TRX and RC training, which can be seen in the t count value (TRX) 13,332 t count (RC) 5,495 is greater than the t table 4,024 (TRX 13,332> 4,024) (RC 5,495> 4024) with a significant value of TRX = 0.000, RC = 0.001 is smaller than 0.05 (sig <0.05) And the results of the effectiveness using a comparison of means on TRX and RC training. The mean test results on the TRX training mean test = 24.63, and on the RC training mean test = 20.75. The results of the comparison test mean TRX and RC training (24.63> 20.75) and the results of the Xander Resistance Training exercise are more significant because the results of the mean test are greater than the Reserve Crossover (Zigzag Run) exercise.Keywords: Xander Resistance Training Exercise and Reserve Crossover Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan efektivitas antara latihan TRX dan latihan RC terhadap kemampuan tendangan sabit. Penelitian ini merupakan metode eksperimen. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 16 atlet. Hasil penelitian uji-t pada latihan TRX diperoleh t hitung 13.332 dan t tabel sebesar 4.785 dengan nilai sig 0,000. Dan hasil penelitian uji-t pada latihan RC diperoleh t hitung 5.495 dan t tabel 4.785 dengan nilai sig 0,001. Sehingga terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit. Besarnya peningkatan dari latihan TRX dan RC, yang mana dapat dilihat pada nilai t hitung (TRX) 13.332 t hitung (RC) 5.495 lebih besar dari pada t tabel 4.024 (TRX 13.332 > 4.024) (RC 5.495 > 4024) dengan nilai signifikan TRX= 0,000, RC= 0,001 lebih kecil daripada 0,05 (sig<0,05) Dan hasil efektivitas menggunakan perbandingkan mean pada latihan TRX dan RC. Hasil uji mean pada latihan TRX uji mean = 24.63, dan pada latihan RC uji mean = 20.75, maka hasil dari ujibanding mean latihan TRX dan RC (24.63 > 20.75) maka hasil dari latihan Training Resistence Xander lebih signifikan karena hasil uji mean lebih besar dibandingkan dengan latihan Reserve Crossover (Zigzag Run).KataKunci: Latihan Training Resistance Xander dan Reserve Crossover

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of shuttle run and shadow training on footwork agility (2) How much influence shuttle run and shadow training has on footwork agility. (3) Which training method is more effective on footwork agility. This study uses quantitative quasi-experimental design research with a two-group pre-test-post-test control group design. The data collection technique uses a footwork agility test. The statistical analysis technique uses SPSS, the analysis requirements test is carried out, namely the normality test and the homogeneity test. The conclusions of this study: (1) There is an effect of shuttle run and shadow training on footwork agility, with a t table value of -2.993 and sig. (2-tailed) 0.006 < 0.05. (2) There is a fairly effective effect of shuttle run and shadow training on footwork agility, the average value of the shuttle run group is 19.07 and the average value of the shadow group is 21.53. (3) There is a significant influence of shadow training on footwork agility, with an average NGain value of 4.87 and a standard deviation value of 1.407.Keywords: shuttle run training, shadow training, footwork agilityAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh latihan shuttle run dan shadow terhadap kelincahan footwork (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh latihan shuttle run dan shadow terhadap kelincahan footwork. (3) Metode latihan manakah yang lebih efektif terhadap kelincahan footwork. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini: (1) Adanya pengaruh latihan shuttle run dan shadow terhadap kelincahan footwork, dengan nilai t tabel -2,993 dan sig.(2-tailed) 0,006 < 0,05. (2) Adanya pengaruh yang cukup efektif dari latihan shuttle run dan shadow terhadap kelincahan footwork, nilai rata – rata kelompok shuttle run 19,07 dan nilai rata – rata kelompok shadow 21,53. (3) Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan shadow terhadap kelincahan footwork, dengan nilai rata – rata NGain 4,87 dan nilai standard deviation 1,407.KataKunci: latihan shuttle run, latihan shadow, kelincahan footwork

