Udara adalah faktor penting dalam kehidupan, namun, di era modern, sejalan dengan perkembangan pembangunan fisik kota dan pusat industri, serta berkembangnya transportasi, telah menyebabkan kualitas udara mengalami perubahan. Dari yang mulanya segar, kini, kering dan kotor akibat dari terjadinya pencemaran udara karena kendaraan transportasi. Lewat penggunaan metode kepustakaan, maka, tampak dengan jelas ada beberapa hal yang harus mendapatkan perhatian yang serius, di antaranya; 1. Pemberian izin bagi angkutan umum kecil lebih dibatasi, sementara, kendaraan angkutan massal, diperbanyak. 2. Kontrol jumlah kendaraan pribadi. 3. Pembatasan usia kendaraan . 4. Pembangunan MRT, dan pembuatan Electronic Road Pricing. 5. Pengaturan lalu lintas, rambu-rambu, dan tindakan tegas terhadap pelanggaran berkendaraan. 6. Uji emisi harus dilakukan secara berkala pada kendaraan umum maupun pribadi. 7. Penanaman pohon berdaun lebar di pinggir jalan yang lalu lintasnya padat serta di sudut-sudut kota. The aims of this Â study is Â to determine feasibility study of commercial air charter in PT. Sukses Mandiri Aviation. This research was conducted at PT. Sukses Mandiri Aviation, by using a qualitative descriptive research method to analyze marketing aspects of the market and financial feasibility studies. The result shows that PT. Sukses Mandiri Aviation has a captive market by cooperating with charter aircraft. Results of analysis of financial projections on the financial aspects of the feasibility study are: NPV is positive, the profitability is more than 1 (one), the IRR is greater than the interest, the payback period is less than the life of the investment,and financial ratios have met the requirements of the rules and regulations.

The study aimed at analyzing the data and information about the effect of service quality and brand trust of Garuda Indonesia to the passengersâ satisfaction and retention. The method used was descriptive and associative. The path analysis was used to analyse the data. The primary data was taken from 245 passengers who have been flying with Garuda Indonesia at least 1 time. The survey was conducted in DKI Jakarta. The result shows that the quality of service and the trusted brand effect simultaneously and partially to the passengersâ satisfaction while those three factors effect simultaneously and partially to the passengersâ retention

This quantitative study investigates the relationships between digital competency training, job happiness, employee productivity, and turnover rates in the Indonesian e-commerce industry. Data were collected from 128 employees working in various e-commerce companies through structured questionnaires. Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis was employed to analyze the data. Theresults reveal significant positive relationships between digital competency training and both job happiness and employee productivity. Furthermore, job happiness and employee productivity exhibit significant negative associations with turnover intentions. These findings highlight the importance of investing in digital skills development, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee productivity to reduce turnover rates in the e-commerce industry. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed, along with suggestions for future research.

The purpose of this literature research is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article Organizational Development: Analysis of Return on Investment, Training Need Analysis, Job Enrichment, and Competence is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is using literature studies or reviewing relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Sage, WoS, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Return on investment has an effect on Organizational Development; 2) Training Need Analysis has an effect on Organizational Development; 3) Job Enrichment has an effect on Organizational Development; and 4) Competence has an effect on Organizational Development.

The Community Service Program (PKM) by ITL Trisakti aims to improve student driving safety through the socialization of Safety Riding and the implementation of the School Safe Zone (ZOSS). This activity involved students of SMPN 3 Mande, Jamali Village, as the main participant. Through an educational approach, this program provides technical training on safe driving and infrastructure improvements around schools. The results of the activity showed an increase in student understanding from 50% in the pre-test to 90% in the post-test. This program is expected to reduce the number of accidents and create a safe driving culture among students. This activity has a significant positive impact on students' understanding of driving safety. This activity not only increases students' knowledge but also forms their awareness of the importance of applying safety principles in daily life. This activity succeeded in increasing the understanding of SMPN 3 Mande students about Safety Riding and ZOSS. This is evidenced by an increase in post-test scores by 40% compared to pre-test results. The interactive socialization method has proven to be effective in providing driving safety education. The use of visual media, interactive discussions, and question and answer sessions make it easier for students to understand the material. Jamali Village has great potential to be an example of successful ZOSS implementation. Support from schools, communities, and students can strengthen the implementation of ZOSS in a sustainable manner. ABSTRAK Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) oleh ITL Trisakti bertujuan meningkatkan keselamatan berkendara siswa melalui sosialisasi Safety Riding dan implementasi Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZOSS). Kegiatan ini melibatkan siswa SMPN 3 Mande, Desa Jamali, sebagai peserta utama. Melalui pendekatan edukatif, program ini memberikan pelatihan teknis berkendara aman serta perbaikan infrastruktur di sekitar sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa dari 50% pada pre-test menjadi 90% pada post-test. Program ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi angka kecelakaan dan menciptakan budaya berkendara aman di kalangan pelajar. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman siswa mengenai keselamatan berkendara. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tetapi juga membentuk kesadaran mereka akan pentingnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip keselamatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMPN 3 Mande tentang Safety Riding dan ZOSS. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan skor post-test sebesar 40% dibandingkan dengan hasil pre-test. Metode sosialisasi interaktif terbukti efektif dalam memberikan edukasi keselamatan berkendara. Penggunaan media visual, diskusi interaktif, dan sesi tanya jawab membuat siswa lebih mudah memahami materi. Desa Jamali memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi contoh penerapan ZOSS yang berhasil. Dukungan dari pihak sekolah, masyarakat, dan siswa dapat memperkuat implementasi ZOSS secara berkelanjutan.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya secara berkelanjutan dan menciptakan sumber pendapatan pasif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang konsep passive income serta strategi optimalisasi bisnis agar lebih produktif dan berdaya saing. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi ini adalah edukasi berbasis pelatihan interaktif, yang meliputi pemaparan teori, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi kasus. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup konsep passive income, diversifikasi pendapatan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, serta strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelaku UMKM dari berbagai sektor guna memastikan penerapan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya passive income dalam mendukung stabilitas keuangan usaha mereka. Selain itu, peserta mampu mengidentifikasi dan menerapkan strategi optimalisasi bisnis, seperti digitalisasi pemasaran dan efisiensi operasional. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dapat lebih inovatif dan adaptif dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi serta menciptakan usaha yang lebih berkelanjutan.

The novelty of this study lies in its holistic approach. It integrates counseling, training, and intrinsic motivation as key factors influencing employee resilience, which ultimately impacts productivity in startup environments. Unlike previous studies that typically examine one or two factors in isolation, this research offers a comprehensive perspective by demonstrating how the combination of these three elements strengthens employee resilience in facing the dynamic challenges of startup settings, thereby leading to increased productivity. The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing productivity using a descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 (strongly disagree to strongly agree), completed by employees at startup companies. The study involved 160 respondents and was analyzed using Smart Partial Least Squares. The results indicate that counseling, training, and intrinsic motivation do not have a positive or significant effect on resilience. However, resilience has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Additionally, intrinsic motivation does not have a positive or significant indirect effect on employee productivity through resilience.
