Abstract

AbstractConcrete is a composite building material made from a combination of aggregate and cement binder. The most common form of concrete is Portland cement concrete, which consists of mineral aggregate (usually gravel and sand), cement and water. The application of this concrete as sidewalks, parking lots, field drainage and gardens. This study aims to determine the value of permeability in concrete when rice husk ash is added. The research was conducted using experimental methods in the laboratory, by adding additional material of rice husk ash as a concrete mixture with additional variants of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 25%, with a concrete age of 28 days. The specimens used in each variant were 3 cylindrical concrete specimens measuring 15x30 cm.The experimental results show the permeability of water-permeable concrete with variants of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 25%, on 28 consecutive days of testing 0.1685 mm/second, 0.1679 mm/second, 0.1692 mm/second . , 0.1676 mm/s. The experimental results show that the permeable concrete reaches the targeted permeability only at the 25% variant, and its use is recommended for normal pavements and qualifies as light structures such as sidewalks, parking lots, fields and garden drainage.

Abstract

In the implementation of management in an education, it is needed to achieve the educational goals, this research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Qualitative research, namely, research that does not use calculations, data collection techniques are carried out in a triangulation manner, the data obtained tends to be qualitative data, the results of qualitative research are to understand meaning, understand uniqueness, construct phenomena and find hypotheses. An educational institution, or educational institution, is an organization or a group of people that for one reason or another is responsible for the education of students in accordance with the mission of the institution. The management function in the educational institution at MIS Al-Khairiyah Sunggal has all been carried out well, including the planning function where a good plan greatly affects the success of the work.

Abstract

Abstract. The systems approach is a holistic method used to improve the quality of learning by considering all interrelated elements in an educational ecosystem. This approach emphasizes the importance of synergy between various components, such as curriculum, educators, students, technology, learning environment, and education policy. With a systems approach, the learning process is not only focused on the transfer of knowledge, but also on the formation of critical skills, collaboration, and problem-solving in accordance with the demands of the globalization era. This study aims to analyze the application of a systems approach in improving the quality of learning at various levels of education. The methodology used involves library research studies. It was found that this approach was able to increase student participation, improve learning outcomes, and create an inclusive learning environment. However, the implementation of a systems approach requires consistent policy support, adequate resource allocation, and collaboration between stakeholders. This research emphasizes that a systems approach is not only relevant but also crucial in facing educational challenges in the digital era, making learning more adaptive, effective, and sustainable.
