Abstract

Currently, the coffee shop is one of the growing trends in the coffee businesses that are of great interest, not only in Pekanbaru but throughout Indonesia, the existence of a coffee shop business is increasing growth. However, in early 2020, the world faced Covid 19 pandemic that is greatly impacting the life aspects including the coffee shop business. This research aims to know the opportunities and challenges as the reference for the owner to run the business ahead in Covid 29 Pandemic and to be more creative to take advantage of its opportunities and challenges to keep the business survived and to make a profit. The Descriptive qualitative analysis was employed in this research with a SWOT framework. Primary and secondary data were used in this research, it was obtained from observation and in-depth interview related to opportunities and challenges of coffee shop business in Covid 19 Pandemic and also the distribution of the questionnaire. SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix show that the Coffee Shop business in Pekanbaru is in cell 1 (Grow and Build). Intensive strategy (market penetration, product development, and market development) was the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in this cell part of the Coffee Shop business in Pekanbaru

Abstract

This service aims to provide knowledge to the residents of the hill realm village, especially members of the Bukit realm Village Owned Enterprise so that they can maximize the benefits of the existence of the BUMdes that they have and are able to manage and develop the BUMdes in order to help provide initial business capital to cooperative members, namely the residents of the hill village. realm, so that in the future many hill village residents can enter the business world and for those who already have a business, can take advantage of the existence of BUMdes that they have to advance and develop their business. Village-Owned Enterprises are village businesses that are managed by the village government and are legal entities. The village government can establish village-owned enterprises of the same age as the needs and potentials of each village. The formation of village-owned enterprises is determined by village regulations. The management of village-owned enterprises consists of the village government and the local community. The capital of village-owned enterprises can come from the village government, community savings, government assistance, provincial governments and district/city governments, loans, or other party's capital participation or profit-sharing cooperation on the basis of mutual benefit. Village-owned enterprises can make loans, which can be done after obtaining BPD approval. Until now, most BUMDes are still standing and do not have productive business activities due to various problems that have prevented BUMdes from growing as expected. In Bukit Ranah Village there is a Village-Owned Business Entity which is a legal entity whose members are residents of the hill realm village itself.

Abstract

The modern age is currently using a lot of communication technology to make profits, especially in business, including online transportation developed by Grab. However, business actors should not engage in unhealthy business, especially the practice of setting prices lower than other competitors. Predatory pricing is a business strategy in which business actors undercut prices for a period of time with the intention of closing or disposing of competitors' businesses in the relevant market, thus creating monopolistic practices and unfair business competition, predatory pricing is regulated in Article 20 of the Law No. 5 of 1999 on the prohibition of monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. The Commission for the Surveillance of Business Competition (KPPU) has indicated to the practice of predatory pricing after the implementation of this online fare. If left unchecked, this practice is expected to harm the online transportation industry in a sustainable way. This type of research can be classified as empirical legal research, another term used is sociological because in this research, the author conducts research directly at the research site or place to get a complete and clear picture of the problem being studied. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources, secondary data and tertiary data while the population and samples are online transport partners (Grab, Gojek, Maxim), consumers and KPPU. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires and literature research. Two main things can be concluded from the results of the research problem. First, based on the author's research, the promo implemented by Grab is a program of Grab in the form of special short-term offers designed to attract consumers and the promo does not comply with Article 20 of the Business Competition Law and article 1365 of the Civil Code. Meanwhile, the legal consequences arising from these predatory activities are that competing companies will incur losses with the promos implemented by Grab and that the Grab company will be subject to criminal penalties in accordance with Article 48 paragraph 2 and 49 letters a, b and c if Grab has been proven to have used predatory pricing and civil penalties in the form of compensation for both material and immaterial losses to the injured parties.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada pengelola KUBE. KUBE adalah salah satu program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok masyarakat miskin dengan pemberian modal usaha untuk mengelola usaha ekonomi produktif. Di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai terdapat 10 Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) penerima bantuan dana usaha dari Dinas Sosial, dengan masing-masing anggota kelompok terdiri atas 10 orang dan dana yang diterima sebesar Rp. 15-20 juta/kelompok. Pelatihan ini diperlu­kan agar produk KUBE bisa me­miliki daya saing tinggi dalam mema­sarkan produknya sehingga memperoleh peningkatan dalam penjualan dan pengen­tasan kemiskinan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Serta diharapkan peserta dapat menghitung biaya produksi dan membuat laporan keuangan dalam menghitung laba/rugi yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan dengan memberikan Pre Test, selanjutnya materi pelatihan dan terakhir Post Test. Hasil dari Pre Test menunjukan bahwa masih rendahnya pemahaman pengelola KUBE mengenai strategi pemasaran baik dari segi produk, harga, tempat dan promosi serta tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan. Pada hasil Post Test dapat diketahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pengelola KUBE setelah diberikannya pelatihan. Diharapkan setelahpelatihan ini, ilmu yang diperoleh dapat diaplikasikan dalam usaha KUBE sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan dan taraf hidup pengelola KUBE.

