Abstract

Perancangan sistem ini bertujuan merancang sistem pengolahan kegiatan bidang ketertiban umum dan ketentraman masyarakat Satpol PP Kota Padang sebagai upaya mengatasi masalah keterlambatan dalam pengolahan laporan kegiatan saat ini yang belum efektif dan efisien, proses pengolahan laporan kegiatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga memakan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses pengolahan laporan kegiatan. Perancangan sistem pada Tugas Akhir (TA) ini dibangun menggunakan platform website yang di jalankan secara online. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall yang terdiri atas 5 tahapan, yakni, Analisys, Design, Implementation, Testing Maintance,. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan database MariaDb. Alat bantu perancangan sistem menggunakan metode Unified Modeling Langguange (UML) yakni UseCase Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequance Diagram, dan Class Diagram. Perancangan aplikasi berbasis Web pada Satpol PP Kota Padang ini diharapkan dapat membantu Staff dan para anggota patroli Satpol PP Kota Padang dalam proses pengolahan kegiatan dibidang ketertiban umum dan ketentraman masyarakat.

Abstract

Sistem ini dirancang untuk Pengelolahan data Mahasiswa magang di CV. Multi Maju sebagai upaya mengatasi masalah pengolahan data yang belum efektif dan efisien, proses pendataan yang di lakukan secara manual cukup memakan waktu brdampak terhadap teknis pada laporan pengawasan dan monitoring mahasiswa. Perancangan sistem ini dibangun menggunakan platform website yang di jalankan secara online. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall yang terdiri atas 5 tahapan, yakni, Analisys, Design, Implementation, Testing Maintance,. Abstract

Pengelolaan nilai pada SDN 13 Purus yang pada saat ini belum mengoptimalkan sistem komputerisasi dan masih menggunakan sistem manual. Dalam proses penguraian dan penyalinan data nilai siswa sering terjadi beberapa kesalahan terutama pada penulisan dan pembagian nilai siswa yang tidak sesuai dengan hasil sebenarnya. Metode pengembangan sistem dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini, penulis menggunakan Metode SDLC( Sistem Developmen Life Cycle). Sehingga dihasilkanlah sebuah analisa sistem baru dengan menggunakan alat bantu UML (Unifed Modelling Languange). Implementasi dan rancangan program penulis menggunakan PHP dengan database MYSQL. Tugas Akhir ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi dapat membantu guru dalam proses pengelolaan nilai dan mempermudah siswa dalam mengetahui nilai sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadi kesalahan dalam pembagian nilai. Hasil penulisan tugas akhir ini diharapkan juga dapat memberikan ke efektifan dan ke efesienan data pengelolaan nilai dan mengimplementasikan seluruh sumber dan hasil nilai dan menampilkan laporan pengelolahan nilai lapor yang tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Apotek Vera bergerak pada bidang penjualan obat yang menjual berbagai macam bentuk obat seperti obat tablet, obat kapsul, obat kaplet, obat cair dan obat yang berbentuk salep. Sistem stok yang ada masih dilakukan secara manual dengan melakukan pencatatan pada buku dan kertas. Berdasarkan sistem yang masih manual, adanya macam kendala seperti hilangnya kartu stok obat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data stok obat karena harus mencari banyaknya kartu stok yang menumpuk dan keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan persediaan obat yang akan diserahkan kepada pemilik Apotik. Sistem Informasi Stok Obat adalah suatu sistem informasi yang dibuat untuk memudahkan pengecekan persediaan obat, dengan menggunakan metode rancangan sistem SDLC dan alat bantu rancangan sistem UML sebagai alat bantu untuk perancangan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Php dengan Database MSQL. Dengan menghasilkan sistem informasi stok obat dan laporan pada uji aplikasi ini diharapkan bisa membantu Apotik Vera dalam melakukan stok obat, yang sebelumnya di tuliskan pada buku, kertas atau kartu stok, di harapkan bisa lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Land certificate administration services at the ATR/BPN Mentawai Islands Office still face various obstacles, especially in terms of transparency and tracking of the application process which is carried out manually. This can cause uncertainty of information for the public. To overcome these problems, a web-based land certificate administration tracking information system was designed that can be accessed online. This system aims to make it easier for the public to monitor the progress of land certificate applications efficiently, quickly, and transparently.The system design was carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model approach, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In system modeling, Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools were used, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. Sequence diagrams are used to describe the interactions between objects in the system, such as the flow of tracking certificate applications between users and the system.The system was developed using the PHP programming language on the server side and MariaDB as a database management system. The results of this study are in the form of a web application that can be used by the public and officers to track and manage land certificate applications digitally, effectively, and in a structured manner.

