Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar; (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin (4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Tenaga Administrasi Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin sebanyak 30 orang dengan sampel jenuh. Data diambil melalui pengukuran skala likert dengan bobot hitung skor 1 sampai dengan skor 5. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik melalui analisis regresi linear berganda Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengetahuan berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin (2) keterampilan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin. (3) sikap berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin (4) pengalaman berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Tenaga Administrasi pada Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hasanuddin..Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik kompetensi yang dimiliki akan berimplikasi pada meningkatnya kinerja pegawai Kata Kunci: kompetensi, kinerja tenaga administrasi Abstract This study aims: (1) To analyze the influence of knowledge on the performance of Administration Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University, Makassar; (2) To analyze the effect of skills on the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University (3) To analyze the influence of attitudes on the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University (4) To analyze the effect of experience on the performance of Administration Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University This research is descriptive, data collection through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population of this study was all Administrative Personnel of the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University as many as 30 people with saturated samples. Data is taken through Likert scale measurements with a calculated weight of scores 1 to 5. The data were analyzed by statistical analysis through multiple linear regression analysis The results showed that (1) knowledge had a simultaneous and partial effect on the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University, (2) skills affected the performance of Administration Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University. (3) influential attitude towards the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University (4) experience affects the performance of Administrative Personnel at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University.
