Abstract

The Regional Handicraft Board (Dekranasda) of Riau Province, in line with its vision andmission, seeks to preserve and grow craft, for the sake of sustainability and continuity as wellas continuity of handicraft production departing from the traditional artistic cultural values ofsociety with songket fabric of Riau Malay. But the realization of marketing from year to yearhas not met the target and even decreased, this is the main concern Tenran Dekranasda incarrying out its marketing efforts. The method used in this research is descriptive method byusing qualitative analysis and data analysis by linking between theory and problem studied.The problem in this research is the factors of woven fabric songket Malay Riau. The results ofthe research are: - Firstly, the marketing target of songket fabric of Riau Malay is caused by:product, price, promotion and distribution. Second, product marketing, in this case is aproduct of Malay songket woven fabric offered to the target market. Third, the interest ofconsumers or buyers on the woven fabric of Riau Malay songket product is caused by thequality factor, the motive and the color with the activity that communicates with the value ofthe product and conveys the persuasion to the consumers on the products offered. Fourth,Promotion given in the form of promotion to advertisement and sales promotion. Fifth, thedistribution of woven cloth of Riau Malay songket which is distributed directly or indirectlyand according to the buyer's buyer rating is considered good.Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution

Abstract

This service aims to identify effective strategies in improving household economic welfare through empowerment programs for PKK mothers. The method used is a participatory approach by involving group empowerment activities through training, mentoring, and skill development.This activity shows that through participatory approaches and group empowerment, PKK mothers are able to develop various creative economic businesses such as handicrafts, food production, and other services. Targeted skills training and continuous mentoring play an important role in improving business management and product marketing capabilities. From the phenomenon of partner problems, the community service team consisting of lecturers from the Persada Bunda College of Economics program decided to provide training on Empowering PKK Group Mothers as an Effort to Improve Economic Welfare. In addition, collaboration between educational institutions, local governments, and local communities is also the key to success in implementing this empowerment program. With the support and involvement of all parties, a conducive environment is created for sustainable economic growth at the household level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Telkom Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Telkom Pekanbaru berjumlah 156 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 156 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunkan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan SPSS ver 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Telkom Pekanbaru. Kontribusi dan Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 69,0% dengan sisanya sebesar 31,0% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Empowering mothers of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district residents is very important, because it aims to foster awareness and independence in entrepreneurship, as well as expand employment opportunities to increase family income in an effort to achieve community welfare. This activity is expected to increase the skills of mothers of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district residents in processing fresh cow's milk which is processed with flavored syrup extract into functional food products that have health benefits and high selling value, namely synbiotic yogurt which is good for gut health. The mothers of Labuh Baru Barat residents feel that at this time they must participate in thinking about how to improve their abilities and creativity in entrepreneurship in order to help restore the economic conditions of households after the Covid-19 pandemic, the impact of which is still being felt today. After carrying out monitoring activities, it was seen that what was needed by the mothers of Labuh Baru Barat residents was to increase their knowledge and skills in creating products that had good selling power in today's society. Due to the above problems, we as a team of lecturers from the Management Study Program of the College of Economics carried out community service activities that were oriented towards empowering mothers of West Labuh Baru residents in improving their ability to produce products so that they can be resold so that they can help increase household income with the theme "Empowering Mothers of West Labuh Baru Residents to Become Homemade Yogurt Entrepreneurs"

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis yang digunakan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru (PNS) pada MAN I Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 57 orang, sampel diambil dengan metode sensus. Untuk pengambilan sampel digunakan metode sensus. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian dengan cara wawancara serta kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja guru pada MAN I Pekanbaru. Secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada MAN I Pekanbaru. Secara simultan kepemimpinan transformasional dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada MAN I Pekanbaru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention di PT Ruang Cabang Pekanbaru. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention di PT Ruang Raya Pekanbaru. Namun, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention di perusahaan tersebut. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention di PT Ruang Raya Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi hanya memberikan kontribusi sebesar 74,3% terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya perluasan penelitian di masa mendatang untuk mempertimbangkan faktor- faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi turnover intention di perusahaan ini.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang krusial dan memainkan peran utama dalam pelaksanaan segala kegiatan di sebuah perusahaan, sehingga perlu dikelola secara efektif melalui Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh servant leadership, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Lutvindo Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pabrik Batching Plant PT Lutvindo yang berlokasi di Jl. Garuda Sakti Km 6, Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan PT Lutvindo Pekanbaru, dengan fokus pada dampak servant leadership, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja mereka. Populasi penelitian mencakup 43 karyawan, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 42 orang. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (t=3,501, Sig. 0,001 < 0,005). Begitu juga kepuasan kerja, yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (t=5,165, Sig. 0,000 < 0,005), dan kompensasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (t=5,125, Sig. 0,000 < 0,005). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan servant leadership, peningkatan kepuasan kerja, dan pemberian kompensasi yang memadai dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT Lutvindo Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The empowerment of PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) members of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district aims to improve the abilities and roles of PKK members in many fields, such as education, economy, health and environment, so that PKK members of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district are expected to provide benefits and play an active role in building and improving the quality of society in their environment. In order to fully support community development, members of the empowerment and family welfare (PKK) driving group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district can form a capable strategy to create a society that is both efficient and prosperous. As an organization that focuses on family welfare, members of the PKK Labuh Baru Barat group play an important role in improving the quality of life of the community through various superior programs that they have. Members of the PKK group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district have collaborated with the village government and community institutions to make development programs a success, one of which is collaborating with community service partners from the team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Persada Bunda Indonesia University. Members of the PKK group of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district are also strategic partners in empowering women and families through skills training, health seminars, and other social activities. PKK often collaborates with various agencies such as the Health Service, Education Service, and Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD). This collaboration ensures that the programs run are in line with government policies and the needs of the local community. As the vanguard in family empowerment, PKK has a major contribution in creating a healthy, prosperous, and independent society. However, maintaining all these activities is not easy. However, with the support of all parties, it is hoped that members of the PKK group in Labuh Baru Barat sub-district can continue to innovate to increase their role in sustainable development.
