Abstract

This research is titled The Influence of Population Growth, Employment Budget and Investment on Economic Growth in Mamuju Regency. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The data sources used in this study are secondary data and primary data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to calculate the quantitative impact of each factor on the change in event (factor X) and then statistical tests are carried out. The results of the study showed that the Population Growth factor with a significant value of 0.029< 0.05 and the Labor Force factor with a significant value of 0.033< 0.05, and the Investment factor with a significant value of 0.039 < 0.05. The results of the simultaneous test showed a Fcal value of 22.364> Ftable 6.256 with a significant level of 0.35. Thus, it can be stated that Population Growth, Restaurants and Entertainment simultaneously have a significant effect on Economic Growth in Mamuju Regency. And the most dominant Population Growth Factor has an effect on Economic Growth in Mamuju Regency with the highest beta value of 5.636 with the lowest significant level of 0.029, when compared to the beta value of other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat Desa Lombang-Lombang Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Lombang-Lombang Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju dengan nilai signifikan 0,008 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan pekerjaan masyarakat secara parsial berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Lombang-Lombang Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju dengan nilai signifikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,005 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan pendidikan dan pekerjaan masyarakat secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Lombang-Lombang Kecamatan Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Abstract

Pelaksanaan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju di Desa Galung Lombok bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan program pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Galung Lombok, Kecamatan Tinambung, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, melalui pendekatan "Desa Go Green Berbasis Nilai-Nilai Spiritual." Program ini difokuskan pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat dengan mengintegrasikan aspek keberlanjutan lingkungan dan nilai-nilai spiritual yang ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat desa. Kegiatan utama yang dilaksanakan meliputi pelatihan pertanian ramah lingkungan, edukasi kebersihan, penanaman pohon, pembuatan taman, serta sosialisasi tentang pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan berbasis nilai-nilai agama. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat, termasuk pemuda, ibu-ibu, dan tokoh agama, menjadi elemen kunci keberhasilan program ini. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif dalam kesadaran lingkungan masyarakat, peningkatan partisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial, dan penguatan budaya gotong royong. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat ketahanan sosial dan lingkungan di Desa Galung Lombok serta menciptakan desa yang hijau, mandiri, dan berbasis nilai spiritual untuk keberlanjutan jangka panjang

