Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organisation, both institutions and companies. HR is also the key that determines the development of the company. In essence, human resources are people employed in an organisation as movers, thinkers and planners to achieve the organisation's goals. Nowadays, the latest developments view employees not as mere resources, but rather as capital or assets for institutions or organisations. Because of this, a new term emerged outside of H.R. (Human Resources), namely H.C. or Human Capital. This is where human resources are seen not just as the main asset, but an asset that is valuable and can be multiplied, developed and also not otherwise as a liability (burden or cost). Here it is necessary to develop human resources as an investment for the institution or organisation to be improved.

Abstract

 Masih banyak lagi hal-hal positif yang terlahir dari pesatnya pertumbuhan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Hal ini memberikan pekerjaan rumah baru bagi seluruh umat manusia khususnya umat Islam yang notabenenya adalah kaum yang membawa keselamatan. Oleh karena itu, sudah waktunya kaum muslimin secara khusus harus kembali mengkaji Alquran yang khususnya dalam permasalahan kemansuiaan yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan sains dan teknologi serta sikap mereka dalam menghadapi permasalahan tersebut. Umat islam sudah seharusnya mengenali batasan-batasan Alquran dalam konteks pemberdayaan manusia, apa saja yang harus diberdayakan dan hal-hal apa saja yang dibolehkan dalam pemberdayaan itu, sehingga kemajuan-kemajuan serta temuan-temuan ilmiah yang dihasilkan itu benar-benar sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Alquran yang secara pasti sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.Melihat permasalahan tersebut di atas, manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat sedikit sekali dikaji dengan mengetengahkan Alquran sebagai pijakan dasarnya serta dihubungkan dengannya. Dalam tulisan ini memuat kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam Alquran yang sebenarnya sudah ada sejak diturunkannya wahyu ini untuk digali dan diteliti. Kata Kunci: Alquran, Manajemen, Sumber Daya Manusia

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Human Resources are the greatest power in processing all resources on earth, because basically all of God's creations that exist on this earth are deliberately created by God for the benefit of mankind. This has been clearly stated by Allah in the Qur'an surah Al-Jatsiyah verse 13. Therefore, this existing resource must be managed properly because it is a mandate that will be held accountable in the future. To get good management, knowledge is needed to support the empowerment and optimization of the benefits of existing resources. In Surah Ar-Rahman verse 33, Allah has encouraged humans to seek knowledge as widely as possible without limits in order to prove the omnipotence of Allah Swt.KEYWORDS: Management; Human Resources; Islamic. ABSTRAK: Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan kekuatan terbesar dalam pengolahan seluruh resources yang ada di muka bumi, karena pada dasarnya seluruh ciptaan Allah yang ada di muka bumi ini sengaja diciptakan oleh Allah untuk kemaslahatan umat manusia. Hal ini sangat jelas telah ditegaskan oleh Allah dalam Al-Quran surah Al-Jatsiyah ayat 13. Oleh karena itu sumber daya yang ada ini harus dikelola dengan benar karena itu merupakan amanah yang akan dimintai pertanggungjawabannya kelak. Untuk mendapatkan pengelolaan yang baik, ilmu sangatlah diperlukan untuk menopang pemberdayaan dan optimalisasi manfaat sumber daya yang ada. Di dalam surah Ar-Rahman ayat ke 33, Allah telah menganjurkan manusia untuk menuntut ilmu seluas-luasnya tanpa batas dalam rangka membuktikan kemahakuasaan Allah Swt.KATA KUNCI: Manajemen; Sumber Daya Manusia; Islami.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe general goal of human resource management is to optimize the productivity of all jobs in an organization. In this case, productivity is defined as the production (output) of a company (goods and services) against the entry (human, capital, materials, energy). Human resources are an existing mandate that must be managed properly and become a responsibility in the hereafter. To get good human resource management, it must be guided by sharia by referring to the Qur'an. Because the Qur'an has given a clear picture of human resources.KEYWORDS: Al-Qur'an; Management; Human Resources. ABSTRAKTujuan umum manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah mengoptimalkan produktivitas semua pekerjaan dalam sebuah organisasi. Dalam hal ini, produktivitas diartikan sebagai hasil produksi (output) sebuah perusahaan (barang dan jasa) terhadap masuknya (manusia, modal, bahan-bahan, energi). Sumber daya manusia adalah amanah yang ada ini harus dikelola dengan benar dan menjadi tanggung jawab di akhirat kelak. Untuk mendapatkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik harus dengan tuntunan syariah dengan berpedoman kepada Al-Qur’an. Abstract

At globalization era, company has given on to change of information current, technological and commerce which so quickly penetrate region a state. Every activity of business shall the change merespon ably manajerial and technical in the form of program is transfer of human resource development and technology. So that highly competitive company, hence human resource development program require to be improved, pass program analyse work, rekrutmen, selection, orient, development and training and career development, so that yield preeminent human resource ready to compete in globalization era.

Abstract

Hypertension has dangerous impacts on health, such as stroke, blurred vision, kidney problems, and a tendency to become irritable. Non-pharmacological therapy for hypertension is lifestyle modification by adjusting eating patterns or diet, such as bananas. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Ambon banana juice in reducing blood pressure in people with hypertension. Method: This research used a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-posttest in Indonesia. This study included 18 participants, sufferers of mild and moderate hypertension, not taking antihypertensive drugs, and not being sick. The instruments used are blood pressure measuring instruments and digital and mercury stethoscopes. The results showed a significant difference between systolic blood pressure before and after administering Ambon banana juice to hypertension sufferers, the Asymp Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.001, then the p-value = 0.0005 (< 0.05). Apart from that, for diastolic blood pressure, the p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05) means there is a difference between diastolic blood pressure before and after therapy with Ambon banana juice. However, Ambon banana juice reduces diastolic blood pressure in hypertension sufferers. This study highlights that Ambon banana juice effectively reduces blood pressure in hypertensive patients include pre-hypertension and mild hypertension.

Abstract

Human resource management in the lecturer profession is an important field of science to study considering the very important role of lecturers in the education system in higher education as stated in article 1 number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers. Lecturers have a very important role in the education system at Islamic universities, not only conveying knowledge, but also as scientists and pioneers in serving society as well as transforming, developing and disseminating knowledge and shaping the character of the nation through applicable values and norms. . Apart from that, lecturers are professional educators and scientists who have the main task of transforming, developing and disseminating science, technology and art through education, research and community service.
