Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik yang ditunjukkan dengan fakta saat pembelajaran berlangsung terdapat peserta didik yang kurang aktif sehingga menyebabkan antusias berkurang. Adanya kecenderungan peserta didik yang kurang menyukai buku teks, apalagi tidak disertai gambar atau ilustrasi yang menarik sehingga materi tidak tersampaikan dengan utuh akibatnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran tematik tergolong kurang memuaskan. Fakta yang lainnya adalah berasal dari dalam diri guru sendiri, yaitu tentang bagaimana guru dalam menyampaikan materi kepada peserta didik, juga ketepatan dalam memilih alat atau media pembelajaran. Pada pembelajaran sebelumnya, guru cenderung menerapkan media gambar yang minim aktivitas untuk memunculkan keaktifan peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 023 Pajagalan Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Data pada penelitian ini dideskripsikan dalam bentuk kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif digunakan untuk melihat persentase kenaikan pada setiap siklusnya dengan mencari nilai rata-rata dan menghitung persentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik. Kemudian data kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh melalui dokumentasi, lembar observasi, dan tes. Hasil belajar Tematik pada Pra Siklus memeroleh rata-rata yaitu 46,87% kemudian mengalami peningkatan setelah peserta didik diberikan tindakan pada Siklus I dengan rata-rata 74,68%. Untuk lebih meyakinkan peneliti terhadap data yang diperoleh sebelumnya di Siklus I, maka dilakukan kembali tindakan terkait hasil belajar peserta didik yang mana mengalami peningkatan sebesar 86,87% pada Siklus II. Dengan memeroleh nilai di atas KKM yaitu 75 maka PTK Kolaboratif ini dianggap sudah mencapai target yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan Total Quality Management memberikan nilai yang signifikan terhadap Motivasi Karyawan serta Kinerja organisasi di lingkungan Lembaga Pelatihan kerja yang ada di Karawang. Peningkatan kinerja bisa diukur dari sejauh mana TQM bisa dijalankan dengan baik. Hal ini akan berdampak pada semakin tingginya produktivitas kinerja dari Peserta magang yang dikelola oleh Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja yang ada di Karawang Motivasi karyawan dan Kinerja Organisasi merupakan indikator keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan TQM. Hal ini bisa terlihat dari Kompetensi Unit Kerja yang ada di setiap Program Pemagangan kerja yang dijalankan oleh Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja sehingga dunia industri yang telah bekerja sama dengan LPK-LPK akan mendapatkan nilai kemanfaatan dari implementasi tersebut. Bagi Peserta Magang di LPK pun akan meningkatkan kompetensi kerjanya, terukur secara skill, paham terhadap aturan serta kedisiplinan dan target yang diharapkan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

This reasearch aimed to identify whether there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and employee loyalty, and how these two variables affect employee performance. Results from the Pearson correlation coefficient revealed a value of 0.610, which indicates a moderate to strong positive relationship and confirmed that an increase in organizational commitment also contributes to an increase in employee loyalty. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it is found that there then from the results of multiple regression analysis it is also found that there is a strong moderate influence of 44.3% between organizational commitment and loyalty to employee performance

Abstract

The community service program through social entrepreneurship in Pancakarya Village aims to increase community knowledge and skills in utilizing local potential as an economic source. This activity is implemented through two main stages: (1) Socialization and Social Entrepreneurship Training with discussion, brainstorming, and case study methods to explore local potential, and (2) Marketing Network Strengthening Training to improve product marketing capabilities. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding by 30% based on the comparison of pre-test and post-test. Some participants have initiated new businesses, such as the development of organic agricultural products and handicrafts that are marketed online. The training also succeeded in building a collaborative network among participants to share marketing strategies. Regular monitoring and evaluation of the participants' business development will be carried out in the next stage of the mentoring program to help develop their businesses and assist in joint marketing programs to help participants market their products more effectively.