Abstract

Keputusan Pembelian seseorang terhadap smartphone Oppo biasanya dipengaruhi oleh Harga, Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, dan Gaya Hidup untuk itu kualitas produk dalam memberikan daya tarik pada konsumen perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Hidup dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara serentak dan parsial. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 orang menggunakan teknik Propotional Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Hidup dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian smartphone Oppo di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Riau. Gaya Hidup dengan nilai thitung (49,521) > ttabel (1,990) dan untuk Kualitas Produk dengan nilai (2,027) > ttabel (1,990) secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh (1226,177) lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,11. Berdasarkan output Summary didapat nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,968 atau 96,8% . Dimana variabel terikat (Y) dapat dijelaskan dijelaskan oleh dua variabel bebas sebesar 96,8%.Sedangkan sisanya 3,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian

Abstract

Selebriti instagram saat ini merupakan komunikator dalam proses penawaran produk yang banyak di pergunakan oleh para pelaku usaha onlineshop, yang biasa disebut sebagai celebrity endorser. Selebriti Instagram sangat populer di kalangan masyarakat dari semua aspek usia bahkan dipercaya bisa lebih mempengaruhi masyarakat yang juga disebut konsumen untuk memutuskan dan mempengaruhi secara langsung berkeinginan untuk membeli produk. Promosi merupakan strategi terbaik yang sering dilakukan pengusaha untuk memasarkan produk mereka serta memperkenalkan merek yang mereka tawarkan. Instagram adalah salah satu media sosial yang memiliki peminat paling banyak di kalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa. Karena banyaknya masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa yang memiliki media sosial instagram, membuat para pelaku usaha memilih instagram sebagai alat promosi produk yang mereka jual, yang mana promosi tersebut menggunakan celebrity Endorser untuk menarik minat beli calon konsumen. Celebrity Endorser sendiri membawa pengaruh besar dalam kegiatan promosi, semakin populer dan banyaknya jumlah followers di instagram selebriti tersebut, maka semakin besar juga peluang produk di kenal banyak kalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa, semakin banyak produk di kenal masyarakat, maka semakin besar pula jumlah penjualan serta keuntungan yang di terima oleh pelaku usaha onlineshop. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kredibilitas Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Keahlian Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Daya Tarik Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Kepercayaan (trustworthiness) Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram dan untuk mengetahui power Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kredibilitas, keahlian, daya tarik, kepercayaan, power (kekuatan) celebrity endorser terhadap minat beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Islam Riau di Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

