Abstract

The study was based on differences in the characteristics of accelerated learners and regular learnes in learning activites. Where, learners are capable of far above this average, usually often seemed relaxed and seemed less attention to the lesson. What is even worse, learners tend to disturb her so that teaching and l earning activities in the classroom becomes less smooth. Therefore, to serve the students in learning activities required different curriculum implementation at both learning in order to achieve the expected competencies. This study aimed to describe whether there are significant differences between the grades XI CI + BI learning and learning XI IPA grades in science subjects. This research approach that uses quantitative approaches. While the results of learning outcomes research using quantitativeapproach that is no significant difference between the grades of accelerated learning XI CI + BI with grades of regular learning XI IPA in science subjects.Keywords: accelerated learning, regular learning, curriculum implementation

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatar belakangi oleh minimnya pengetahuan dan kreatifitas guru dalam menciptakan alat permainan edukatif. Berdasarkan itulah maka perlu diberikan Pelatihan kepada guru mengenai “Pelatihan Guru Dalam Merancang Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) Untuk Anak Usia Dini Pada Kelompok PKG CEMPAKA Kec Nanggalo”. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi pengalaman guru dalam membuat Alat permainan edukatif (APE). Dan juga bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman guru betapa penting menciptakan alat permainan edukatif yang dapat menstimulasi seluruh aspek perkembangan anak. Adapun yang menjadi peserta pengabdian masyarakat kaliiniadalahguru-guruTK dan guru PAUD yang menjadi anggota PKG Cempaka Nanggalo. Berbagai aspek perkembangan AUD dapat terstimulasi dengan penggunaaan APE.Untuk itu Guru diharapkan dapat terus mengasah kreativitasnya dalam pembuatan APE AUD.Dengan kreativitas yang dimiliki guru diharapkan peserta didikdapat terstimulasi dengan baik dan benar. Sehingga tingkat capaian anak dapat berkembang dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to explain the importance of curriculum administration, the process or stages of curriculum administration and the active role of teachers in curriculum administration. If the curriculum administration is running as it should, then the learning objectives will be achieved. Based on a number of studies, management implementation is often hampered by limited resources, inappropriate policies and lack of active participation. This research uses a literature study method to examine this problem more deeply.

Abstract

Principal leadership was a determining factor in the education process in  Special Program Kartasura. Principal leadership emphasized the formation of student character and not on student grades. The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style applied and the role of principals as leaders in building high-quality school. This type of research was qualitative research. The research design used was phenomenology. Research used primary data in the form of interviews and observations and used secondary data in the form of documents obtained from school. The data analysis used was an interactive model analysis with source triangulation and methods. The results of this study were: First. Principal leadership had a democratic-monarchic leadership style. This was based on the system that applied in the process of determining policies and decision-making processes carried out jointly. Second, the role of the principal included several aspects that had been carried out, namely: as an educator, as a manager, as an administrator, as a supervisor, as a leader, as an innovator, as a very good motivator. The principal could be an example in carrying out their duties. Therefore, the type and character of the leader must be observed and assessed properly.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini terlihat masih banyak anak belum mampu menjaga kebersihan serta tanggung jawab dalam merapikan pekerjaanya. Oleh karena itu dilakukanlah kolase tempat sampah sebagai model project based learning, sehingga dekembangkanlah model implementasi project based learning  dalam  menanamkan nilai karakter anak usia dini. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah  project based learning  dengan  kegiatan mengkolase tempat sampah. Kegiatan  ini  bertujuan supaya memahami peduli lingkungan dan tanggung jawab namun mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui project based learning bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana perencanaan dan pelaksanaan model project based learning dalam menanamkan nilai karakter. Metode penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif bentuk  studi kasus. Data dikumpul melalui tiga kegiatan, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini Menunjukan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan  project based learning  dalam menanamkan nilai karakter anak usia dini yang mencakup 6 aspek perkembangan ank usia dini  bahwa dalam perencanaan dengan menentukan RPPH dan menentukan kegiatan project based learning. Pada Pelaksanaan,  dengan penentuan pertanyaan, menentukan jadwal pelaksanaan project, monitoring project serta evaluasi dengan  mencangkup 6 aspek perkembangan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems, namely there are several concepts in science material that require special understanding. On the materialof human movement organs because it cannot be seen directly if there is no intermediary in the formof learning media and there is no interactive multimedia learning media, especially on the material of human movement organs. Based on these problems, interactive multimedia-based learning media was developed on the material of human movement organs in grade V elementary school on theme 1 sub-theme 2 learning 2. This research was conducted at SDN 05 Sawahan Padang. The purpose of this research is to produce valid, practical, and effective learning media. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using a 4-D model (Define, Design, Development, Dissemination). The data collection instruments in this study were in the form of learning media validation sheets (for design, language, and material experts), practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. The results of the validation test for developing interactive multimedia-based learning media on human movement organs with 3 validators were categorized as very valid, the results of the practicality test by one educator and twenty-six students were categorized as very practical, and the results of the effectiveness test by twenty-six people. students are categorized as very effective. The level of validity obtained by the validity test results with the percentage of design feasibility (90%), the percentage of language (92.5%), the percentage of material (75%). The results of the practicality test by educators get an average value (95%) and the practicality results of students get an average value (98.2%). The results of the effectiveness test of twenty-six students got an average score (94.5%). Proving that interactive multimedia-based learning media on the material of human movement organs in grade V elementary school theme 1 sub-theme 2 learning 2 is declared valid, practical, effective and feasible to use