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the significant impact of the agricultural and trade sectors on the growth rate of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in West Sulawesi from 2017 to 2023. The analysis was conducted using GRDP data at constant prices, which reflects the contribution of each sector to the overall GRDP. Data collection techniques included observation and secondary data retrieval from the BPS website. The data were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The regression analysis results indicate that the agricultural sector has a t-coefficient of 11,665.550 with a significance value of 0.000, while the trade sector has a t-coefficient of 10,678.826 with a significance value of 0.000. These findings confirm that both sectors significantly influence the GRDP growth rate. The F-test results further validate this relationship, showing that the agricultural sector (F-value = 136,085,062.042) and the trade sector (F-value = 114,037,315.965) significantly explain variations in GRDP. Throughout the study period, the agricultural sector's contribution to GRDP remained stable at around 39%, while the trade sector accounted for approximately 10%. However, a decline in contribution observed in 2024 suggests fluctuations that warrant further analysis. These findings highlight the critical role of both sectors in driving economic growth in West Sulawesi.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in natural beauty, diverse flora and fauna, and a wide range of cultures, all of which have the potential to generate substantial foreign exchange through tourism. In general, tourism is seen as a sector that can drive economic growth by increasing both community income and local revenue when managed and developed optimally. Lombang-Lombang Beach is one such natural attraction that is frequently visited by both locals and tourists, especially during holidays and regular days. The purpose of this research is to explore the efforts made by the local community to develop Lombang-Lombang Beach as a tourist destination and how it contributes to increasing community income. This study uses qualitative methods, with data sourced from both primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data will then be processed through data reduction, data presentation, and finally, drawing conclusions.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to examine the partial effect of Tuing-Tuing Fish Culinary Tourism SME on the level of community welfare in Parabaya Hamlet, Onang Village, Sendana District, Majene Regency, and to analyze the correlation between Tuing-Tuing Fish Culinary Tourism SME and community welfare in the same area. This research adopts a quantitative approach with one independent variable and one dependent variable. The test tools used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, t-tests (partial tests), and R² tests.The sample for this study consisted of 30 respondents. Research data was processed using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 24.0 software to determine the direction and strength of the independent variable’s influence on the dependent variable, as well as to conduct the t-test (partial test) and R² test. The results indicate that Tuing-Tuing Fish Culinary Tourism SME have a partial effect on the level of community welfare in Parabaya Hamlet, Onang Village, Sendana District, Majene Regency. Furthermore, the findings show a strong correlation between Tuing-Tuing Fish Culinary Tourism SME and the level of community welfare in the studied area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar; (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin (4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Tenaga Administrasi Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin sebanyak 30 orang dengan sampel jenuh. Data diambil melalui pengukuran skala likert dengan bobot hitung skor 1 sampai dengan skor 5. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik melalui analisis regresi linear berganda Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengetahuan berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin (2) keterampilan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak gabungan dari Komunikasi Efektif dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan uji simultan. Nilai F-hitung yang diperoleh sebesar 77,852, secara signifikan melampaui nilai F-tabel, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,002, menunjukkan signifikansi gabungan dari variabel-variabel ini. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima, yang menegaskan bahwa faktor-faktor ini secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini membawa implikasi penting: mengakui sifat saling ketergantungan antara kemampuan komunikasi dan kemampuan kerja akan membantu manajemen sumber daya manusia yang strategis, efisiensi operasional, dan kepuasan karyawan. Mengakui keterbatasan dalam konteks penelitian meningkatkan kepraktisan wawasan ini. Pada intinya, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang mendasari kinerja karyawan, memandu organisasi untuk mengembangkan tenaga kerja yang lebih efektif dan terlibat. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi perbandingan pendapatan pengemudi sebelum dan sesudah bermitra dengan PT. Grab Teknologi Indonesia Cabang Mamuju. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan melibatkan 10 pengguna dan 30 pengemudi mobil dan motor mitra PT. Grab Teknologi Indonesia Cabang Mamuju. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan analisis historis dari PT. Grab Teknologi Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi pendapatan pengemudi sebelum dan sesudah bermitra dengan Grab. Hasil wawancara dengan pengemudi kendaraan bermotor online di Mamuju memberikan gambaran bahwa kelompok pengemudi dengan pendapatan Rp.1-2 Juta per bulan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan setelah bermitra dengan PT. Grab Teknologi Indonesia. Sebelumnya, 23,9% responden berada dalam kategori ini, namun setelah bermitra, persentasenya meningkat tajam menjadi 34,5%, mencerminkan kenaikan sekitar 44,35%. Dampak positif kemitraan ini terutama terlihat pada kelompok pengemudi dengan pendapatan menengah. Meskipun kelompok pengemudi dengan pendapatan antara Rp.2-3 Juta menunjukkan konsistensi pendapatan setelah bermitra, terdapat penurunan yang signifikan pada kelompok pengemudi dengan pendapatan lebih tinggi. Kelompok pengemudi dengan pendapatan Rp.3-4 Juta mengalami penurunan sekitar 24,74%, sedangkan kelompok pendapatan Rp.4-5 Juta turun sekitar 36,76%. Dampak negatif ini dapat dikaitkan dengan perubahan tarif atau kebijakan bisnis yang mempengaruhi keuntungan pengemudi dalam kelompok ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competence of human resources, the role of human resources and the performance of human resources of National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) to improve the management of zakat funds in West Sulawesi Province. This study was conducted at the West Sulawesi Province Baznas Office. This study specifies BAZNAS of West Sulawesi Province as the object of research due to the poor quality of zakat fund management in the BAZNAS office so far. Determination of the subject of research is purposively using qualitative methods. Data for this study was collected through observation and interviews to zakat managers at the BAZNAS Office in West Sulawesi Province. The results of this study indicate that some problems related to the human capital of BAZNAS of West Sulawesi Province. The recruitment process for employee does not uses open-recruitment system, hence the employee hired by BANAS has poor competency and qualification. Collected zakat fund is still focused on zakat of profession, and they have not been able to achieve the maximum target of collection and distribution. This is constrains due to availability of facility and infrastructure. Faced with this problem, BAZNAS of West Sulawesi Province can carry out a more transparent open-recruitment system to open a bigger chance for people who have better competencies to be employed at BAZNAS, start another zakat fund collection program which targets zakat other than zakat of profession, increase employee’s competency with employee training and development program, gives more work motivation, and review governor’s regulation that backed the zakat collection program by adding a sanction to public servants who don’t obey it, as well as expanding the reach of zakat fund distribution and rationalizing the proportion of zakat fund into the predetermined sectors.  Keywords: Human Capital, Performance, Management Zakat.
