Abstract

E-learning method is a learning process that utilizes sophisticated technology where learning activities are carried out online. online learning is equipped with various tools that can be used in learning activities or training for training institutions, such as communication and interaction activities, conducting question and answer sessions, and asking questions to trainers or vice versa. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the e-learning method as a training medium on the competence of participants from various groups. the research method uses a descriptive quantitative method, with sampling using saturated sampling (census), where the population is used as a research sample. to obtain data using a likert scale by distributing questionnaires to all participants who have participated in training with the e-learning system. the data that has been collected is then processed with the spss 25 application, using simple linear regression. for data analysis with validity and reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, normality tests, linearity tests and heteroscedasticity. based on the results of the research data processing, it can be concluded that the training system with the e-learning method has an effect on increasing the competence of training participants by 0.460 or 46%.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi menjadi sumber data yang valid, khususnya untuk pendataan absensi karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan absensi fingertprint terhadap peningkatan disiplin guru SMA Negeri 11 Depok. Proses penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linier-sederhana. Hasil penelitian ditemui bahwa penerapan fingerprint pada SMA Negri 11 Depok, dapat meningkatkan disiplin guru dilihat dari tingkat kehadiran dan dikuatkan oleh hasil olah data kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan SPSS25. Dimana hasil olah data memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh efektivitas penggunaan absensifinger print terhadap disiplin guru di SMA Negri 11 Depok. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,427, membuktikan bahwa pengaruh finger print terhadap kedisiplinan guru adalah sebesar 42,7%.

Abstract

Warung sunda Miraos bu Tuti merupakan warung makan yang berlokasi di Depok, yang menjual beraneka ragam lauk, kurang lebih sekitar 100 macam menu dengan cita rasa yang menggiurkan lidah pembelinya. Pemilihan metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif dengan menggunakan studi kausal digunakan dalam penelitian melalui survei dan menyebarkan kuuesioner. Populasi yang diambil sebagai sampel dalam penelitian mencakup semua individu yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Warung Sunda Miraos Bu Tuti Depok, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 95 orang untuk di analisis, dengan model non probability dan insidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel citarasa dan variasi menu secara signifikan dalam pengujian parsial maupun silmultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusanpembelian, berdasarkan olahan menggunakan SPSS25. Hasil olah data hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh signifikansi f sebesar 0,000 < 0,005, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh citarasa dan varian menu dengan Nilai R-square sebesar 0,667 atau 66.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP) in warehouse management at PT Givaudan Indonesia, Depok. The main issue addressed is the discrepancy between system-recorded stock data and physical inventory, which is caused by human factors and technical constraints. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method supported by quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 12 warehouse operational respondents. The results indicate that the implementation of SAP at PT Givaudan Indonesia, Depok, is categorized as highly effective, with an average score of 4.31 out of 5.00. The primary strengths of the system are its support for the First Expired First Out (FEFO) principle (4.42) and the speed of data input (4.42). However, this effectiveness is still hindered by operator discipline in scanning activities (3.75) as well as network and system stability issues (3.75).
