Abstract

Green Base transceiver station (BTS) or known as remote BTS is a special BTS with IP technology-based that has a small capacity and takes low power consumption with standard features suitable for use in rural areas. BTS utilizes 100% solar energy as a source of energy. The infrastructure Green BTS is composed of high-tech devices which is able to save energy, environmentally friendly, small and lightweight. The high rate service calls and SMS on green BTS is caused by the absence of competition telecom operators at a site. The solution to this  problem needs to be done with system dynamics modeling approach with the aim to establish causality (cause and effect) between the variables. The standard target of model pattern which has been changed on system dynamics can be used to demonstrate the behavior of the model between the number of subscribers, the availability of network capacity and ARPU (average revenue per user) on the Green BTS site. On the changed standard target model, the actual revenue is placed as the actual event, the target revenue is as a target; the difference between the actual and target revenue is as gap, gap changes are as the pressure on the target and the corrective action taken against revenue as a corrective action. Based on simulation results, the standard model change targets can be developed by adding two negative loops (balancing loop) as an alternative solution towards the achievement of revenue targets that have been set.

Abstract

Green information technology has been increasingly becoming a strategic consideration for developing sustainable business practices through balancing economic and environmental performance of an organization. To help individual organizations better pursue green information technology, this paper presents a factor analysis based decision model for evaluating the green information technology readiness of an organization. The decision model effectively considers the multi-dimensional nature of the evaluation problem and appropriately handle the subjectivity and imprecision of the human evaluation process. An example is given for demonstrating the applicability of the model for evaluating the green information technology readiness of organization. Green information technology readiness is considered to be an organization?s capability to embed sustainability in the beliefs and attitudes in the development, deployment and disposal of information technology technical assets and in their information technology processes, practices and policies and in the governance systems to ensure compliance with internal and external sustainability expectations.

Abstract

With the rapid growth of their business, Bank DKI wanted to utilize their IT usage to the upmost maximum. One of the methods to make sure that the IT Resources perform as expected is by routine evaluation. By Using COBIT 5 as a framework to evaluate the maturity level of IT resource, researcher can determine on how capable the performance and reliability of the IT resources is present within Bank DKI. Researcher found that problems arose for the company especially on managing the IT resources which may cause Bank DKI to suffer losses of important company assets. With the expected capability level from Bank DKI of level 3 (established), researcher is conducting a measurement of IT resource governance and found that Bank DKI is still at capability level 1 (performed).

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology today has prompted organizations or companies to invest in and implement information technology. Enterprise Resource Planinng (ERP) implementation is one such investment or information technology-related implementation. ERP implementation is carried out to assist organizations or companies in achieving their business goals. However, implementing ERP within an organization or company is not an easy task and comes with consequences that must be faced if the implementation fails. This study wants to identify the elements that affect whether ERP installation within businesses or organizations is successful or unsuccessful. This study also seeks to comprehend the effects of successful or unsuccessful ERP implementation within businesses or organizations. This study conducts a review of the literature concerning ERP implementation within organizations or companies. In accordance with the literature evaluation done for this study, user training, top management support, and vendor support are the three areas that have been extensively investigated in the context of implementing an ERP, all of which impact the success or failure of the whole process. Performance inside an organization is affected by both the success and failure of ERP adoption. This performance enhancement extends not only to the organization but also to the performance of the employees working within it. Apart from the advantages of successful ERP implementation, ERP implementation can also fail. Failures in the deployment of ERP can cause organizations or businesses to lose money on their information technology investments. Abstract

Perkembangan masyarakat dalam penggunaan gadget khususnya Mobile dalam aktivitas sehari-hari di era society 5.0 saat ini, memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi pelaku usaha jasa dan pemasaran dalam pelayanan dan pemasaran suatu produk. Domino's Pizza, salah satu brand yang menyediakan makanan dan minuman, saat ini memiliki jumlah outlet yang cukup banyak di Indonesia, dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan terhadap pelanggan Domino's Pizza, melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pengguna aplikasi Mobile Domino's Pizza, terdapat beberapa keluhan terkait pengalaman pengguna yang kurang memuaskan. Pengguna merasa bahwa proses melihat produk dan melakukan pemesanan dalam aplikasi ini terasa kurang intuitif dan menyulitkan dibandingkan dengan aplikasi pemesanan mobile dari merek penyedia makanan dan minuman sejenis. Misalnya, beberapa pengguna mengungkapkan bahwa navigasi aplikasi tidak responsif, fitur pencarian produk sulit digunakan, dan proses checkout yang memakan waktu. Hal ini menimbulkan ketidakpuasan di kalangan pelanggan, yang berdampak pada keputusan mereka untuk menggunakan kembali aplikasi tersebut dibandingkan dengan aplikasi kompetitor yang lebih user-friendly. Dengan penerapan User Experiences (UX), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan User Interface (UI) aplikasi Mobile Domino's Pizza, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Keep it Simple, Stupid (KISS), penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe aplikasi Mobile Domino's Pizza baru yang bertujuan untuk memberikan hal positif yang signifikan bagi Aplikasi Mobile Domino's Pizza untuk memberikan kepuasan dan kenyamanan pelanggan dalam berinteraksi secara online.

