Abstract

Di Kota Bandung, banyak sekali taman kota yang dibangun. Hal ini dikarenakan pemerintah Kota Bandung ingin mengubah wajah Kota Bandung yang semula sibuk, menjadi lebih ramah dan nyaman. Banyak sekali warga Kota Bandung yang berkunjung di taman-taman kota ini. Mereka bergembira bersama keluarga dan melakukan banyak aktifitas diluar ruangan. Taman-taman kota ini diantaranya : Taman Jomblo, Taman Film, Taman Balaikota, Taman Asia Afrika. Bukan hanya terkenal diantara warga kota bandung, taman-taman ini juga terkenal diantara orang-orang dan wisatawan dari luar kota, dan membuat mereka datang ke Kota Bandung. Tapi terkadang, mereka bosan dengan kegiatan yang ada di taman-taman kota tersebut dan pergi dengan cepat. Oleh karenanya, dibutuhkan hiburan lain yang lebih menarik. Untuk itu permainan tradisional akan menjadi solusi yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk memperkenalkan budaya khas Jawa barat, yaitu permainan tradisional Jawa Barat. Hal ini sangat krusial supaya eksistensi permainan jawa barat ini tetap lestari. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memberikan ide tentang beberapa permainan tradisional Jawa Barat yang dapat disuguhkan di Taman Kota di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif karena peneliti melakukan survey, menjelaskan realitas dan mendeskripsikan unsur untuk ditambahkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setidaknya ada empat permainan tradisional yang bisa ditempatkan di Taman Kota Bandung, diantaranya : Congklak, Egrang, kelom batok dan Engklek. Permainan-permainan ini dianggap cocok karena tidak membutuhkan area yang luas, peralatan yang digunakan bisa disisimpan di dalam area taman tanpa merusak estetika, dan bisa menggunakan alat-alat yang tersedia di taman, seperti kerikil, batu dsb. Ada beberapa penelitian yang mendasari artikel ini, diantaranya : Penyertaan Permainan Tradisional Sebagai Atraksi Wisata yang ditulis oleh Putu Aditya Primayoga Arya dengan judul Revitalisasi Permainan Tradisional Bali Sebagai Bagian dari Atraksi Wisata Budaya di Kota Denpasar, dan Redesain Taman Denggung sebagai Taman Kota Kabupaten Sleman berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Yogyakarta yang dibuat oleh Irsyad Sanjaya dan Indung Siti Fatimah

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor in achieving organizational goals, and work control plays an important role in ensuring that performance standards are met. However, in many organizations, including PT. Koyorad Jaya Indonesia, issues such as unclear job descriptions, weak discipline, and limited communication between superiors and subordinates have been observed, potentially hindering optimal performance. This study aims to examine the effect of work control on employee performance at PT. Koyorad Jaya Indonesia. A quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods was applied, using a structured questionnaire distributed to 46 active employees. The data were analyzed through validity, reliability, descriptive statistics, correlation, and determination tests. The findings reveal that both work control and employee performance are rated in the “very good” category, with mean scores of 4.59 and 4.62, respectively. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination indicates that work control contributes 71.9% to employee performance, while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. These results highlight the strategic importance of effective work control in improving employee performance, suggesting that management should strengthen control practices to sustain productivity and efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Professional Competence of Teachers and Education Personnel Services on the Learning Motivation of Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung. Professional competence of teachers is very important for the high and low learning motivation of students. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population of this study was 110 Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung, while the sample in this study was 52 Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it can be concluded that professional competence of teachers and education personnel services have an effect on the learning motivation of Students in the 1-Year Education Program at LPP Ariyanti Bandung by 59.7% while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other variables. And the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, so it can be interpreted that the higher the professional competence of teachers, the higher the learning motivation of students. Likewise, the higher the service of education personnel, the higher the learning motivation of students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and workload on employee performance at the Bogor City Food and Agriculture Security Agency, this study uses a quantitative research method, using saturated samples where the sample in this study is the entire population with a total of 65 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Research Instrument Test analysis techniques which are divided into Validity tests and Reliability tests. Classical Assumption Tests which are divided into Normality tests, Multicollinearity tests, Autocorrelation tests and Heteroskesdasrisity tests. Hypothesis Tests which are divided into Individual Parameter Significance Tests (T Statistical Tests), Simultaneous Tests (F Statistical Tests) and Results from the study of variable X1 are known to be independent variables of employee competence on average of 3.01, variable X2 independent variables of workload on average of 2.95 and variable Y dependent variables of performance on average of 2.91. The research results show that variable X1 has a positive and significant influence between the competency variable and employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.00 <0.05. Variable X2 has a positive and significant influence between the workload variable and employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.00 <0.05. Variable Y shows that simultaneously, competency and workload have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 <0.05..
