Abstract

Kondisi kawasan di Blok Lambosir TNGC berupa lahan kritis dan semak belukar. Hal ini telah menurunkan fungsi kawasan ini sebagai sistem penyangga kehidupan dan rawan bencana alam seperti longsor dan kebakaran. Upaya pemulihan kembali fungsi kawasan (restorasi ekosistem) perlu dilakukan secara bertahap dengan kegiatan RHL. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pendampingan dan gerakan aksi menanam tanaman endemik Gunung Ciremai sebagai kawasan hutan konservasi yang berkelanjutan. Lokasi kegiatan di Blok Lambosir Desa Setianegara, Kecamatan Cilimus, Kabupaten Kuningan. Pada lokasi tersebut telah dipersiapkan lahan seluas 1 Ha. Kegiatan terdiri dari 1. Pelatihan RHL dan Pemantapan Kelembagaan Kompepar, 2. Gerakan Adopsi Pohon berupa kegiatan a. Pendampingan Gerakan Menanam Pohon dan b. Pendampingan Pemeliharaan Pohon.  Pelaksanaan dilakukan selama 3 hari yaitu Minggu, Sabtu dan Minggu (7, 20 dan 21 November 2021), yang diikuti oleh Kompepar Ciremai Green Lambosir dan sivitas akademika UNIKU. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan Peningkatan Kapasitas SDM Kompepar, melalui pelatihan dan diskusi mendalam tentang RHL, interpretasi obyek dan Kelembagaan. Pemahaman anggota Kompepar meningkat terhadap kegiatan RHL, mampu melakukan interpretasi objek dalam menyampaikan objek dan daya tarik wisata terhadap pengunjung serta memiliki kesepahaman yang sama terhadap kelembagaan Kompepar. Hasil kegiatan Gerakan Adopsi pohon, berupa kegiatan menanam 100 pohon jenis endemik seluas 0,1 Ha untuk rehabilitasi lahan yang didominasi lahan kritis dan semak belukar untuk mengantisipasi bencana ekologi termasuk kekayaan biodeversiti dan kebakaran hutan. Jenis-jenis endemik yang ditemukan di blok Lambosir ada 2 jenis pohon yaitu malanding (Leucaena leucocephala) dengan nilai kerapatan 1.250 ind./Ha dan Kipare (Glochidion macrocarpus Bl) dengan nilai kerapatan 40 ind./Ha, selebihnya didominasi semak belukar berupa Alang-alang (Imperata cylindrica) dengan nilai kerapatan 58.500/Ha. Jenis pohon yang ditanam pada kegiatan RHL adalah Kipare (Glochidion macrocarpus), peutag (Syzygium densiflorum), Calodas (Ficus macrocarpa), Beunying (Ficus fistulosa), salam (Syzygium polyanthum).