Abstract

When transactions are recorded manually, there are often difficulties in controlling inventory and errors in sales reports. The objective of this research is to develop a sales data processing application that can help store owners manage sales transactions. This research was conducted in Toko Hendra Kota Padang using PHP programming language and MySql as database. The system development method used is SDLC with waterfall model while the tools used to design this system use UML with different diagrams including: Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram and Sequence Diagram. It is hoped that this system can support the performance and services of Hendra's Store by facilitating the management of purchasing and sales data.

Abstract

The learning process at SMPN 1 IV JURAI is still conventional, that the teaching and learning process between students and teachers is only carried out by meetings between students and teachers in the classroom. If the teacher is absent and the learning time is limited by the school, then automatically the learning process will be hampered because it still relies on face-to-face meetings in the classroom. The design of this web-based E-Learning information system at SMPN 1 IV JURAI aims to make it easier for teachers to provide subject matter and exams for students at UPT SMPN 1 IV JURAI. The development of information systems in making this software uses PHP as a script language used to create web pages and MySQL as a database for data storage. This final project produces an e-learning information system that will be able to help and facilitate teachers and students in the teaching and learning process and streamline the teaching and learning process at UPT SMPN 1 IV JURAI. With this online learning class can help the teaching and learning process to be more optimal. Students can easily get subject matter, exams and make it easy to collect assignments and exams and find out the results / grades they get.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the main problems faced in social life. With this, the Indonesian government took the initiative to help poor people, this aims to eradicate poverty in Indonesia. To expedite this program, villages are obliged to register poor people who deserve to receive direct assistance from the center. And the data obtained is deposited to the center. The method for collecting data on poor people usually must comply with the rules determined by the central government. However, Nagari Tandikat Padang Pariaman Regency in the Raskin data collection system still uses conventional methods by recording on paper, and the Raskin data archive often loses or is damaged. This results in time inefficiencies and inaccuracies in data archiving. This data collection process is one of the problems that arises in every village. Therefore, in this report an information system for processing data on poor people for the Raskin and Nagari Tandikat programs was created as the object of the Final Project. This information system is a data processing information system for poor people. This aims to build a Data Processing Information System for Poor People for the Poor Rice Program (Raskin). The research method used for this final assignment uses SDLC with UML system design tools. The programming language used to design the application is the PHP programming language with a MySql database.

Abstract

The design of this system aims to design an effective and efficient WEB-based Online Final Assignment guidance information system for the Department of Informatics Management and can produce WEB-based Online Final Assignment guidance that can be applied in DIII Information Management at Ekasakti University, Padang. System design in this Final Project (TA) was built using a website platform that runs online. The system development method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall which consists of 5 stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing Maintenance,. The programming language used is PHP with MariaDb database. System design tools use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, namely UseCase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. This final project resulted in the design of an Online Final Assignment guidance information system based on the Informatics Management Department's WEB which can assist in improving guidance services that provide convenience quickly and accurately. The design of Web-based applications in the Informatics Management DIII program is expected to help and facilitate students and supervisors in the guidance process in the Informatics Management DIII major more quickly

Abstract

Extracurricular activities at SMPN 8 Sutera do not yet have a system, resulting in frequent errors in the process of recording student registration data and extracurricular activities managed by the instructors. The objective of this final project is to design a web-based extracurricular application at SMPN 8 Sutera Pesisir Selatan that can facilitate students and instructors in the extracurricular activities process. The application design process uses the SDLC research method with the waterfall model, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The design tools used are UML, consisting of use cases, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The programming language used is PHP for server-side development, and MySQL serves as a database for storing extracurricular information. The result of this design is a web-based extracurricular system at SMPN 8 Sutera Pesisir Selatan.