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Passing Practice Using Targets on Football Passing Accuracy. In accordance with the research objectives, this research uses an experimental method. The population male students of extracurricular football at State Junior High School 3 Ulujami Pemalang, totaling 28 students, with the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a test, i.e. the football passing accuracy test. The data analysis technique was carried out by statistical analysis using t-test at a significance level of 5%, to meet the assumptions of the research results, the analysis requirements test was carried out by using the normality test, difference test and percentage increase. there is a significant effect between passing practice using. Targets on increasing football passing accuracy. The final test calculation for the passing practice using targets group, tcount = 8.189 > ttable = 2.052 with a significance 5%.Keywords: Passing Practice Using Targets, Football Passing Accuracy  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: Pengaruh Latihan Passing Menggunakan Target Terhadap Ketepatan Passing Sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Ulujami Pemalang yang berjumlah 28 siswa, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes yaitu tes ketepatan passing sepakbola. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik menggunakan uji t pada taraf signifikansi 5%, untuk memenuhi asumsi hasil penelitian dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu dengan uji normalitas, uji perbedaan dan persentase peningkatan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan simpulan, yaitu ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan passing menggunakan target terhadap peningkatan ketepatan passing sepakbola. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil penghitungan tes akhir kelompok latihan passing menggunakan target yaitu thitung = 8.189 lebih besar dari pada ttabel = 2,052 dengan taraf signifikasi 5%.Kata Kunci: Latihan Passing Menggunakan Target, Ketepatan Passing Sepakbola

Abstract

Abstract with the title "Development of Fun Game Training Methods in Football to Improve the Quality of Passing for Early Childhood". This study used the Research & Development (R&D) development research method from Borg and Gall. The samples used in this study were 10 participants from the SSB KKM Cidulang. This research and development resulted in a fungame training model to improve the quality of football passing which has been validated, tried out and made improvements. The end product of fungame training consist s of various fungame training models to improve the quality of passing. The results of this research and development are data on pretest posttest scores and questionnaires using SPSS IBM 25 for windows with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the increase in football passing is 5%. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the passing training model can be developed and applied in the training process. Apart from that, with the fungame training model to improve the quality of passing that has been developed, evidence is obtained that there is a significant increase shown in the test results of the pretest, posttest and also questionnaire data, there is a difference between before and after the treatment of the fungame training model to improve the quality of passing football. Based on these results, it can be used as a football fungame training model as well as an output product of a fungame training model to improve the quality of football passing.

Abstract

Mohammad Zaenudin (NIM 182223076) (2022) with the title "Efforts to Improve Passing Accuracy with Triangle Exercises and Small Sided Games at SSB Pespa Pabedilan Kidul". This study aims to determine whether the triangle and small side game exercises affect the accuracy of passing, to find out how much the triangle and small sided game exercises affect the accuracy of passing. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique with a total of 20 students, namely group A 10 students and group B 10 students who became the sample. The instrument in this study was a passing test. The data analysis techniques in this study were normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing and determination test which were used to determine the effect and how big the triangle and small sided games were on increasing the accuracy of passing SSB Pespa Pabedilan Kidul. From the test results using the SPSS V.16.0 program, the values ​​for the normality test and homogeneity test are greater than 0.05, which means the data is normally distributed and homogeneous. In the paired sample T test, a value of 0.000 is obtained, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus there is an effect of triangle training and small sided games on the accuracy of passing. In the determination test, the triangle value is 76.4% while the small sided games value is 26.2%, which means that the triangle exercise is more influential than the small sided games exercise.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop and test the validity and reliability of an assessment instrument for basic forward roll technique skills in elementary school students. The research procedures included a preliminary study through needs analysis and literature review, designing an instrument grid based on five main technical components, content validation by five experts using the Content Validity Index (CVI), and field trials on 60 students. Data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) for construct validity, Cronbach's Alpha for internal reliability, and Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) for inter-rater reliability. The results showed that the instrument had an average CVI value of 0.92, factor loading > 0.70, Cronbach's Alpha 0.91, and ICC 0.87, indicating a very high level of validity and reliability. This instrument was declared suitable for use as an objective evaluation tool for floor gymnastics skills in elementary schools. Keywords: validity, reliability, instrument, forward roll   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji validitas serta reliabilitas instrumen penilaian keterampilan teknik dasar roll depan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Prosedur penelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan melalui analisis kebutuhan dan kajian literatur, perancangan kisi-kisi instrumen berdasarkan lima komponen teknik utama, validasi isi oleh lima ahli menggunakan Content Validity Index (CVI), serta uji coba lapangan terhadap 60 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) untuk uji validitas konstruk, Cronbach’s Alpha untuk reliabilitas internal, dan Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) untuk reliabilitas antar-penilai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan instrumen memiliki nilai CVI rata-rata 0,92, factor loading > 0,70, Cronbach’s Alpha 0,91, dan ICC 0,87, menandakan tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas yang sangat tinggi.
