Abstract

The increasingly narrow land in urban areas makes people have to take advantage of the existing land. The concept of urban farming provides a solution by creating green open land in the midst of dense urban buildings. Empowerment of students is a positive effort to realize the goal of Islamic boarding schools to equip students with religious knowledge and general knowledge.The objectives of this activity are: 1) To increase the knowledge and skills of the students in farming on limited land. 2) Provide knowledge about urban farming that can foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the students. 3) Creating a new source of income for the cottage at least from the results of urban farming that can be consumed by the residents of the Islamic boarding school so that they can save on shopping expenses. 4) Empowering productive economic activities in Islamic boarding schools.The implementation method is carried out through training for students, coaches and teachers at Ponpes El Yasmin Banjararum, Singosari, Malang. The result of this activity is to increase the knowledge of the students to learn to live independently, foster an entrepreneurial spirit and fulfill the needs of vegetables independently.

Abstract

Pajak memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan bernegara khususnya dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan. Salah satu bentuk penerimaan pajak dari sektor UMKM yang kini juga mendominasi dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Sejalan dengan meningkatnya UMKM, namun kesadaran dan kepatuhan dalam membayar pajak masih tergolong rendah. Penyebab rendahnya kesadaran seperti rasa ketidakpuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik, ketidakmerataan pembangunan infrastruktur, dan kasus korupsi oleh pejabat tinggi yang masih dikatakan banyak. Pemerintah saat ini telah memberikan fasilitas kemudahan membayar pajaka melalui website, namun sebagian pelaku usaha kurang pemahaman terhadap teknologi. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukannya strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku usaha dalam membayar pajak diantaranya sosialisasi tentang perpajakan memperbarui sistem pelayanan pajak dan membuat kebijakan atau sanksi bagi pelaku UMKM yang tidak mentaati pembayaran pajak.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the health of banks in Indonesia during and after the Covid- 19 pandemic. The data source used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. To assess the health of banks in this research, a risk assessment approach or Risk Based Bank Rating (RBRR) was used by reviewing the components of the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital (RGEC) of banking companies. The results of the research show that the health of state-owned banks during the pandemic was declared healthy and after the Covid-19 pandemic was declared very healthy, while the health of National Private Banks during and after the Covid-19 pandemic was declared healthy considering that several banks were in the "Less Healthy" position. The Covid-19 pandemic significantly affects Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of perceived benefit variables on Paylater user interest with promotional attractiveness as a moderating variable. It is hoped that the results of this research will be useful and contribute to business actors being able to manage and improve their business performance. The object of the research is young entrepreneurs who are members of ABM Preneur. The total population is 71 entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, the total sample was 60 respondents obtained based on the Slovin formula. The data in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Sampling used the stratified purposive random sampling method. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS 3. The results of this research show: 1. Perceived benefits have a positive and significant effect on interest in using Paylater. 2. Promotional attractiveness does not moderate the influence of perceived benefits on Paylater user interest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of CSR on corporate reputation and brand equity, as well as its follow-up impact on business performance. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 160 owners. The results of the analysis show that CSR has a significant positive influence on the company's reputation and brand equity. A good reputation, in turn, will contribute to an increase in brand equity. The company's reputation and brand equity have proven to have a positive influence on business performance. This shows the importance of CSR as a business strategy that not only improves the company's image, but also has a positive impact on company performance. Besides, the implications of this study reveal the need for companies to develop the right metrics to measure the impact of CSR on the company, so that it can evaluate the effectiveness of the CSR programs that have been implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Promosi, Rating dan Online Customer Review terhadap keputusan pembelian di Marketplace Shopee Food. Jenis penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 responden yaitu mahasiswa STIE Malangkucecwara Malang. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa uji t (parsial) variabel independent Promosi berpengaruh dan siginifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Uji t (parsial) variabel independent Rating berpengaruh dan siginifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Uji t (parsial) variabel independent Online Customer Review berpengaruh dan siginifikan terhadap keputusan pemebelian.

Abstract

Dalam mengelola keuangan dikalangan mahasiswa sangatlah penting. Hal itu juga membutuhkan dukungan dalam keberhasilannya yaitu literasi keuangan. Lifestyle juga harus diperhatikan dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan. Terdapat masalah diantaranya dalam perilaku manajemen keuangan mahasiswa pada mahasiswa STIE Malangkucecwara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, gaya hidup, dan hedonisme terhadap penggunaan Shopee PayLater di kalangan mahasiswa. Literasi keuangan merupakan kemampuan untuk memahami dan mengelola informasi keuangan. Lifestyle merupakan bagaimana seseorang dalam menjalani hidupnya termasuk dari produk apa yang mereka beli, bagaimana menggunakannya serta apa yang dipikirkan dan dirasakan setelah menggunakan produk tersebut . Hedonisme menggambarkan pandangan yang menganggap bahwa setiap kesenangan dan kemikmatan yang berbentuk materi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskripstif kuantitatif, populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif STIE Malangkucecwara Angkatan 2020-2023, sampel yang diambil berjumlah 88 dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang menggunakan layanan shopee dan memiliki pengalaman dalam bertransaksi menggunakan fitur tersebut. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the Promotion (X1) and Consumer Trust (X2) variables on Purchase Decisions (Y) in the Tokopedia E-Commerce application in the Management student study program at STIE Malangkucecwara in the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with explanatory methods. The population of this study was 163 students with a sample of 62 students. The analytical method used in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 application. The results showed that the Promotion variable (X1) had a positive effect of 5,600 and the Consumer Trust Variable (X2) had a positive effect of 4,218. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Promotion and Consumer Trust influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction, the effect of work incentives on employee job satisfaction, and the effect of workload and work incentives simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at PT Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Jember Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Jember Regency. Based on the results of the study, researchers found that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, then work incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and the effect of workload and work incentives simultaneously and individually has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The contribution of researchers in this study is expected to help in providing literature development on the relationship between workload, work incentives, and job satisfaction, and is expected to help companies to manage workload proportionally and effectively which can reduce the negative impact on job satisfaction and increase productivity

Abstract

This activity aims to help empower the Elderly Family Development through Selantang, Mojolangu Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. Activities include designing an effective curriculum and learning methods according to the characteristics of the elderly community. Learning materials include the dimensions of resilient elderly, from physical to spiritual dimensions. The methods used are training and implementation assistance for Selantang members. Learning activities use “angklung” as a medium. Members are invited to use it as a means of entertainment and learning as well as reflection and management of emotions connected to spirituality. This activity produces a curriculum and learning method guidebook and learning facilities with the principle of "Learning Happily". The Elderly Family Development administrators and Selantang members not only gain knowledge and learning techniques, they can also practice managing emotions and spirituality in their daily lives and can feel more peace and calm, strengthen gratitude, and get closer to God. They are also enthusiastic about maintaining a balance between physical, emotional, and spiritual health