Abstract

The judge's consideration is an important thing in the imposition of punishment, so it is necessary to conduct a deeper review of the suitability between the amount of punishment and the consideration used by the judge, because the judge's consideration has a major influence on the proportionality of the imposition of punishment and the determination of the severity of the punishment, with this it is hoped that the punishment given has fulfilled a sense of justice for all parties. This study aims to determine the factors considered by the judge in the imposition of punishment and the proportionality of the imposition of punishment in cases of negligence that causes death and injury to others. The research method used is normative juridical which is descriptive (describing) with a research approach in the form of a statute approach and case approach. The result of the research shows that there are several objectives in imposing punishment commensurate with the fault of the perpetrator which considers the same importance between public protection, general prevention and special prevention. However, in the development of discourse on the imposition of punishment, the position of proportionality as a limiting principle is not only followed by the preventive view, but also adopted by the modern retributive variant. This is influenced by different perspectives in viewing the principle of proportionality. From a positive understanding of the principle of proportionality, the court is obliged to impose a punishment that is commensurate with the criminal offence. To that end, the court determines the severity of the punishment to be imposed based on the criminal offence.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover problems about emerging leadership trends and organizational factors that can affect lecturer competence. The research method used to examine the problems that occur today is by using a literature review (literature review), which is to review various literature that discusses leadership and organization as well as lecturer competencies and survey research that aims to generalize to reveal organizational factors that can affect lecturer competence. The results of this study show that today's leadership trend is mandatory to have basic competencies including pedagogic, professional, personal and social. Meanwhile, organizational factors, namely leaders have: accountability, enthusiasm, encouragement to lecturers, anticipation of organizational dynamics that occur and giving rewards to lecturers who perform good work and sanctions against lecturers who make mistakes. The ability of a leader and creating a good organizational environment in his leadership will provide an increase in lecturer competence.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of digital innovation in business growth and its relationship with company financial performance through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The concept of digital innovation in business, including the factors influencing it, such as organizational transformational maturity, corporate culture, business modeling tools, and digital technology convergence, is examined in depth. Next, analysis is carried out to understand the relationship between digital innovation adoption and company financial performance, taking into account the industry context, company size, and other contextual factors. The results of this research provide valuable insights for business practitioners and academics in understanding the complexity of digital innovation and its impact on business growth and company financial performance.

Abstract

This research explores the important role of ethical leadership in the context of human resource management (HRM) and its impact on organizational and employee behavior. Through a systematic analysis of the literature, we found that ethical leadership has a positive correlation with various leadership dimensions, such as transformational and transactional, and has a positive impact on job satisfaction and pro-environmental behavior. In addition, ethical leadership practices also influence organizational culture by promoting ethical norms and behavior that is consistent with ethical values. However, this research also identified that unethical organizational practices, particularly unethical organizational behavior (UPB), can have a significant negative impact on employees and the organization as a whole. We highlight the importance of leadership responsibility, organizational identification, and perceptions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in influencing employee ethical behavior and its impact on the organization. Through this research, we propose strategies to mitigate the negative impact of unethical organizational practices through the implementation of ethical leadership in HRM.

Abstract

Sikeyyan is a Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Beged Village, Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. These Small and Medium Sized Enterprises do not have social media accounts to sell online. This is what makes intestinal chips products not very well known among the public. Product marketing is also limited, only in the area of origin, namely Beged Village, Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. From the problem, we provide assistance for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises starting from the aspect of product quality in the form of procuring oil slicing machines, creating social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, Shopee as well as product promotion and marketing through online media. So that it can improve product quality and be able to operate oil slicing machines independently, social media, product marketing through online media to increase the turnover of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises products and improve the welfare of rural communities. The resulting output is product quality, product packaging standards for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, promotional media and online marketing through social media.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyse the implementation of assertive communication in organisations to increase organisational commitment mediated by the implementation of leadership style. The purpose of this study is to determine how assertiveness in communication has influenced leadership style and has implications for organisational commitment. The results of the study obtained that assertive communication (X) has a direct influence on Organisational Commitment (Y) positively and significantly, which is 60.3%, and assertive communication on its mediating variable, namely leadership style (M) also has a positive and significant influence, which is 64.2%. While assertive communication implemented with leadership style has a positive and significant implication on organisational commitment, which is 74.2% where leadership style as mediation is declared to be able to mediate as evidenced by the decrease in the value of c which is 0.695 to 0.100