Abstract

The research was conducted to find the implementation of guidance and counseling services in elementary schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through three activities, namely interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this study indicate planning and implementation. The research was carried out in three activity cycles. The results of the study show 1) guidance services can be carried out by analyzing the needs of students, 2) the need for collaboration between parents and schools regarding guidance and counseling provided to students, 3) supervising teachers observe students' responses to the guidance and counseling services provided. Furthermore, the teacher observes changes in students which can be seen from the achievement of the goals of guidance and counseling services, the achievement of developmental tasks, learning outcomes, and the success of students after graduating from school both in further studies and life in society.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of early reading skills in group A children in Payakumbuh City. Where children have not been able to recognize initial letters in the picture and children have not been able to read letters in the picture. This study aims to describe the ability of beginning reading through the use of picture media. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with four stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that before the action, the child's ability to recognize initial letters in the picture was at a percentage of 63.1%, while the child's ability to read letters in the picture was at a percentage of 62.9%. After the action in Cycle I, there was an increase, with the ability to recognize initial letters in pictures reaching 67.7%, and the ability of children to read letters in pictures increased to 67.3%. In Cycle II, the ability to recognize initial letters in pictures increased to 86.4%, and the ability of children to read letters in pictures increased to 86.4%. Based on these results it can be concluded that through image media can improve the ability to read the beginning of group A children in Payakumbuh City.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak kelompok A di Kota Payakumbuh. Dimana anak belum mampu mengenal huruf awal pada gambar dan Anak belum mampu membaca huruf pada gambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan membaca permulaan melalui penggunaan media gambar. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan empat tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum tindakan, kemampuan anak dalam mengenal huruf awal pada gambar berada pada persentase 63,1%, sedangkan kemampuan Anak membaca huruf pada gambar berada pada persentase 62,9%. Setelah tindakan pada Siklus I, terjadi peningkatan, dengan kemampuan mengenal huruf awal pada gambar mencapai 67,7%, dan kemampuan Anak membaca huruf pada gambar meningkat menjadi 67,3%. Pada Siklus II, kemampuan mengenal huruf awal pada gambar meningkat menjadi 86,4%, dan kemampuan Anak membaca huruf pada gambar meningkat menjadi 86,4%. Berdasarkan hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui media gambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan anak kelompok A di Kota Payakumbuh.

Abstract

Tujuan keseluruhan dari makalah ilmiah ini adalah untuk mendiskirpsikan peran administrasi kurikulum dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari beberapa jurnal yang dibaca ditemukan permasalahan dalam administrasi kurikulum yang mana seringkali dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan. Keterbatasan sumber daya, ketidaksesuaian kebijakan, dan kurangnya partisipasi aktif menjadi kendala yang perlu diatasi. Metode makalah ilmiah ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dan studi dokumen, melalui sumber-sumber reverensi seperti buku-buku, artikel jurnal dan sumber ilmiah lainnya yang digunakan dalam pembahasan makalah ilmiah ini.

Abstract

The problem with this research was that many children have not been able to develop aspects of cognitive development. Therefore, an Early Childhood (ECD) class in interior design was conducted. The research purpose was to reveal the early childhood classroom interior design implementation in children aged 5-6 years cognitive development in Harapan Kita Kindergarten, Sungai Liku - Pesisir Selatan Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through three activities, namely: interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results indicated that the planning and interior design of the ECD class. Data is obtained through the reduction of data, highlighting and choosing the key points, and concentrating ting on what's important. So that the research results show that the interior design of ECD is advantageous for kids between the ages of 5 and 6 and positively impacts children's cognitive development.
