Abstract

This study aims to identify: how organizational commitment, organizational culture on attitudes towards employee OCB Office of Industry and Trade of the Province of Maluku, as well as how the influence of organizational commitment on organizational culture and attitudes towards employee OCB Office of Industry and Trade of the Province of Maluku. The object of this study are organizational commitment, organizational culture and attitudes on OCB. The study was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade of Maluku province, with the number of respondents with 55 employees at the Department of Industry and Trade of the Province of Maluku. Testing hypotheses using path analysis (path analysis) which is equipped with testing the validity and reliability. Based on the analysis of the model lines of research, obtained results that organizational commitment on organizational culture and attitudes simultaneously significant effect on OCB.Key words: organizational commitment, attitude on organizational culture, OCB.

Abstract

The West Seram Regency Agriculture Service is tasked with helping carry out government activities in the agricultural sector. There are still several problems where employees lack motivation from the leadership. The aim of the research was to analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of SBB Regency Agriculture Service employees. Using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The population are 33 employees of the SBB District Agriculture Service. This research used a saturated sample where the sample are 32 employees of the SBB Regency Agriculture Service, not including the head office. Descriptive analysis shows that employee motivation has an average value of 2.99 which is interpreted as quite good, while employee performance has an average value of 3.28 which is interpreted as quite good. The results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SBB Regency Agriculture Service Employees. So, the SBB District Agriculture Service must increase employee motivation by paying attention to work performance, and work facilities. Employee performance can be improved by paying attention to indicators of quality, quantity, responsibility, cooperation and initiative. Keywords: Motivation, Employee Performance, Cooperation

Abstract

The success of the tourism industry is inseparable from the role of tourist sites that can attract the attention of tourists. The current research aims to examine the effect of the role of location dimensions namely access, traffic, visibility, and facilities on the decision to visit tourists to Paragliding attractions. The number of samples involved in the current research is 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique, and to test and analyze data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the role of the dimensions of access, traffic, visibility, and facilities had a positive and significant impact on the decision to visit tourists to tourist objects.

Abstract

The global tourism industry is experiencing significant growth with a contribution of USD 11.1 trillion to the world's GDP by 2024. Maluku Province has extraordinary natural tourism potential, one of which is the Waai Tree House in Central Maluku Regency which offers a glamorous camping (glamping) concept with the natural beauty of the mountains. Despite having natural advantages, this tourist attraction faces problems of damaged access roads, lack of supporting facilities, and not optimal promotional strategies. This research aims to identify strategic factors through SWOT analysis and formulate effective development strategies to increase the competitiveness of Waai Tree House tourism in a sustainable manner. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with managers and visitors, visual documentation, and literature studies. The data is analyzed using SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, then formulated into four development strategies. The results show the main strengths in the form of natural beauty, unique glamping concepts, and personal service, while the critical weaknesses are damaged road infrastructure and limited facilities. Opportunities include digital promotion and collaboration with governments, while threats include limited accessibility and competition for new destinations. The strategy formulation resulted in four approaches: SO (intensive digital promotion), WO (priority infrastructure improvement), ST (service differentiation), and WT (consistent facility updates) strategy. The implementation of the WO strategy is a top priority with a gradual roadmap of 6-24 months. This research contributes to a contextual strategic framework for the development of glamping tourism in the remote archipelago of Eastern Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the Influence of Work Facilities on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province. Work Facilities that can affect Employee Work Effectiveness. This study was conducted at the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province to determine whether Work Facilities affect Employee Work Effectiveness.This study uses a quantitative, survey-based approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Personnel Agency of Maluku Province. The sample in this study consisted of 44 employees. The method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis in SPSS version 26; the regression equation Y = 25.305 + 0.195X is obtained. From the results of the hypothesis study, the t-count value is 2.113 with a probability of 1.68 or (p <0.05)The results of the independent variable (work facilities) research on the dependent variable (employee work effectiveness) are 0.95%, while the remaining variance is influenced by other variables. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at the Maluku Provincial Regional Personnel Agency. Abstract