Menjadi Penyandang disabilitas bukanlah halangan untuk maju dan berkembang menjadi seorang wirausaha. Banyak usaha yang bisa di lakukan oleh seorang penyandang disabilitas agar tetap mandiri dan menghasilkan. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggandeng dan berkolaborasi bersama platform yang telah dikembangkan oleh beberapa komunitas dalam mengolah usaha kuliner maupun usaha kerajinan dan keterampilan yang mampu memberikan solusi bagi para penyandang disabilitas agar bisa menjadi seorang wirausaha. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang strategi-strategi berwirausaha kepada para penyandang disabilitas yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan-pelatihan keterampilan baik itu kerajinan, tata rias dan kuliner selama berada di UPT Pemberdayaan Penyandang Disabilitas Daksa dari Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini, di harapkan para penyandang disabilitas mampu tetap bertahan dan mampu menyusun strategi jitu dalam membangun usaha/bisnis yang menjadi minat mereka serta bisa memanfaatkan peluang lingkungan sekitar untuk mulai berpikir menjalankan bisnis yang sebenarnya. Dengan menjadi seorang wirausaha, penyandang disabilitas bisa bertahan, mendapatkan penghasilan dan tidak lagi menjadi beban keluarga apalagi di rendahkan oleh orang-orang sekitar mereka

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan guna menilai pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Biro Perencanaan Umum Dan Anggaran Polda Riau. Populasi sebanyak 40 orang dengan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik sensus dimana keseluruhan populasi dimanfaatkan sebagai sampel karena jumlah populasi relatif kecil yakni 40 orang pegawai. Metode penelitian ialah kuantitatif dengan teknik kuesioner dan analisis data regresi linier berganda. Disiplin kerja berdampak terhadap kinerja pegawai Biro Perencanaan Umum dan Anggaran Polda Riau, Motivasi kerja berdampak terhadap kinerja pegawai Biro Perencanaan Umum dan Anggaran Polda Riau, dan Secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berdampak terhadap kinerja pegawai Biro Perencanaan Umum dan Anggaran Polda Riau, Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi 93,7% terhadap kinerja pegawai Biro Perencanaan Umum dan Anggaran Polda Riau, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,3% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

The progress of a company is very dependent on the human resources it has. Although the various factors needed are available, without the role of humans in it, the company will not be able to operate properly. The quality of employee performance is the main factor and determinant of the success of a company. An employee who has qualified abilities and can act well in certain situations and conditions is an achievement for employee performance. The main benchmark in evaluating the performance of an employee is the ability he/she has. How an employee can accept the workload, understand work conflicts and deal with work stress that is experienced, can indicate the high or low quality of employee performance. The respondents in this study were employees of the sprinter department (courier) at PT Garuda Express Nusantara (J&T Express) Pekanbaru, which was located on Harapan Raya Street. The population in this study was 240 employees and the entire population was sampled using a saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. The results of the study conclude that workload, work conflict, and work stress influences the performance of sprinter employees at PT Garuda Express Nusantara (J&T Express) Pekanbaru with an Adjusted R Square value (Coefficient of Determination) of 0.858. It means that the influence of the independent variable (X) namely workload, work conflict, and work stress affects the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance of 85.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other variables which not included in this study

Abstract

Riau is included in the 5 largest pineapple producing provinces, with total pineapple production in 2020 as much as 214,277 tons. Rimbo Panjang Village is one of the pineapple producing villages in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. Around 48% of the people make a living as pineapple farmers, where currently the productive pineapple plantation is approximately 6000 ha with a total production of fresh pineapples of almost 7 tons per day in the harvest season. The pineapple harvest is then resold or processed to produce other products, such as pineapple chips, pineapple diamonds, pineapple lunkhead and pineapple syrup. From the pineapple fruit production, only the pulp is used, so that pineapple skin waste arises. To take advantage of the pineapple skin, training and development of human resources in Rimbo Panjang Village was held in utilizing pineapple skin into organic fertilizer. Based on the questionnaire distributed to the training participants, it was stated that the material provided was in accordance with the participants needs and it was hoped that there would be ongoing training for the further development of village human resources.
