Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kepuasan belajar mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cilodong Raya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hambatan dan solusinya dalam pemecahan masalah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa dan staff akademik di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cilodong Raya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepuasan belajar mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cilodong Raya sudah puas. Adapun hambatan yang menyebabkan kurangnya kepuasan belajar mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cilodong Raya yaitu lemahnya kecepatan jaringan wifi dan sebagian mahasiswa masih sulit memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh dosen. Adapun solusi atas hambatan yang dihadapi dengan cara pemecahan masalah yang disesuaikan dengan kendala tersebut sehingga mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kepuasan belajarnya untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik. Abstract

Di era digitalisasi untuk menghadapi era tersebut semua SDM diwajibkan untuk selalu melakukan perubahan perubahan guna bisa mengikuti perkembangan yang ada, yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengembangan SDM. Saat ini pengembangan SDM merupkan salah satu yang wajib dibenahi yaitu salah satunya tentang kemampuan komunikasi baik secara verbal maupun non verbal serta pengembangan diri secara konseptual yang dapat mengubah menjadi sebuah kompetetif di fase industri revolusi 5.0 sehingga dapat menjadi pribadi yang sukses di masa yang akan datang dan bisa bersaing dengan perubahan zaman yang terjadi. Setiap individu atau setiap orang mempunyai keunikan atau unik selling ataupun mempunyai keunikan terhadap dirinya sendiri.Personal branding merupakan citra yang dimiliki seseorang kepada masyarakat, dimana zaman sekarang dengan semakin banyak dan maraknya media online , media sosial yang bisa diakses siapapun, kapanpun dan dimanapun,sehingga banyak orang yang melakukan atau melakukan cyber public relations sekaligus sebagai personal branding termasuk praktisi komunikasi demi menunjang perkembangan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komponen serta kompetensi yang menjadi kekuatan dari setiap bisnis, kendala yang dihadapi, peran penting personal branding dalam perkembangan bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumen yang relevan dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan strategi personal branding diantaranya komponen pendorong dengan memaksimalkan fitur, kompetensi yang dijadikan kekuatan dalam menghadapi kompetitor dengan personal branding dominan, personal branding berperan untuk promosi diri, mencari pekerjaan, networking profesional, referensi penilaian profesional, serta perkembangan karir di masa datang ataupun dalam berbisnis. Dalam melakukan usaha pemasaran yang baik untuk menarik buying decision konsumen adalah dengan cara memperhatikan personal branding, social media marketing dan word of mouth atau mulut ke mulut. Dengan semakin meningkatnya buying decision terutama yang ditujukan pada konsumen E-Commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to create a decision support system for employee performance evaluation that will help managers choose qualified applicants for advancement. In this study, observation, interviews, and literature review were employed as data collection techniques. RAD is the system development methodology that the author used in this study. Black box testing is used for testing. The following conclusions were drawn from the research's findings: first, it created a helpful decision support system that helped managers judge employee promotions by giving them more objectivity. This system helps managers make more accurate and equitable promotion decisions by offering rewards for evaluating employee performance. Second, this research contributes to the field by developing a decision support system visually representing employee performance metrics using graphs. Using the MFEP and MPE methods in the system provides a clear and easy-to-understand picture of employee performance. With graphs, managers can quickly and efficiently evaluate employee performance data, facilitating decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on the investment behavior of Indonesian migrant workers in Japan, taking into account factors such as age, education level, and income. The research focuses on 50 Indonesian migrant workers in the Miyazaki area of Japan. Financial literacy is considered a key factor that can affect investment behavior, helping these workers make better investment decisions. A quantitative approach was employed, using descriptive statistical methods and correlation analysis based on questionnaire data that measured respondents' understanding of financial literacy and its impact on their investment behavior. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment behavior. Higher levels of financial literacy are associated with improved investment decisions. Additionally, age, education, and income also have a significant impact. These findings highlight the importance of developing more effective financial literacy education and training programs for Indonesian migrant workers in Japan, as improved financial literacy can lead to better investment decisions, increased access to investment opportunities, and enhanced financial well-being.

