Abstract

The Effect of Competence and Organization Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Lecturer Performance (Study on Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru). One of educational goals is to create qualified human in the future, therefore the role of institution of higher education is needed very much. To produce qualified graduates, of course the colleges should have to be qualified ones. The quality of education is affected by several factors such as: students, infrastructure facilities supporting the learning process, and lecturers.This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Organization Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Lecturer Performance (Case Study on Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru). The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique, while the sample is all permanent lecturers of Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru. There are 61 permanent lecturers there. For technique of Data Collection, the researcher applied questionnaire, interview, and documentation. While in techniques of Data Analysis the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression which were continued to be analyzed by using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this research showed both partially and jointly of Competence and Organization Commitment were affected each other on lecturer job satisfaction. Meanwhile the variable of job satisfaction partially affected the lecturer performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Desa Kualu Nenas merupakan desa yang terkenal dengan hasil pertaniannya yaitu buah nenas. Buah nenas tersebut diolah menjadi keripik nenas, yang merupakan oleh-oleh khas daerah tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang telah melakukan pembelian keripik nenas minimal dua kali di Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Dengan asumsi jumlah pelanggan tidak dapat diketahui dengan pasti, maka jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Wibisono, yaitu sebanyak 96 pelanggan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa : 1) kualitas produk yaitu fitur dan desain berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau, sedangkan kualitas produk lainnya kinerja, kehandalan, daya tahan dan kesesuaian tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau, 2) kualitas produk yang terdiri dari kinerja, kehandalan, fitur, daya tahan, kesesuaian, dan desain berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior has recently received much attention among researchers, given its practical importance and implications for organizations. The importance of organizational citizenship behavior in teachers is because to achieve the school's vision and mission, organizational citizenship behavior is needed to make it happen. The primary purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of perceived organizational support, organizational commitment and job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior. This research used a quantitative approach-oriented research design. For the acquisition of research data using documentation instruments and online questionnaire distribution. The sample used in the study were 110 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented to the non-probability sampling approach by using the purposive sampling formula. This study concludes that perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the results of this study also confirm that organizational commitment has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, perceived organizational support is the strongest predictor of influence on organizational citizenship behavior based on the results of the regression test and the most significant based on the results of the partial test.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between variables of product quality that consists of working performance, reliability, features, resistance, suitability, and design with costumers’ satisfaction of pineapple crackers in kualu nenas village, tambang, Kampar regency, riau province. Tis research used quantitative method. Total populations in this research are 96 costumers, which mean they had bought pineapple crackers minimal twice in kualu nenas village. Analysis data technique used pearson correlation. And the results of this research are:1)There is positive relationship between working performance and costumers’ satisfaction of pineapple crackers in kualu nenas village, tambang. Kampar regency, Riau province.2)There is positive relationship between reliability and costumers satisfaction of pineapple crackers ini kualu nenas village, tambang, Kampar regency, Riau province,3)There is positive relationship between features and costumers’ satisfaction of pineapple crackers in kualu nenas village, tambang, Kampar regency, Riau province,4)There is positive relationship between suitability and costumers’ satisfaction of pineapple crackers in kualu nenas village, tambang, Kampar regency, Riau province,5) There is positive relationship between suitability and costumers of pineapple crackers satisfaction kualu nenas village, tambang, Kampar regency, Riau province,6)There is positive relationship between design with costumers of pineapple crackers satisfaction in kualu nenas village, tambang, Kampar regency, Riau province. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel-variabel kualitas produk yang terdiri dari kinerja, kehandalan, fitur, daya tahan, kesesuaian dan desain terhadap kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di Desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 orang pelanggan,yaitu yang telah melakukan pembelian keripik nenas minimal 2 kali di Desa Kualu Nenas. Teknik Analisis data dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kinerja dengan kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau; 2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kehandalan dengan kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau;3) Terdapat hubungan positif antara fitur dengan kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau;4) Terdapat hubungan positif antara daya tahan dengan kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau;5) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kesesuaian dengan kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau;6) Terdapat hubungan positif antara desain dengan kepuasan pelanggan keripik nenas di desa Kualu Nenas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development on Employee Performance on Palm Oil Plantations CV Sahabat Jaya in Pangkalan Kerinci Riau. This research uses Explonatory Research method, with quantitative approach, data collection technique is through interview, questionnaire and documentation. The sample in this study amounted to 38 people, where the entire population is used as a Sample by using the Saturated Sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique and using simple linear regression equation and processed using SPSS program version 23. Based on the results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant impact on performance. This is evidenced by the value of thitung for 6,930 and Coefficient of Determination of 52%