Abstract

Polylactid Acid (PLA) is a biodegradable polymer made from natural ingredients so it is safe to use for biomaterials. The purpose of this study was to determine the biodegradation characteristics of the addition of chitosan powder and Hydroxyapatite to PLA. There were 4 variations in this study, namely PLA 100 (pure PLA), PLA-chitosan-Hydroxyapatite 94-3-3 (Composite 1), PLA-chitosan-Hydroxyapatite 94-0-6 (Composite 2), PLA-chitosan-Hydroxyapatite 94-6-0 (Composite 3). Samples were prepared using the extrusion method to form filaments, then the filaments were injected with a temperature of 170-190°C and an injection pressure of 5-6 bar. Characterization was carried out using the Immerse Test, FTIR Test, and SEM-EDS Test. The results of the Immerse Test showed an increase in sample mass of 1.04%, 1.1%, 1.05% and 1.14% respectively. FTIR test results did not show any new functional groups in the composite. The results of the SEM test indicated the presence of Na and Cl deposits on the sample surface as evidenced by the results of the EDS test that all samples contained Na and Cl elements. So that the weight gain occurs because the three materials are not chemically mixed which easily separate and cause cavities, these cavities are filled with HBSS liquid.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility, applicability, effectiveness and student response to PBL-based e-modules towards improving scientific literacy and numeracy skills of MA Al-Ishlah Majalengka students. This research was conducted from April to May 2023. The population in this study were MA students in class X MIPA, the sample consisted of 25 students in class X MIPA 1 as the experimental class and X MIPA 2 consisted of 25 students as the control class. The research design used in this study is a research development approach (Research and Development) with data collection techniques using tests, observations, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS 2.0 software. The results showed 1) PBL-based E-Modules with Wepik media were very suitable for use as teaching materials in learning with an average score of 93.33% from material experts, 92.50% from linguists, 97.11% from media experts; The implementation of E-Module learning with wepik media gets an average percentage score of 86.66% in the good category; 3) The effectiveness of PBL-based E-Modules with Wepik media uses the Effect Size formula for scientific literacy skills with Cohen's scores of 3.70 and 2.18 for numeracy literacy. The Effect Size category of scientific literacy and numeracy skills is large, which means it is effectively used as teaching material; 4) Student responses to learning using the E-Module with Wepik media are included in the positive and very good criteria. The conclusions from this study are: 1) The feasibility of the E-Module based on expert validation is stated to be very suitable for use as teaching material; 2) The implementation of learning using E-Modules with Wepik media is very good in improving students' scientific literacy and numeracy skills; 3) There is a significant difference in the increase in scientific literacy and numeracy skills between the experiment and the control; 4) Students give a positive response to E-Module learning with wepik media on environmental change material.

Abstract

Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) which is in line with 21st century skills that require students to be able to keep up with the times, but AKM has serious weaknesses, namely, a discrepancy between what is taught and what is assessed, so teachers should be able to work around these things this is for the smooth running of students in working on AKM questions by familiarizing students with questions based on numeracy literacy and in accordance with the context being taught, based on observations obtained an explanation that students seem less able to follow when faced with material that combines literacy and numeracy, In this regard, research on the development of biological numeracy literacy instruments in science learning in the subject of the respiratory system in humans is very important to do. This research is a development type research using the Research and Development (R&D) research method. The research design used is the ADDIE model research design (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate). The results obtained for the development of the instrument are in accordance with the stages of the ADDIE model research design, the feasibility of the instrument which is classified as valid and reliable, and has a level of difficulty from easy to difficult categories and item discrimination from less to good categories and there are differences in terms of functionality. The conclusion of the instrument developed is feasible to use to familiarize students with questions based on numeracy literacy and according to the context that is being taught to improve students' numeracy literacy skills.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kardiovaskular dimana penderita memiliki tekanan darah di atas normal. Penyakit ini seringkali disebut silent killer karena tidak adanya gejala dan tanpa disadari penderita mengalami komplikasi pada organ-organ vital. Salah satu cara untuk menurunkan tekanan darah dengan terapi non farmakologis yaitu dengan pemberian jus belimbing. Berdasarkan kasus klien Bapak S, dengan diagnosis keperawatan manajemen Kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif dan risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif. Intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan adalah jus belimbing yang sudah dilakukan kepada klien selama 6 hari, hasil evaluasi didapatkan perkembangan pada klien yaitu penurunan tekanan darah dari 180/110 mmHg menjadi 130/90 mmHg. Berdasarkan hal tesebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa jus belimbing dapat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi, oleh karena itu intervensi tersebut dapat di kembangkan oleh penderita hipertensi di RW 03 Cipayung dan membuat pedoman SOP pemberian jus belimbing untuk digunakan di. Abstract

Technological advances are currently experiencing a very rapid increase, one of which is bicycle transportation which is now popular, namely electric bicycles. In the assembly of the frame of an electric scooter, a welding process is needed, one of which is the MIG welding method. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of welding voltage and stick out on weld defects from MIG welding results on aluminum 6063, the welding defects found are porosity, undercut, and incomplete fusion. According to the results of macro photo observations, the smaller the voltage, the less optimal the electrode melting, as well as the stick out which greatly affects the welding results, because the longer the  stick out, the more the voltage is inhibited, and the protective gas will be reduced due to the distance of the nozzle to the welding point is getting farther due to the longer stick out  distance