Abstract

Abstract - Inovasi pada universitas perlu dilakukan tidak hanya dari sisi akademik, namun dari sisi non-akademik seperti pengadaan event (seminar, conference, webinar, exibition, serta workshop) yang dapat membekali mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan hardskill maupun softskill sesuai dengan minat dan bakat yang berguna dalam dunia pekerjaan. Event management system mengintergrasikan semua informasi event serta menjadi platform mahasiswa yang mendukung proses pendaftaran hingga selesainya pengadaan event. Proses pengadaan event pada yang dilakukan oleh salah satu universitas di Indonesia masih belum efektif, dimana informasi tidak terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan Perancangan enterprise architecture menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan Universitas dari sisi bisnis, sistem informasi, teknologi informasi, serta infrastruktur. Event management system sangat berguna bagi mahasiswa, serta membantu fakultas guna mengintegrasikan informasi yang terpisah, serta menyelesaikan proses manual untuk membuat proses bisnis menjadi efektif dan efisien guna mendukung visi dan misi Universitas.

Abstract

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0, technological developments are developing very rapidly and significantly impact various sectors, especially in the industrial sector. Various aspects of the industrial sector significantly influence the Industrial Revolution 4.0 for companies, governments and even levels of society so that they can keep up with the times and compete in the current industrial revolution. The role of Industrial Revolution 4.0 is centred on automation, which is assisted by using information technology in the application process. One way to keep up with the times and compete is by applying the Internet of Things (IoT) to changes in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. IoT applies a system of computerized, mechanical, and machine devices. The Web of Things (IoT) is exceptionally compelling in different enterprises. IoT is likewise one of  the fundamental mainstays of the modern transformation 4.0. Technological developments and convenience in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 must be connected to the Internet of Things (IoT) application.

This article explores the critical role of digital marketing as a strategic tool for companies looking to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage in this transformative era. Using a qualitative research approach, this study explores aspects of consumer behavior and the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies. By gathering information from various sources, including journals related to the theme of digital marketing. By focusing on qualitative aspects, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the ways in which digital marketing contributes to building brand awareness, driving customer engagement and shaping consumer loyalty in the context of Industry 4.0. The research also investigates the adaptability of companies in adjusting their digital marketing strategies to align with changing consumer behavior. The research conclusion states that the complexity of challenges and opportunities in digital marketing practices requires a deep understanding and innovative approaches. Digital marketing is poised to take a leading role, with numerous marketers exploring innovative methods for online sales, cost-effective lead generation, enhanced click-through and conversion rates, and the exploration of emerging trends in the digital marketing landscape. Abstract

Customer Experience is a perception that is felt by customers where they interact with applications, products, services from the brand of a product. Applications used by customers such as smartphones, websites, computer software, and so on. Currently application KPM that implemented CRM system at PT. BANK XYZ use has not been maximized. There is an obstacle that happening on Customer Experience in the use of KPM application and it’s affecting the Customer Satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find out what variables contribute in the practices that the company have an obstacle between Customer Experience and Application in CRM system at PT. BANK XYZ with Factors Analysis and building a model for using CRM implementation process in current KPM application and determine the CRM Strategy at PT. BANK XYZ in the future using Regression Analysis. This research shows that in this study there are new 7 factors that has been founded using Factor Analysis in the Customer Experience sides namely Sales Utilization, Customer Regain, Customer Rewards, Technical Contribution, Customer Segmentation, Customer Personalization, Customer Retention. The result from seeing a Regression Analysis result we could apply in practice as we could make a strategy to reinforces the strength and decreasing its weakness of the application at PT. BANK XYZ

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah mencari faktor dan indikator apa yang menyebabkan adanya Gap antara Realita dengan ekspektasi perusahaan dalam penggunaan Knowledge manajemen System pada PT Bank ABC, lalu membangun mode penggunaan KMS di perusahaan PT Bank ABC saat ini dan menentukan strategi implementasi KMS di PT Bank ABC pada masa mendatang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dan metode Analisa data hasil kuesioner dengan metode Analisa faktor dan Analisa Regresi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya faktor baru beserta indikator penyusun faktor tersebut serta mode perancangan yang ideal. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah faktor Analisa terkait perancangan Knowledge Management System bagi sales bank ABC antara Organizing Knowledge, Lack of Knowledge Quality, Controling the Knowledge dan Insufficient Knowledge Gathering.
