Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bujung Manurung, Kecamatan Mambi Kabupaten Mamasa, dengan tujuan memberikan informasi dan Solusi serta praktek kepada masayarakat tentang pencegahan pencemaran lingkungan melalui pemamfaatan limbah kotoran sapi, mengingat di Desa Bujung Manurung adalah desa yang kecil namun sangat asri dan bersih. Masyarakat Bujung Manurung memiliki jumlah ternak sapi yang banyak dan kekayaan sumber daya alam yang melimpah sehingga kami tertarik mengangkat tema tersebut karena mengingat kotoran sapi adalah salah satu bentuk pencemaran lingkungan yang sangat mengganggu kenyamanan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dirancang dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu identifikasi wilayah, pelatihan masalah limbah kotoran sapi, serta simulasi dan pendampingan menggunakan pupuk kompos. Metode fermentasi ini dilakukan dengan EM4 kuning dan bahan bahan yang digunakan yaitu kotoran sapi, abu, sekam padi yang sudah dibakar, air gula (bisa gula pasir atau gula merah) tapi lebih menyarankan pake gula merah dan ditambahkan arang, setelah dicampur masukkan dalam kantongan atau plastik dan di tanam ke dalam tanah selama satu minggu asal tertutup dengan tanah dan jangan lupa diaduk dan ditanam Kembali setelah kurang lebih dua minggu hasilnya baru bisa digunakan atau di manfaatkan agar hasil pertanian meningkatkan produksi yang banyak dengan menggunakan pupuk yang alami.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how business type and capital influence the income of traders in the Central Market of Mamuju Regency. The research method used is quantitative, with primary data collected using a questionnaire. The respondent population was all traders in the Central Market of Mamuju Regency, and a sample of 30 traders was taken. This research method used multiple linear regression, validity tests, reliability tests, partial tests (t-tests), and f-tests. The results show that the variable Business Type has a partial significant effect on Trader Income in Mamuju Regency, with a significance value of 0.007, less than 0.05. The variable Capital has a partial significant effect on Trader Income in Mamuju Regency, with a significance value of 0.003, less than 0.05. The variables Business Type and Capital simultaneously have a significant effect on Trader Income in Mamuju Regency, with a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05.

Abstract

This research design is quantitative research, which has the aim of knowing the organizational climate, work discipline, and work motivation on team member performance by taking research locations at the Office of Education and Culture of West Sulawesi Province. This study aims to find more deeply related to organizational conditions and team member attitudes in dealing with differences between employees, as well as the attitude of team member discipline at work as team member motivation to work as part of motivation. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods because it uses three independent variables and one dependent variable; the research tool uses a questionnaire using a sample of 100 respondents using total sampling who have the status of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Office of Education and Culture of West Sulawesi Province. The t-test results in the table show that the t-value of the organizational climate variable (X1) is 4.192 while the t-estimated value is 1.66105 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Work discipline (X2) is 7.544, while the t-estimated value is 1.66105. So it can be seen that t-calculated> t-estimated, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the work discipline variable significantly affects the performance of the West Sulawesi Provincial Education and Culture Office employees. Work motivation (X3) amounted to 9.052, while the t-estimated value was 1.66105. So, it can be seen that t-calculated> t-estimated, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The simultaneous test results show that the f-value is 22.934> f-estimated 2.70 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, so this regression model can be used for team member performance variables at the West Sulawesi Provincial Education and Culture Office.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of service quality and passenger fares on consumer decisions regarding the use of the Mamuju Branch Damri Bus. Specifically, the research has two primary objectives: first, to determine the individual influences of service quality and passenger fares on consumer decisions; and second, to explore the combined effect of both factors on these decisions. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study utilizes two independent variables (service quality and passenger fares) and one dependent variable (consumer decision to use the Mamuju Branch Damri Bus). The methodology includes the application of multiple statistical tests to ensure the validity and reliability of the data collected. These tests include a validity test to ascertain the appropriateness of the research instruments, a reliability test to ensure consistent results, and multiple linear regression to analyze the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable. Additionally, t-tests (partial) and F-tests (simultaneous) are conducted to examine the significance of the effects. A sample of 96 respondents was selected for this study, and data were processed using SPSS software version 24.0. This facilitated a detailed analysis of how service quality and passenger fares influence consumer decisions, both individually and collectively. The findings revealed that both service quality and passenger fares significantly affect consumer decisions to use the Damri Bus at the Mamuju Branch, individually and in combination. This underscores the importance of these factors in shaping consumer behaviors and preferences in the context of public transportation.

