Abstract

This study aims to determine the Z generation digital native of Instagram social media account owners with public features that have a tendency to develop integrated account owners, through the use of multimedia broadcasts and the potential to promote visual works in the creative industry. The data collection period was observed by observing the posting of the respondent's portfolio on the feed from May - September 2020. The research design was correlational quantitative research between the Characteristics of Generation Z (X1), Social Media Broadcast (X2) and Creative Industry Integrated Development Multimedia (Y) variables. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the ability of Generation Z Characteristics in processing learning outcomes with the use of social media. Broadcast is integrated into a part of promoting portfolios in Creative Industry Integrated Development. Research data from a population of 180, of which there are 91 generation Z, and 20 accounts with Digital Native characteristics with public settings, taken as the research sample. The results obtained 1) Generation Z tends to have Digital Native Characteristics obtained as much as 84%, 2) Generation Z tends to have digital native characteristics that carry out the activity of Social Media Broadcast as much as 84%, 3) There is a native digital indicator of Generation Z doing Integrated Creative Industry Development for 88%. 4) Producing an accredited national publication research journal indexed.Keywords:             Sosial Media broadcast, Multimedia, Creative Industry, Digital Native, Z Generation

Abstract

PT Hero Supermarker Tbk merupakan pasar swalayan (supermarket) terbesar di Indonesia, melihat kondisi tersebut keberhasilan perusahaan untuk dapat mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tidak lepas dari upaya pihak perusahaan untuk mengadakan proses seleksi yang baik.Dimana dengan adanya ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku dalam merekrut seseorang agar dapat menghasilkan satu kelompok pelamar yang memenuhi syarat untuk bekerja di perusahaan tersebut.Maka dari itu peneliti ingin mengetahui proses seleksi seorang karyawan di  PT Hero Supermarket Tbk sehingga memilki karyawan yang berkualitas dan professional sesuai dengan bidangnya agar dapat terus meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas perusahaan.Keyword :Seleksi, Karyawan, Kualitas dan Kemampuan

Abstract

Technological development supports the rapid growth of online shops. Online shopping has now become a lifestyle and habit for many people due to the convenience offered. Customers need to be more careful in making purchase decisions, including the decision to purchase NIKE preloved products at Brandedfashi online shops in Bandung. This study focused on the customer's decision to purchase preloved NIKE products. It aims to identify the impact of product quality, price, and brand perception on the decision to purchase preloved online shop products. This study used a quantitative method involving a sample of 100 respondents. The data obtained from the respondents were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results show that the Fisher (F) test of the product quality, price, and brand views affect purchasing decisions of preloved NIKE products from Brandedfashi online shop. Quality is a significant aspect influencing the decision to purchase preloved products as Brandedfashi. Brand images are influenced by integrity, applied strategies, and customer perceptions. To increase customer satisfaction with preloved products, it is important to improve the advertising methods, packaging, and price compliance.

Abstract

Every company definitely wants to emerge as a champion in the midst of intense market competition. To achieve this, what can be done by a company is to carry out effective marketing or promotional communication activities in order to be able to target the right opportunities. This research has the objectives, among others, to find out the marketing communication strategy at PT XYZ along with the constraints faced and the solutions implemented. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and supported by literature studies. From the results of processing the data obtained, this study concluded that PT XYZ had carried out marketing communications activities both conventionally and digitally quite well. Various obstacles were encountered by PT XYZ, such as the lack of marketing communication activities to be carried out and adequate human resources. However, to overcome these obstacles, there are several solutions that can be implemented, for example implementing other forms of marketing communications, increasing the number of personnel, and increasing distributors at strategic points.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of Human Resources in conducting job interviews which is the first door for someone to get a job. It is hoped that the key to successful training in preparing for administration and job interviews using English and Indonesian can improve the ability of participants in preparing the administration needed to apply for jobs and also the ability of participants to conduct job interviews using both Indonesian and English. The method used is through presentation and practice (drilling). Thus, students from State PKBM 23  Central Jakarta will gain experience on how to conduct job interviews. The results obtained in this activity are an increase in knowledge and skills regarding documents needed in the world of work and confidence in facing job interviews.Keyword : Administration, Interview, Drilling, Job

Abstract

Kurikulum memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis dan berfungsi sebagai penjabaran dari visi, misi, dan tujuan pendidikan pada instansi pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran teknologi pendidikan dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan studi pustakan atau System Literature Review (SLR). Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya dalam literatur penelitian. Literatur yang digunakan adalah literatur dari hasil penelitian atau kajian yang disajikan dalam artikel ilmiah. Semua artikel yang digunakan bersumber dari mesin pencari literasi data elektronik Mendeley dan Google Scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran teknologi pendidikan dalam kurikulum merdeka sangat memberikan pengaruh yang positif dalam mengaplikasikan dan mengimplementasikan teknologi dalam konsep merdeka belajar secara nyata.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hak semua warga negara, UUD 1945 pasal 31 ayat 1 menyebutkan bahwa setiap warga negara berhak mendapatkan pendidikan. Pendidikan mulai dari tingkat dasar hingga tingkat menengah atas. Namun tidak semua warga masyarakat, khususnya usia sekolah mampu menyelesaikan pendidikan formal karena beragam alasan. Untuk mendukung proses kegiatan belajar mengajar pada bidang kejuruan maka salah satu proses pembelajaran dilakukan pada jenjang SMK. Salah satu SMK yang ada di wilayah Jakarta adalah SMK 1 Barunawati. SMK 1 Barunawati merupakan salah satu SMK yang bernaung di bawah Yayasan Sekar Laut Pelni yang berlokasi di Jalan KS Tubun III, Jl. K.S. Tubun II/III No.7, RT.13/RW.1, Slipi, Kec. Palmerah, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 11410. SMK 1 Barunawati berfokus pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia di bidang teknologi informasi. Adapun visi dari SMK 1 Barunawati yaitu menyelenggarakan pendidikan berkualitas yang berorientasi kecakapan hidup sehingga mampu menghasilkan SDM yang cakap, terampil, ulet, berdemokrasi dan berbudaya. Selain itu, misi dari SMK 1 Barunawati antara lain (1) mengembangkan seluruh kapasitas unsur-unsur sekolah sehingga menciptakan budaya belajar yang unggul dalam menghasilkan output yang di harapkan, (2) pemberdayaan peserta didik maupun intitusi sekolah yang mandiri memiliki komitmen dan disiplin tinggi terhadap Pendidikan, (3) melakukan pemerataan dan perluasan kesempatan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pendidikan, dan bersama-sama berusaha meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan. Lebih lanjut kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat membantu SMK 1 Barunawati dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan (soft skill) yang akan membekali siswa siswi untuk memilikistrategi masuk perguruan tinggi serta memiliki jiwa dalam wirausaha yang mendukung keberhasilan dunia kerja.