Employee productivity of PT. NengmeyPratama Malut Maluku (NMM) Ternate Branch in carrying out work is decreasing (low), this is due to the lack of employee knowledge about occupational safety and health and inadequate facilities in the work environment. The purpose of this paper is to examine the work productivity of employees and at the same time provide solutions for improvement. The method used is quantitative analysis in the form of theoretical studies and expert opinions about maximum employee productivity. The results showed that the work productivity of employees of PT. NengmeyPratama Malut Maluku (NMM) Ternate Branch is not optimal. To increase the work productivity of employees of PT. NengmeyPratama Malut Maluku (NMM) Ternate Branch can be done by conducting socialization to employees about occupational safety and health, and paying attention to facilities in the work environment in the form of K3 equipment in carrying out employee work so that an increase in employee productivity is expected. Abstract

Based on the results of the study that community participation in the implementation of development in the Tulehu State Sarimadu Hamlet is relatively less visible because some people do not participate in the implementation of the development in the Tulehu State Sarimadu Hamlet, it is relatively low, both in the form of community activity in development implementation, willingness to contribute in the form of thoughts or ideas. , skills, time, energy and responsibility for the success of development. This study aims to determine the level of community participation on the effectiveness of development. The population in this study was the community of Dusun Sarimadu as many as 173 people, the sample in this study amounted to 64 people. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews and questionnaires (questionnaire). The analytical tool used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it shows that community participation on the effectiveness of development in Sarimadu Hamlet, Tulehu State has a positive and significant effect. Based on the results of simple linear regression, it is known that the significant value (sig) is 0.000, which means it is less than 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that community participation is very influential on the effectiveness of development, where good participation from the community can help smooth development in Sarimadu Hamlet, Tulehu State. Abstract

Employee performance at PT. Nengmeypratama Malut Maluku (NMM) in carrying out work is decreasing. This is due to the lack of training in an effort to increase employee emotional intelligence and the lack of employee involvement in activities carried out by the company. This research aims to empirically test the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of PT employees. NMM. The population in this study were all sales employees at PT. NMM, and the sample consisted of 30 people. The analytical tool used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of simple linear regression show that the significance value (sig) is 0.000, which means it is smaller than 0.05. Based on the research results, it shows that emotional intelligence and organizational commitment affect the performance of PT employees. NMM has a positive and significant effect. And the contribution of the influence of the variables emotional intelligence and organizational commitment to performance at PT. NMM was 25.7%, while the remaining 74.3% was influenced by other factors not studied. Improving employee performance at PT. NMM can be carried out by providing training to employees in an effort to increase their emotional intelligence and involving employees in company activities so that it is hoped that this will improve employee performance at work.  Keywords: Emotional Intelligence; Organizational Commitment; Performance

Abstract

Records management is important for an organization where good records management will increase the success or performance of an agency's employees. Based on the results of observations made at the Ambon City Library and Archives Service Office, it shows that archive management at the Ambon City Library and Archives Service Office is not optimal. This can be seen from the lack of accuracy of employees in storing records and inadequate facilities. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of archives management on the performance of Ambon City Library and Archives Service employees. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis and simple linear regression. Archives management at the Ambon City Library and Archives Service has an average value of 3.51 which is interpreted as good, and employee performance has an average value of 3.68 which is interpreted as good. The results of hypothesis testing for Archives Management on Performance obtained a calculated t value of 8.471 so it can be concluded that archives management has a positive effect on performance. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the influence of archives management on employee performance at the Ambon City Library and Archives Service is 71.9% while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other variables. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the better the records management, the better the employee performance. Efforts to improve archives management by providing archivists with the opportunity to take part in archives training to become more skilled at work.   Keywords: Archives Management, Performance

Abstract

The archive storage system at the Ambon City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency Office uses an alphabetical storage system, where when a letter is requested, the name of the agency is mentioned using an agenda book. Archival facilities at the Ambon City Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency still lack a place to store archives, as evidenced by the large number of archive stacks in each employee's workspace and are only tied using ropes, while the filing cabinets and archive shelves are fully filled. Archival officers are less dexterous in handling archives. When the Head of the Agency needs a file, the rediscovery of the letter takes quite a long time, approximately 5-10 minutes.A sample of 37 people was taken from employees of the Ambon City Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency. Data is collected by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees. The analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS 25.0 software. The results of the t-test stated that the variable coefficient of Archives Management was 3.940 and the significant value was 0.000 or (<0.05).Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of archive management have a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness. This means that if Archive Management increases, work effectiveness will also increase and vice versa, if archive management decreases, work effectiveness will decrease.