Abstract

The modern age is currently using a lot of communication technology to make profits, especially in business, including online transportation developed by Grab. However, business actors should not engage in unhealthy business, especially the practice of setting prices lower than other competitors. Predatory pricing is a business strategy in which business actors undercut prices for a period of time with the intention of closing or disposing of competitors' businesses in the relevant market, thus creating monopolistic practices and unfair business competition, predatory pricing is regulated in Article 20 of the Law No. 5 of 1999 on the prohibition of monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. The Commission for the Surveillance of Business Competition (KPPU) has indicated to the practice of predatory pricing after the implementation of this online fare. If left unchecked, this practice is expected to harm the online transportation industry in a sustainable way. This type of research can be classified as empirical legal research, another term used is sociological because in this research, the author conducts research directly at the research site or place to get a complete and clear picture of the problem being studied. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources, secondary data and tertiary data while the population and samples are online transport partners (Grab, Gojek, Maxim), consumers and KPPU. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires and literature research. Two main things can be concluded from the results of the research problem. First, based on the author's research, the promo implemented by Grab is a program of Grab in the form of special short-term offers designed to attract consumers and the promo does not comply with Article 20 of the Business Competition Law and article 1365 of the Civil Code. Meanwhile, the legal consequences arising from these predatory activities are that competing companies will incur losses with the promos implemented by Grab and that the Grab company will be subject to criminal penalties in accordance with Article 48 paragraph 2 and 49 letters a, b and c if Grab has been proven to have used predatory pricing and civil penalties in the form of compensation for both material and immaterial losses to the injured parties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of women in entrepreneurship, especially in the culinary field in Pekanbaru, by using the variables of capital, independence, and education to analyze their influence on entrepreneurial motivation. The population in this study are all women who carry out home-based businesses engaged in home-based culinary businesses in Pekanbaru City whose numbers are not known with certainty, for an unknown population the number of samples in this study using the Wibisono formula and obtained a total sample of 97 people. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of the study indicate that either simultaneously or partially, the variables of capital, independence, and education have a significant effect on the motivation of women who are culinary entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Business competition between companies requires companies to be able to survive by improving company performance. However, this has not been noticed by several banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which shows that the dominant company's performance has decreased from 2017 to 2019. The increase in company performance is inseparable from the ownership structure owned by parties with an interest in the company such as CEO power. and the role of independent commissioners. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence that CEO power has an effect on company performance and independent commissioners can moderate the relationship between CEO power and company performance. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis while the population of this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that CEO Power has no effect on financial performance. Abstract

Selebriti instagram saat ini merupakan komunikator dalam proses penawaran produk yang banyak di pergunakan oleh para pelaku usaha onlineshop, yang biasa disebut sebagai celebrity endorser. Selebriti Instagram sangat populer di kalangan masyarakat dari semua aspek usia bahkan dipercaya bisa lebih mempengaruhi masyarakat yang juga disebut konsumen untuk memutuskan dan mempengaruhi secara langsung berkeinginan untuk membeli produk. Promosi merupakan strategi terbaik yang sering dilakukan pengusaha untuk memasarkan produk mereka serta memperkenalkan merek yang mereka tawarkan. Instagram adalah salah satu media sosial yang memiliki peminat paling banyak di kalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa. Karena banyaknya masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa yang memiliki media sosial instagram, membuat para pelaku usaha memilih instagram sebagai alat promosi produk yang mereka jual, yang mana promosi tersebut menggunakan celebrity Endorser untuk menarik minat beli calon konsumen. Celebrity Endorser sendiri membawa pengaruh besar dalam kegiatan promosi, semakin populer dan banyaknya jumlah followers di instagram selebriti tersebut, maka semakin besar juga peluang produk di kenal banyak kalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa, semakin banyak produk di kenal masyarakat, maka semakin besar pula jumlah penjualan serta keuntungan yang di terima oleh pelaku usaha onlineshop. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kredibilitas Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Keahlian Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Daya Tarik Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Kepercayaan (trustworthiness) Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram dan untuk mengetahui power Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram. Abstract

Menjadi Penyandang disabilitas bukanlah halangan untuk maju dan berkembang menjadi seorang wirausaha. Banyak usaha yang bisa di lakukan oleh seorang penyandang disabilitas agar tetap mandiri dan menghasilkan. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggandeng dan berkolaborasi bersama platform yang telah dikembangkan oleh beberapa komunitas dalam mengolah usaha kuliner maupun usaha kerajinan dan keterampilan yang mampu memberikan solusi bagi para penyandang disabilitas agar bisa menjadi seorang wirausaha. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang strategi-strategi berwirausaha kepada para penyandang disabilitas yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan-pelatihan keterampilan baik itu kerajinan, tata rias dan kuliner selama berada di UPT Pemberdayaan Penyandang Disabilitas Daksa dari Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini, di harapkan para penyandang disabilitas mampu tetap bertahan dan mampu menyusun strategi jitu dalam membangun usaha/bisnis yang menjadi minat mereka serta bisa memanfaatkan peluang lingkungan sekitar untuk mulai berpikir menjalankan bisnis yang sebenarnya. Dengan menjadi seorang wirausaha, penyandang disabilitas bisa bertahan, mendapatkan penghasilan dan tidak lagi menjadi beban keluarga apalagi di rendahkan oleh orang-orang sekitar mereka
