Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is to help hypotheses for future authors in determining research related to organizational performance. The research article on organizational performance analysis through employee engagement: green behavior, green organizational culture, green compensation, and reward is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct literature reviews of previous studies that are relevant and have been published. The data used in this study are secondary data, which are sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Green Behavior affects Employee Engagement; 2) Green Organizational Culture affects Employee Engagement; 3) Green Compensation and Reward affects Employee Engagement; 4) Green Behavior affects Organizational Performance; 5) Green Organizational Culture affects Organizational Performance; 6) Green Compensation and Reward affects Organizational Performance; and 7) Employee Engagement affects Organizational Performance

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya secara berkelanjutan dan menciptakan sumber pendapatan pasif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang konsep passive income serta strategi optimalisasi bisnis agar lebih produktif dan berdaya saing. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi ini adalah edukasi berbasis pelatihan interaktif, yang meliputi pemaparan teori, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi kasus. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup konsep passive income, diversifikasi pendapatan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, serta strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelaku UMKM dari berbagai sektor guna memastikan penerapan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya passive income dalam mendukung stabilitas keuangan usaha mereka. Selain itu, peserta mampu mengidentifikasi dan menerapkan strategi optimalisasi bisnis, seperti digitalisasi pemasaran dan efisiensi operasional. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dapat lebih inovatif dan adaptif dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi serta menciptakan usaha yang lebih berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Mandiri Entrepreuner Center (MEC) adalah Lembaga Pendidikan Kurus (LPK) atas binaan Yatim Mandiri di Utan Kayu Raya No. 64 yang berbasis Kewirausahaan dan memiliki 1 (satu) Program Pendidikan yaitu : Digital Preneur. Dan terdapat mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan dan Manajemen Bisnis yang merupakan bagian dari aktivitas para siswanya untuk trampil berjualan secara mandiri selama pelatihan maupun setelah lulus dari adalah anak yatim yang telah diseleksi untuk diberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan tersebut. Aktifitas pembelajarannya 25% teori dan 75% praktek baik didalam kelas maupun diluar kelas saat berjualan snack-snack atau makanan kecil kering dipasar-pasar dengan diangkut pelatihan. Pembelajaran dan pelatihan dibawah naungan Yatim Mandiri, para siswa menggunakan motor. Konsep pembelajaran sama dengan kampus-kampus yang pelatihan sebanyak 14 (empat belas) kali pertemuan dengan ditambah 2 (dua) kali pertemuan untuk UTS (ujian tengan semester dan UAS (Ujian Akhir Semester). dalam memahami materi kewirausahaan dan manajemen bisnis perlu ditunjang dengan melakukan praktek didalam kelas membuat target sales, time table, MOU (memorandum of understading) serta praktek berjualan di akhir minggu untuk snack jenis makanan ringan kering seperti yang salah satunya kripik singkong dan semprong. Dengan metode pelatihan berupa teori sebesar 25% dan praktek 75%, saya salah satu tenaga pendidik atau dosen di Institut Transportasi (ITL) Trisakti mendapatkan amanah terpanggil berbagi ilmu dan wawasan untuk materi kewirausahaan dan manajemen bisnis di tempat naugan para yatim tersebut. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan menunjukkan para siswa mampu meningkatkan pengetahuannya setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan puas dengan kegiatan pelatihan ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature study is to develop a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research in the field of human resource management. The literature review article on the identification of leadership characteristics of delegates is a scientific literature article in the field of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use a literature study or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research relevant to this study and is sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, each relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. Abstract

Efficiency and equitable distribution of logistics are key elements in supporting national economic development, especially in an archipelagic country like Indonesia. This article explores the contribution of pioneer shipping and sea toll ships in strengthening the national logistics system. Pioneer shipping plays a vital role in opening up access to sea transportation to hard-to-reach areas, such as remote, outermost, and disadvantaged areas, which commercial shipping lines have not served. Meanwhile, the sea toll program is present as a solution to reduce price disparities between regions through regular and low-cost delivery of goods. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies on several pioneer shipping routes and sea toll routes. The study results show that both programs significantly impact expanding connectivity, driving the local economy, strengthening the national logistics system, and supporting equitable development. However, obstacles are still found, such as unbalanced cargo flows, limited supporting port facilities, and lack of coordination between stakeholders. To address these challenges, it is necessary to strengthen collaboration between the central government, local governments, and the private sector. This article provides relevant insights for other archipelagic countries that want to develop an inclusive, efficient, and sustainable maritime logistics system.

Abstract

The low discipline of some individuals in implementing health protocols during the pandemic has become a challenging task for the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP). The indifferent and unconcerned attitude in heeding health protocols makes the enforcement process not conducive and has implications for officers' low level of patience. This community service activity aims to provide education on friendly service as a solution to changing the behavior of some Satpol PP officers who are unfriendly into a friendly unit in the eyes of the public. The activity was implemented at the DKI Pemda office, located in Petogogan, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta, involving twenty members, all male. The educational method was implemented in two ways: material presentation and direct field practice. The results of this education can change the mindset of regional apparatuses who are considered arrogant to officers who have a spirit of service to the community. This activity can be a reference to continue from friendly service to excellent service.
