Sekurang-kurangnya terdapat lima karakter pribadi pancasilais yang harus dimiliki, dihayati dan diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan mahasiswa diantaranya pengejawantahan nilai-nilai ketuhanan dalam kehidupan serta mampu menunjukkan sikap religius, toleran, berkonstribusi dalam peningkatan mutu kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, bernegara dan beradaban berdasarkan Pancasila, berperan sebagai warga negara yang bangga, cinta tanah air, memiliki nasionalisme serta rasa tanggung jawab terhadap negara dan bangsa, menginternalisasi semangat kemandirian, kejuangan dan kewirausahaan.

This research was conducted with the aim of exploring the rise of fraudulent or illegal investments in Indonesia. The outbreak of fraudulent investment cases in the digital transformation era has harmed many people. There are various types of fraudulent investment modus operandi, including using Ponzi Schemes with cryptocurrency mode, using social media and influencers, and claiming to be an investment company that has been licensed by OJK. The research method used a literature study. The results show that the cause of people becoming victims of illegal investment fraud is not only because they are tempted by the large profits offered, but also the lack of knowledge of victims about the mechanism and workings of investment products. When investing, it should be in a place with clear legality. Investors invest in platforms that are licensed and supervised by regulators in the financial sector. Therefore, it is very important to verify and check the legality of the investment platform. In addition to socializing and educating the public regarding illegal investments, the Investment Alert Task Force also plays a role in preventing unlicensed business activities that have the potential to harm the public. The public is asked to be cautious of illegal investment offers. Investors must understand financial and digital literacy before investing because it is important to prevent investment fraud. Increased financial literacy will increase public knowledge of legal financial products.

Setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk membuat pelanggan merasa puas dengan memberikan penawaran dan pelayanan yang lebih baik, mengingat perusahaan harus mampu untuk mempertahankan posisi pasarnya ditengah persaingan dan mempertahankan citra yang baik di mata pelanggannya. Untuk itu perusahaan harus mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada para pelanggan. Salah satu strategi yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan dalam bisnis bongkar muat barang adalah menawarkan kualitas jasa dengan kualitas pelayanan yang terbaik dalam menunjang kinerja dan performa dari pelayanan yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen bongkar muat pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Cabang Kendari. Metode yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan melibatkan 58 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji parsial menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif tetapi untuk variabel bukti fisik dan ke, handalan tidak signifikan untuk variabel daya tanggap. Jaminan dan empati itu signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian menggunakan uji simultan menunjukan bahwa Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy (empati) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Cabang Kendari.

Tradisi Kalosara merupakan salah satu tradisi yang berasal dari suku Tolaki Kabupaten Kolaka. Kalosara merupakan benda yang disakralkan oleh masyarakat suku Tolaki yang dijadikan simbol hukum adat dan kebudayaan yang digunakan dalam berbagai upacara adat, salah satunya adalah upacara pernikahan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tradisi kalosara dalam perspketif nilai pendidikan karakter pada suku Tolaki Kabupaten Kolaka Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa nilai karakter yang terdapat dalam tradisi kalosara diantaranya adalah nilai religius, nilai moral, nilai sosial, nilai budaya, nilai tanggung jawab dan toleransi.

This study aims to analyze the content of regulations regarding Civil Servant Discipline Based on Government Regulation No. 94 of 2021 at the Batuatas District Office. 94 of 2021 at the Batuatas District Office. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The findings of the research results that there are still government employees of Batuatas Subdistrict who do not carry out the mandate of the regulations regarding Employee Discipline, including not being on time when entering the office, not being friendly in service and often ignoring their duties. Through this research, it is hoped that the discipline of Batuatas Sub-district government employees can increase and can be responsible for carrying out their duties as a civil servant

This study described the legal consequences of work agreements between companies and workers and problems in making and implementing work agreements. This study used a qualitative research approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation—sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed by categorizing and classifying techniques. The study results showed that the legal consequences of a work agreement between the company and the employee had implications for the content of the agreement, which had legal force so that it might be obeyed by all parties and did not conflict with the rule of law. On the other hand, problems in making and implementing work agreements, namely the clauses in the agreement were not under the laws and regulations, so there was a misperception of the company's basic wages, and there was no clarity about the protection of workers whose employment relationship was terminated unilaterally, and the lack of transparency or good faith from the company to the company. In addition, the Department of Manpower and Transmigration was related to its ability to run the company's wheels.

The purpose of this study was to determine the responsibility of the harbormaster in shipping. This study used an empirical juridical approach. The responsibility of the class II Kendari Harbormaster was very important because of security and safety for matters related to shipping. The harbormaster in his duties had to ensure the awareness of sea transportation service users and had the authority to impose sanctions.

Islam is a religion that highly upholds noble character, and this is affirmed in the hadith of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam (SAW) stating that the main purpose of his being sent to the human race is to perfect commendable character. Students as critical intellectuals who are characteristic of academics, need to have a commitment to the teachings of religion (Islam) and morality, which of course is supported by policies implemented by the campus. This study discusses the policies carried out by the Director of the Kolaka Nursing Academy in Islamic Student Moral Development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the policies applied by the Kolaka Nursing Academy Director in the Islamic Student Moral Development, supporting and inhibiting factors in Islamic Moral Development students at Kolaka Nursing Academy, Effective solutions to increase students' importance on the value of diversity on campus and life daily. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. From this study, it was produced that the policy in developing the Islamic character of Kolaka Nursing Academy students was carried out through 3 (three) stages, namely first, agenda-setting. second, the implementation of the quality target program as a manifestation of the policy implementation of the Kolaka Nursing Academy Director to foster students' Islamic behavior, and the third evaluation of supporting factors for the development of Islamic students, including environmental (campus, and community) factors.

The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out the restrictions on the political rights of ex-convicts to participate in the election of Regional Heads 2) To find out the legal consequences of restrictions and revocation of political rights of ex-convicts to be elected in regional head elections. The type of normative legal research is doctrinal legal research or library research. The results of the researchare: 1) Limiting the political rights of ex-convicts to be elected is contrary to the hierarchy higher regulations. Based on Law No.12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation and Invitation and is not in line with the principle (Lex Superior Derogat Legi Inferiori) meaning that the reshould be nolower regulations contrary to higher regulations. 2) Due to the law limiting the political rights of ex-convicts to be elected, it can be canceled through are quest for examination. Judicial review at the Supreme Court based on Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation, Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights and Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections

This article aims to examine the efforts made by teachers to foster student awareness through the implementation of the second principle of Pancasila at MTsN 4 Buton Tengah. A qualitative case study method was employed, with informants including the principal, Pancasila and Civic Education teacher, and students at MTsN 4 Buton Tengah. The results indicate that teachers foster awareness through various habituation practices: students help their peers in need, students are given responsibilities to maintain classroom cleanliness, mutual respect is cultivated through the 5S principles (smile, greet, salute, politeness, and courtesy), honesty is promoted via an honesty canteen, and discipline is enforced by ensuring students arrive at school on time with sanctions for tardiness. This study is limited by its focus on the second principle of Pancasila. Future research should explore the implementation of other Pancasila principles at the junior high school level.
