Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of teachers at Tahfidz Nurul Musthofa Junior High School through a study of discipline, creativity, and cooperation in the learning process. The evaluation model used is CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product), which allows a comprehensive analysis of the four main components in teacher performance evaluation. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that from the aspect of discipline, most teachers have shown a high commitment in maintaining discipline both in time management and classroom management. However, there are some challenges in ensuring consistent discipline among students. In terms of creativity, teachers at this school have made efforts to implement varied and innovative learning methods, although there is still a need for improvement in the use of educational technology. The cooperative aspect is also a strength in this school, with teachers actively collaborating in designing learning materials and supporting student development. Through the evaluation of CIPP, this study provides recommendations to improve professional training for teachers, as well as further development in the use of technology in learning. This research is expected to contribute to improving teacher performance and improving the quality of learning at Tahfidz Nurul Mustofa Junior High School.

Abstract

Puisi merupakan ungkapan perasaan penyair yang dirangkai dengan bahasa yang indah dan mengandung makna yang dalam. Oleh karena itu, untuk memahami makna dari sebuah puisi, diperlukan analisis yang lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis puisi berjudul Sang Surya karya Lia Maylini Hendriyanti menggunakan pendekatan struktural. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang berfokus pada analisis isi puisi berdasarkan unsur fisik dan unsur batin puisi. Unsur fisik puisi yang akan dianalisis meliputi diksi, rima, tipografi, pengimajian, kata konkret, dan gaya bahasa. Sedangkan unsur batin puisi yang akan dianalisis meliputi tema, nada, rasa, dan amanat. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of structured infographic worksheets within a lesson study framework to improve the writing skills of 10th-grade Madrasa students in Indonesian language classes. The participants included 30 students from a Madrasa in East Java, selected for their varied proficiency levels to represent a typical class composition. These students often deal with challenges in writing descriptive texts, including difficulties with vocabulary selection, grammatical accuracy, and organizing coherent ideas. This study uses a qualitative approach to evaluate how visual tools like structured infographic worksheets can enhance student engagement, collaboration, and writing performance. Data were collected through interviews guided by structured protocols, detailed observation sheets, and rubric-based analysis of student work, all organized around the lesson study cycle (Plan, Do, See). The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of improvement. The findings reveal substantial enhancements in content organization, language use, coherence, and creativity. When integrated with collaborative lesson study practices, structured infographic worksheets effectively meet the educational needs of Madrasa students and improve their writing skills.

Abstract

Dunia saat ini dihadapkan pada—apa yang disebut oleh Ziauddin Sardar sebagai—global problematique, problem yang terintegrasi dengan berbagai peristiwa global. Situasi ini tanpa disadari telah melupakan fitrah dan bagaimana seharusnya manusia dalam perkembangannya yang kemudian mengakibatkan krisis eksistensial yang pada akhirnya menimbulkan berbagai masalah yang diakibatkan manusia. Usaha untuk melakukan perubahan pada akhirnya menjadi utopis dan nyaris mustahil. Gagasan dalam Filsafat Pendidikan Eksistensialis dinantikan untuk menjadi tawaran alternatif bagi kemelut ini. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah menggali kembali fitrah dan perkembangan manusia yang bersumber dari al-Qur’an dan Hadis agar menumbuhkan eksistensi manusia sebagaimana yang telah ditentukan oleh Allah. Dengan menggunakan kajian pustaka (library research) bertujuan untuk mengkaji fitrah dan perkembangan manusia dalam al-Qur’an dan Hadis dalam bingkai Filsafat Pendidikan Eksistensialis. Dari kajian ini menghasilkan bahwa secara fitrah, manusia diposisikan dan menyadari bahwa dirinya sebagai khalifah dimuka bumi untuk selalu beribadah kepada Allah SWT dan menjaga kelangsungan kehidupan. Abstract

The development of the scientific world and human thought patterns are increasing, starting from something abstract to something real and can be proven. Along with these developments, positivistic epistemology has mastered the science and the study of the philosophy of science in almost all regions. Thus giving birth to new paradigms and discoveries. Even so, there are still several problems. With this remaining problem, it gave birth to thinkers in the twentieth century who wanted new studies in the philosophy of science, such as Karl R. Poper (1902-1994) with three main themes, namely, the issue of induction, problems and standards and problems of the third world, and Thoma S. Kuhn (1922-1996) came up with a revolutionary idea of science which was marked by the process of shifting the old paradigm to the new one. But in between, Imre Lakatos comes with the Methodology of Scientific Research Programs which contains several important elements, first, the Core Program (hard-core), which is the basis of the Lakatos methodology which is the initial assumption of research or scientific research that cannot be replaced or modified. Second, the protective circle (protective belt), this function is to withstand various attacks, testing and obtaining adjustments, even changes, and understanding, to defend the hardcore. Third, a series of theories, namely the relationship between the theory and the next theory, which is the result of the auxiliary clauses added from the previous theory. These three elements have their respective duties and roles in developing science. So in general it can be said that the benefits of a research program are determined by the extent to which scientists can develop findings or even become useless.Keywords: Research Program Methodology, Islamic Studies, Islamic Education
