Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan interaksi sosial atau berkomunikasi dapat mendorong seseorang untuk memanfaat potensi penggunaan bahasa. Penggunaan bahasa ini dapat divariasikan berdasarkan aspek situasional maupun kondisi dengan sarat makna sosial. Bahkan dalam proses interaksi seorang penutur sangat  memungkinkan dirinya untuk mengganti bahasa baik disengaja maupun tidak. Peristiwa inilah yang  disebut dengan peralihan bahasa atau  alih kode bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk alih kode pada program keterampilan abad 21 ASEAN. Selanjutnya penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan konstruksi diplomasi kebahasaan pada program keterampilan abad 21 ASEAN. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Wujud data pada penelitian ini berupa teks dokumen percakapan dan transkrip dari hasil wawancara. Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, catat, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik interaktif yang mengaitkan ketiga komponen yakni data display, data reduction dan conclusion drawing atau verivication. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alih kode dapat dilihat baik sebagaian maupun terjadi secara keseluruhan. Kata kunci: alih kode, diplomasi kebahasaan, mahasiswa

Abstract

Dakwah dengan metode silaturahmi secara teoretik memiliki berbagai kelebihan, di antaranya ialah dapat menciptakan hubungan yang lebih akrab antara dai dan mad??. Tulisan ini hendak mengulas metode dakwah silaturahmi yang didasarkan pada tinjauan reflektif terhadap aktivitas dakwah yang dilakukan oleh Jamaah Tabligh. Sebab, di antara gerakan dakwah di dunia, yang menjadikan metode silaturahmi sebagai metode utama adalah Jamaah Tabligh. Dari tulisan ini dapat direfleksikan tiga hal. Pertama, Jamaah Tabligh memiliki konsep dakwah yang komprehensif terkait metode dakwah silaturahmi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari klasifikasi sasaran khushushi yang ditetapkan oleh Jamaah Tabligh yang disertai dengan memberikan garis-garis tentang pesan yang harus disampaikan pada masing-masing karakter mad?? yang dikunjungi. Kedua, kunjungan dakwah yang dilakukan Jamaah Tabligh demikian terorganisir. Hal ini dilihat dari prinsip nisab ? menyisihkan waktu 2,5 jam perhari, 3 hari dalam sebulan, 40 hari dalam setahun, dan 4 bulan sekali seumur hidup ? bagi karkun untuk melakukan khushushi dalam berdakwah. Ketiga, dalam silturahmi dakwah yang dilakukan Jamaah Tabligh tercermin nilai ikram (memuliakan) sesama muslim. Konsep semacam ini tentu menjadi sebuah keniscayaan bagi gerakan dakwah Islam, di mana umat Islam di seluruh dunia dapat saling menghormati dan bergandengan tangan untuk memecahkan masalah yang menjadi persoalan umat.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out the restrictions on the political rights of ex-convicts to participate in the election of Regional Heads 2) To find out the legal consequences of restrictions and revocation of political rights of ex-convicts to be elected in regional head elections.  The type of normative legal research is doctrinal legal research or library research. The results of the researchare: 1) Limiting the political rights of ex-convicts to be elected is contrary to the hierarchy higher regulations. Based on Law No.12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation and  Invitation and is not in line with the principle (Lex Superior Derogat Legi Inferiori) meaning that the reshould be nolower regulations contrary to higher regulations. 2) Due to the law limiting the political rights of ex-convicts to be elected, it can be canceled through are quest for examination. Judicial review at the Supreme Court based on Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation, Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights and Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections

Abstract

This article explores the application of Islamic communication in higher education learning, focusing on three main aspects: communicator, message, and media. Through a literature review with a qualitative approach, it was found that lecturers, as communicators, are not only in charge of teaching, but also act as role models in applying Islamic principles when interacting with students. The material or message conveyed in learning must adopt Islamic teachings and values, in order to form good morals in students. Learning media must also be carefully selected to ensure that the content presented supports the delivery of Islamic messages and is in line with Islamic teachings. Overall, the application of Islamic communication in higher education learning can not only improve the effectiveness of the learning process, but also contribute to the achievement of comprehensive Islamic education goals. In conclusion, the integration of Islamic communication is essential in shaping graduates who excel academically and have high moral and spiritual integrity.

Abstract

The phenomenon and study of long distance marriage couples is a very interesting thing to research. This research seeks to determine the implementation of fulfilling the biological rights of long distance marriage couples and how to maintain household harmony even though they are far apart in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is qualitative research through phenomenological studies explained observationally. This research was designed in the form of field research, namely research carried out by going directly to the field and interviewing 15 couples. Through this research, it was found that the respondents who underwent long distance marriages each responded differently to this biological problem because the frequency of their encounters was different. There are once every week, every four months and six months. There are those who are used to it and there are those who still really have a problem with it. Biological desires that are not channeled will have an impact on a person's physical and emotional state which will ultimately also affect household relationships. So the things that respondents did when the desire arose included taking a walk, eating, keeping their gaze, holding back as much as possible, and making a masturbation video call. This kind of long distance marriage condition requires each partner to commit to remaining together even though they are separated by distance and time and to consult if there is a commotion between the husband and wife
