Abstract

Legal protection of Industrial Design in Indonesia through Law Number 31 of 2000, the government's determination to protect the right holders of Industrial Design from various forms of violations such as plagiarism, piracy or imitation. The more comprehensive safeguards are expected to be a driving factor to increase the creativity of designers. This research is legal research in a normative juridical study with the consideration that the starting point of the research analysis of legislation is the rules regarding intellectual property rights. Industrial Design Arrangements within the framework of the Law on Intellectual Property Rights are inseparable from Indonesia's participation in international agreements in the field of trade, by participating in the WTO agreement, Indonesia has ratified the WTO with Law Number 7 of 1994. Indonesia must impose TRIPs as provisions governing Rights Intellectual Property. The existence of industrial design laws provides protection to designers to prevent and resolve disputes in the field of Industrial Design to the right holders of Industrial Design to make designers to be more creative and productive in creating and producing. The legal arrangement of Industrial Design which is most important in filing rights is related to the element of novelty in the creation of works of Industrial Design. The Copyright Approach in Industrial Design is when an Industrial Design is registered, it will immediately get protection. Where the priority is the originality of a Design. The Patent approach used is in terms of new requirements and substantive examination. Keywords: Industrial Design, Legal Protection, Indonesia

Abstract

Bawang merah memiliki senyawa aktif seperti allisin, allin, flavonoid, alilpropil disulfide, fitosterol, flavonol, triproponal sulfoksida, pektin dan saponin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jerami daun bawang merah sebagai pakan alternatif terhadap konsumsi ransum dan pertambahan bobot badan harian pada itik Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan perlakuan ransum sebagai berikut: T0: 100% campuran bahan pakan + 0 % tepung DBM, T1: 97% campuran bahan pakan + 3 % tepung DBM, T2: 94% campuran bahan pakan + 6 % tepung DBM, T3: 91% campuran bahan pakan + 9 % tepung DBM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penambahan tepung daun bawang merah pada ransum itik jantan Magelang tidak menunjuukan pengaruh yang nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum dan pertambahan bobot badan harian.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian tepung daun bawang merah tidak berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi ransum dan pertambahan bobot badan harian pada itik selama proses pemeliharaan.

Abstract

Skizofrenia adalah gangguan jiwa berat yang angka kejadiannya terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Skizofrenia dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan jiwa yaitu halusinasi, perilaku kekerasan, harga diri rendah, isolasi sosial dan defisit perawatan diri. Skizofrenia hebefrenik memiliki ciri khas yaitu regresi pola pikir, emosi labil, wajah konyol, tawa yang aneh, menangis tiba-tiba dan menarik diri secara ekstrem. Jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat menyebabkan relapse pada penderita skizofrenia. Tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan asuhan keperawatan jiwa dengan masalah kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien relapse skizofrenia hebefrenik. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah case report dengan beberapa langkah yang dimulai dari pengkajian hingga evaluasi. Hasil pemberian asuhan menunjukkan adanya penurunan pada skizofrenia yaitu klien merasa tenang, mampu menghadapi dan mengendalikan halusinasi, mampu mengingat kejadian di masa lalu dan menceritakan pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan, serta mampu berbicara dengan bebas dan mampu mengungkapkan perasaan bahwa klien merindukan kedua anaknya. Asuhan keperawatan yang telah diberikan efektif dalam mengurangi tanda dan gejala serta memberikan stimulus dan dukungan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup klien. Asuhan keperawatan ini dapat diaplikasikan pada klien dengan skizofrenia hebefrenik yang mengalami relapse dengan masalah ketidakpatuhan minum obat.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of influencer marketing on consumer behavior regarding fashion styles in the age of social media. It employs a quantitative research approach utilizing simple linear regression analysis conducted with SPSS. The data for this study were collected through primary sources via questionnaires distributed in two countries, Indonesia and India, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. A total of 55 respondents from Indonesia and 50 respondents from India participated in the study. The results indicate that influencer marketing has a significant positive effect on consumer behavior. The benefits of this study are expected to assist the fashion industry in understanding consumer behavior and the role of influencers, ultimately improving their marketing strategies. However, the findings do not lead to general conclusions due to the limited number of respondents and other factors that can influence consumer behavior. For future research, it is recommended to increase the sample size and expand the scope of the discussion by incorporating additional aspects such as pricing and the aesthetics of content

Abstract

This activity aims to help empower the Elderly Family Development through Selantang, Mojolangu Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. Activities include designing an effective curriculum and learning methods according to the characteristics of the elderly community. Learning materials include the dimensions of resilient elderly, from physical to spiritual dimensions. The methods used are training and implementation assistance for Selantang members. Learning activities use “angklung” as a medium. Members are invited to use it as a means of entertainment and learning as well as reflection and management of emotions connected to spirituality. This activity produces a curriculum and learning method guidebook and learning facilities with the principle of "Learning Happily". The Elderly Family Development administrators and Selantang members not only gain knowledge and learning techniques, they can also practice managing emotions and spirituality in their daily lives and can feel more peace and calm, strengthen gratitude, and get closer to God. They are also enthusiastic about maintaining a balance between physical, emotional, and spiritual health