Abstract

PLA (poly lactid acid) is a biodegradable polyester that can be applied to tissue engineering because it is biocompatible and non-toxic. The purpose of this study to determine the mechanical characteristics of mixing PLA, chitosan, and Hydroxyapatite. There were 4 variations in this study, namely PLA 100 (pure PLA), PLA-chitosan-Hydroxyapatite 94-3-3 (Mix 1), PLA-chitosan-Hydroxyapatite 94-0-6 (Mix 2), PLA-chitosan-Hydroxyapatite 94-6-0 (Mix 3). The method of processing specimens is carried out by mixing the material using an extrusion machine to form filaments, then the filaments are cut to a size of 3-5 mm for injection processing with a process temperature of 170-190°C and an injection pressure of 5 Bar. The tensile strength value of the composite decreased by 0.14% from the tensile strength value of pure PLA it’s cause of the characteristic of chitosan and HAp were stiff and brittle.

Abstract

Ecoprint is a fabric dyeing technique that utilizes natural materials such as leaves, flowers, and twigs to create unique patterns on fabric, promoting environmental sustainability. While this technique offers ecological benefits, the manual heating process used to fix the colors is often inconsistent and time-consuming. This research aims to develop a controlled heating system based on a minimum system to improve the efficiency and quality of ecoprint production. The system allows for precise temperature control at 90°C and automatic heating duration, ensuring stable temperatures and optimized time settings. The trial results indicate that the controlled heating system produces more consistent patterns, sharper colors, and reduces the risk of fabric damage compared to manual heating methods. Additionally, the system is capable of saving up to 20% in energy consumption and lowering operational costs. The implementation of this technology has a positive impact on the productivity of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), enhances product quality, and expands the market potential for ecoprint products. Therefore, this controlled heating technology not only improves production efficiency but also supports the sustainability of creative industries based on local wisdom and environmentally friendly practices

Abstract

This article aims to identify challenges in the protection policy for Indonesian migrant workers from Jember Regency with a focus on the threat of radicalization in the digital era. The development of information technology and global migration affects various aspects of migrant workers lives, not only in the economic aspect, but also has the potential to open up opportunities for radicalism. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection through interviews and study of related documents. The research results show that disinformation circulating on social media, as well as Indonesian migrant workers social isolation abroad, are factors that exacerbate vulnerability to radicalism. Social media is the main channel for job information, but it often carries the risk of fraud and recruitment by illegal agents. Apart from that, the extremism-based violence faced by Indonesian migrant workers also appears as a threat that has not received much attention. This research suggests the need to strengthen Indonesian migrant workers protection policies, especially in utilizing technology and increasing digital literacy to prevent radicalization among Indonesian migrant workers.

Abstract

Abstrak Ecoprint merupakan teknik pewarnaan kain yang memanfaatkan bahan alami seperti daun, bunga, dan ranting untuk menciptakan pola unik pada kain, yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Meskipun teknik ini memiliki keunggulan dalam mengurangi dampak lingkungan, proses pemanasan manual yang digunakan untuk mengunci warna sering kali tidak konsisten dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemanasan terkontrol berbasis minimum sistem untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas hasil ecoprint. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengaturan suhu pada 90°C dan durasi pemanasan secara otomatis, yang memastikan suhu tetap stabil dan durasi sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemanasan terkontrol menghasilkan motif yang lebih konsisten, warna yang lebih tajam, dan mengurangi risiko kerusakan kain dibandingkan metode pemanasan manual. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mampu menghemat energi hingga 20% dan menurunkan biaya operasional. Implementasi teknologi ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas UMKM, meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta memperluas potensi pasar produk ecoprint.