Abstract

This study aims to confirm the influence between product diversity variables and service quality variables on customer satisfaction at Al Mubarok Supermarket in Baras District, Pasangkayu Regency. The research method uses quantitative methods with primary data taken using a questionnaire. The population of respondents is consumers at Al Mubarok Supermarket. The sample was taken with an incidental sampling technique. The sample size was 96 respondents. The data obtained will be analyzed using a validity test, reliability test, t-test (partial), and f-test (tested together). The effect of product diversity t count is greater than the t-estimated (-0.528 < 1.661) so it does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality t count is greater than the t-estimated (2.764> 1.661) partially affects customer satisfaction. Shows that F-calculated is greater than F-estimated (3.959> 2.70) and the significance value (Sig = 0.022> a 0.05), indicating that simultaneously both have an influence.

Abstract

Culture and natural beauty are valuable assets that have been able to suck up domestic and foreign tourists to come and visit to enjoy the beauty of nature and to study the cultural diversity of the Indonesian people. Tourism has now become a necessity for people at various levels not only for certain circles, so the handling must be done seriously and involve relevant parties, in addition to achieving all the objectives of tourism development, promotion must be held so that the potential and attractiveness tourism can be better known and able to move potential tourists to visit and enjoy tourist attractions. The Tourism Object of Tapandullu Beach in Mamuju Regency is the most visited tourist object of Mamuju people so far, where the strategic location is not too far from the center of the crowd, so that holidays are widely used by Mamuju people and visitors who are outside the city.

Abstract

This research takes the title of Effectiveness of Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax Collection (PBB-P2) on increasing PAD in Mamuju Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of collecting land and building tax in urban and rural areas (PBB-P2) on increasing PAD in Mamuju Regency. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection was done through interviews and documentation. In this study using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research obtained are that from 2015-2019 the level of effectiveness of the realized urban and rural land and building taxes is still very far from the targeted percentage, this is obtained from the results of data processing which shows that from 2015-2019 the taxes obtained are all only reach a percentage below 50%. In 2015 the effectiveness value only reached 35.15%, in 2016 the effectiveness value only reached 38.93%, in 2017 the effectiveness value only reached 44.15%, in 2018 the effectiveness value only reached 33.15% and in 2019 the effectiveness value was only reached 39.45% and this also shows that the tax levy that entered the regional revenue agency of Mamuju Regency in that period was still in the Ineffective criteria which of course was still far from the effective criteria.

Abstract

This research takes the title Impact of Ecotourism Development Blessings of Tapandullu Beach on Community Economic Improvement in Tapandullu Village, Simboro District. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the development of Eco Tourism Blessings of Tapandullu Beach on the economy of the community in Tapandullu Village, Simboro District. The results of research and discussion on the impact of developing eco-tourism with the blessing of the Tapandullu beach on the economy of the community in Tapandullu Village, Simboro District, concluded that the development of Eco-tourism with the blessing of the Tapandullu beach has a positive impact on income, namely people who work in tourist areas as food, beverage traders and wood craftsmen who work in the tourism area. services used for the manufacture of tourist facilities have increased economic income. Village infrastructure is an access road to the village there is a change in the form of road repairs. Furthermore, the West Sulawesi Provincial Government paid more attention to the previous area and made Tapandullu Village easy to reach by four-wheeled vehicles. Then increase the number of visitors, develop and improve tourist attraction facilities. So that with this increase, visitors will be more comfortable and interested in traveling on the Tapandullu beach.
