Abstract

The Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) to Poor Households aims to assist the economy of impoverished communities due to the increase in fuel prices in October 2005. For the village of Sonok, the Direct Cash Assistance Program is provided to categorized poor communities, who are registered through the data collection by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in collaboration with the local government. Based on the above, the core issue is the Islamic Legal Perspective on the Mechanism of Distributing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Funds in the Village of Sonok. The research method used in this thesis is a qualitative method with a case study approach. To investigate the research problem, the researcher also employs a descriptive method towards primary and secondary data. The primary data for this thesis is obtained through interviews and documentation. Secondary data consists of information from other sources such as scholarly works, literature, encyclopedias, dictionaries, archives, and research findings related to the problem to be discussed or studied. From the research conducted, it was found that the BLT assistance has been distributed to both registered and unregistered individuals. As a result, those who receive the BLT assistance do not receive the full amount of 300,000 because of the addition of impoverished residents as per the policy of the local village government. The Islamic legal perspective on the distribution of the BLT funds prohibits this practice, as the existing assistance is intended only for those who are registered. Therefore, the assistance should only be given to them, as it is their rightful entitlement as registered recipients. Anything that is rightfully theirs should be conveyed to them, as it is a trust.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah kemampuan kemandirian belajar yang masih kurang dan dan hasil belajar yang masih belum meningkat. Upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan model pebelajaran SOPRAN (Project Based Learning, Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share, Team Games Tournament) dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan hasil belajar siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi kemandirian dan instrumen hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Temuan ini menunjukkan kemandirian belajar siswa memperoleh kriteria sangat mandiri. Hasil belajar siswa memperoleh peningkatan secara klasikal. Disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model SOPRAN (Project Based Learning, Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share, Team Games Tournament) dapat meningkatkan kemandirian dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Guru professional adalah guru yang ingin mengedepankan mutu dan kualitas layanan dan produknya,layanan guru harus memenuhi standarisasi kebutuhan masyarakat, bangsa dan pengguna serta memaksimalkan kemampuan peserta didik berdasar potensi dan kecakapan yang dimiliki masing-masing individu untuk menjadi lebih baik Penelitian ini di tujukan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Profesionalisme guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di MI Ribath Darut Tauhid Nambangan perak Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan teknik – teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview, koensioner, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian tentang Pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru terhadap Prestasi Belajar di MI Ribath Darut Tuhid Nambangan perak Surabaya, bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh profesionalisme guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa, dengan niatan itu penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus Korelasi Prodak moment yang mana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik penyebaran angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian, penulis mengambil kesimpulan adanya pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan prosentasi yang cukup, yaitu 0,735%. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh ini diharapkan menambah kesadaran terhadap para guru pengajar MI Ribath Darut Tuhid Nambangan perak Surabaya, untuk lebih meningkatkan keprofesionalnya dalam proses belajar mengajar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Household waste management is a crucial issue that impacts health, the environment, and sustainability. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, facilities, and policies with household waste management behavior in Karang Intan Subdistrict, Banjar Regency. A cross-sectional design was applied involving 130 respondents selected through random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Spearman Rank correlation test. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.009) and attitudes (p = 0.028) with household waste management behavior. Facilities showed a positive but non-significant relationship (p = 0.082), while policies indicated a significant negative relationship (p = 0.026). In conclusion, increasing knowledge and fostering positive attitudes are key factors in improving household waste management behavior, while the effectiveness of policies requires reinforcement through proper socialization and targeted implementation. Practical implications highlight the need for continuous community education and stronger enforcement of local policies to achieve sustainable household waste management.