Abstract

The unity of teachers with the organization where they work, where the teacher feels that he has an organization and enjoys the conditions of the organization and his work, not only physically but also rationally, emotionally and normatively, so that the teacher feels satisfied and loyal to work in his organization is called teacher engagement. Optimal teacher engagement behavior will have a positive impact on the performance of their work and the madrasah institution. With a sense of love for their work and institution, teachers in carrying out their work work without knowing the time and fully invest themselves and their energy because they are no longer carrying out obligations, but the teaching profession has become a service. in his life. The aim of this research is to find strategies and ways to increase teacher engagement by conducting research on the influence of the variables of self-efficacy, interpersonal communication, organizational support and job satisfaction. This research uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis to obtain optimal solutions to increase teacher engagement.

Abstract

Principals as school leaders are a contributing factor to success in efforts to strengthen governance, accountability, and public image. This success cannot be separated from competence and ability in their duties, roles and functions. Providing excellent service to all school members, optimizing the empowerment and development of school residents, focusing on performance and growth and impact for school progress and for the community, this leadership is called servant leadership. This study aims to produce a model of strengthening service leadership in the form of a constellation model of influence between variables and their mathematical model. From this model, a research hypothesis is derived which will then be tested using path analysis at the quantitative research stage. The research begins by interviewing informants who are considered competent in providing the expected answers. Furthermore, data reduction, data codification, data display, data analysis, and conclusion drawing were carried out. The research was carried out at the Bogor Regency Private Vocational School in the period October to December 2024. From the research conducted, several variables are thought to have positive and dominant influence on service leadership, namely adversity intelligence, proactive personality, teamwork as exogenous variables, organizational commitment, and work motivation as intervening variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas webinar dan motivasi peserta terhadap kepuasan peserta webinar yang diselenggarakan oleh komunitas potema. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi kepada 30 orang responden yang merupakan peserta dalam webinar yang diselenggarakan oleh komunitas potema. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas webinar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta, dilihat dari pelaksanaan webinar yang nyaman, tepat waktu serta penyampaian materi yang jelas dan mudah dipahami. motivasi peserta juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan peserta, motivasi membuat peserta lebih antusias selama mengikuti webinar dan motivasi yang tinggi sering kali diikuti dengan harapan yang tinggi pula. kualitas webinar dan motivasi peserta saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain dan akan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan peserta. Kualitas webinar yang rendah akan membuat motivasi peserta dan kepuasan peserta menurun sedangkan jika motivasi rendah akan membuat peserta kurang antusias selama mengikuti webinar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a model to strengthen organizational resilience in the form of a constellation model of variables, along with its mathematical model, which was identified in the field through an initial preliminary survey and interviews with pre-selected informants. The unit of analysis is LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta, involving 30 lecturers as informants and interviews with 11 campus heads to determine the research constellation identified in the field. The study will also uncover strategies and methods to enhance organizational resilience. From this model, research hypotheses are derived, which will be tested using path analysis during the quantitative research phase. The research begins with interviews with informants considered competent and recognized as experts in providing the expected responses. Subsequently, data reduction, data coding, data presentation, data analysis, and conclusion drawing are conducted. The research is carried out at LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta during the period of December to January 2025. The study identified several variables that are presumed to have a positive and dominant influence on organizational resilience, namely visionary leadership, knowledge management, empowerment, professional commitment, and trust as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of financial technology (fintech) adoption on supply chain resilience in the digital age. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 76 respondents representing various business sectors that have integrated fintech solutions into their supply chain operations. The research instrument employed a five-point Likert scale, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. Supply chain resilience was measured through four dimensions: agility, visibility, flexibility, and risk mitigation. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the robustness of the measurement instruments. Descriptive analysis indicated high average scores for all variables, while regression analysis revealed that fintech adoption had a positive and significant effect on all four resilience dimensions, with the strongest effect observed on visibility. These findings highlight fintech’s strategic role in enhancing transparency, operational agility, adaptability, and proactive risk management. The study provides actionable insights for managers and policymakers to integrate fintech solutions as a core component of supply chain strategy, particularly in preparing for and responding to disruptions in a rapidly evolving digital environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar persepsi harga dan rekomendasi influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Ruangnamu di kalangan mahasiswa Depok. Pendekatan  penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa yang aktif menggunakan media sosial dan merupakan konsumen Ruangnamu. Sumber data penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Model penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik harga maupun rekomendasi influencer memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga yang terjangkau dan rekomendasi positif dari influencer yang dipercaya menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong mahasiswa untuk membeli produk pada Ruangnamu.
