Abstract

In the era of transportation development and technological sophistication, people tend to choose fast and affordable transportation. To meet the needs of the people the Soekarno Hatta Airport Railway has officially operated. Some problems have been complained by passengers, namely regarding ticket prices and facilities. The influence of Ticket Prices on the satisfaction of railroad passengers of Seekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport based on statistical results can be said that the passengers of  Soekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport Railroad have a significant partial satisfaction for using Airport Railway in accordance with the Ticket Prices that have been paid. Satisfaction with ticket prices paid is due to affordable prices, benefits received, suitability to facilities, distance traveled, travel time. The effect of the Facility on the satisfaction of railroad passengers of Soekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport based on statistical results can be said that Soekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport Railway passengers have a significant partial satisfaction for using Airport Railway in accordance with the Facilities received. Satisfaction with facilities received such as parking lots, waiting rooms, free toilets, places of worship, supporting facilities. While the Effect of Ticket Prices and Facilities on the satisfaction of railroad passengers of the Soekarno Hatta Jakarta Airport based on statistical results it can be said that the passengers of the Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport Train have significant simultaneous satisfaction to use the Soekarno Hatta Airport Jakarta Train in accordance with Ticket Prices, Facilities and Ease Perceptions Transaction. The satisfaction of Soekarno Hatta Airport Railroad passengers on Ticket Prices, Facilities and Transaction Ease Perceptions that are jointly felt are satisfaction of punctuality, satisfaction of completeness of facilities, satisfaction of price suitability, satisfaction of departure schedules, and satisfaction of functions and facilities.Keywords: Airport Railway, Satisfaction, Ticket Prices, Facilities

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the decision to purchase tickets online at Traveloka. The public's need for transportation is so high, especially in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The limited space for people to carry out activities requires people to carry out activities online. In marketing activities, brand image and price become a reference for people to make purchases. For this reason, the company is expected to be able to improve public services and convenience in transacting through brand image and pricing.  This study uses quantitative methods with a population of 78 consumers. The distribution of questionnaires is done by using google forms to make it easier to get consumer data. The results of the F test are known that the calculated F value is 191.704 > F table 3.15, which means that there is a significant influence between brand image and price on purchasing decisions. Multiple linear regression value obtained Y = 3.440 + 0.171 X1 + 1.442 X2 where the most influential variable on purchasing decisions is the price variable.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the extent to which the use of Instagram media in attracting consumer buying interest in Raysa Fashion. This type of research uses quantitative data by measuring numbers. The analysis technique used is descriptive by testing simple linear regression analysis. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing techniques and distributing questionnaires to customers who took part in Instragram Raysa Fashion with a sample of 50 customers who filled out a questionnaire. The test results show that the tested data is declared valid and reliable. Utilization of Instagram media also shows a positive and significant influence on purchase intention

Abstract

Increasingly sophisticated technology has resulted in the development of system technology in the field of administrative work in various agencies to become more effective and efficient, from light to complex administrative work. However, this must be balanced with abilities and skills that support their development. To face this progress, the world of work must always change. There are 2 things that can be done to meet these demands, namely providing competent human resources in the field of office technology, as well as providing supporting infrastructure. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic takes part in optimizing students' abilities and skills in forming productive personnel in the field of office technology through community service activities. The aim of this activity is to make the transition to working life safer for vocational school students. The method used is the lecture method, delivery of material and discussion. The result of the service is providing useful provisions such as changing students' mindsets about their soft skills, the importance of understanding technological developments, changing behavior, and increasing knowledge about office machines. The conclusion of this service is that it provides benefits for students to become more confident and ready to compete, as productive workers in the business world. LP3I Polytechnic lecturers can use it as a place to distribute knowledge and knowledge that is beneficial to society. Keywords: Optimization; Office Technology; Knowledge
