Abstract

Shopee paylater is currently one of the paylater services that is most in demand by the people of Indonesia. shopee paylater has its own charm because it has a pay later or installment payment method with low interest. This study only focuses on respondents who use the payment method in the next month or pay later and are never late paying shopee paylater bills to avoid usury and provisions in the Islamic religion. The number of samples used in this study was 70, with the criteria of students majoring in Sharia economics using Shopee paylater. Data is collected by spreading questionnaires online and measuring responses on a likert scale. Utilizing data analysis procedures including validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study on the religiousity and the principle of each partial consumption significantly affect the buying decision, while the Islamic lifestyle does not significantly affect the buying decision, but on simultaneous trials of religiousity, the principle of consumption and Islamic lifestyle simultaneously affects the buying decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe in detail about Islamic business ethics in building consumer loyalty at Cavelet Cafe. This research is located on jl. Palka cipelem, paleh kec. Pabuaran kab. Serang prov. Banten. Researchers took samples and data through interviews with the owner, employees, and consumers of this Cavelet cafe. In this study the total number of informants was 2 people. The data validity test technique used is the trigulation technique. While the data analysis technique used is a qualitative data analysis technique consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic business practices carried out by Cavelet Cafe have been carried out according to Islamic business activities based on Islamic business ethics. However, this cavelet cafe has not fully implemented indicators of building good relationships with consumers and ihsan or benevolence in serving consumers. The implementation of the principles of Islamic business ethics in increasing customer loyalty has been implemented quite well although there are still shortcomings in one of the principles. The level of consumer loyalty at Cavelet Cafe as a whole is good, but there are still some consumers who state that it is not good for consumers, so consumers are reluctant to make repeat purchases and recommendations to prospective buyers or other buyers. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of viral marketing, Islamic business ethics, and online customer reviews in influencing purchasing decisions for Bakso Goreng Raja Ngemil. The sampling technique used in this research uses the Cochran formula because the population size is not known with certainty with the number of respondents being 102 people using a Likert scale measuring instrument. The analysis tool used is SPSS 25.0. The research results show that 1) Viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) Islamic business ethics has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) Online Customer Reviews has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out whether leadership and service quality influence student satisfaction at the Ibnu Syam Cilegon Islamic Boarding School from an Islamic perspective. This research used quantitative methods, data was collected through questionnaires from 61 respondents, then multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The results of this research are that leadership has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with a t-count (4.302) > t-table value (1.671), and service quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with a t-count (8.209) > value t-table (1.671), then leadership and service quality together influence student satisfaction with an f-count (64.964) > f-table value (3.15). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuisoner dari 61 responden, kemudian dilakukan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri dengan nilai t-hitung (4,302) > nilai t-tabel (1,671), dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri dengan nilai t-hitung (8,209) > nilai t-tabel (1,671), kemudian kepemimpinan dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan santri dengan niali f-hitung (64,964) > nilai f-tabel (3,15). Abstract

Qanun al-Ahkam pada dasarnya adalah sebuah upaya untuk memilih pendapat yang lebih mashlahat tentang suatu hukum pada suatu negara dan waktu tertentu yang dianggap memiliki daya mashlahat yang lebih besar demi kepentingan masyarakat secara luas. Untuk itulah peran penguasa dalam hal ini adalah para pembuat konstitusi negara yang mempunyai wewenang untuk membuat qanun tersebut. Dalam hukum Islam hal tersebut diatur dalam ilmu siyasah dusturiyah yakni siyasah yang mengatur hubungan warga negara dengan lembaga negara yang satu dengan warga negara dan lembaga negara yang lainnya dalam batas-batas administrasi negara. Qanun al-Ahkam merupakan wilayah dalam permasalahan tentang pengaturan dan perundang-undangan yang dituntut oleh hal ihwal kenegaraan dari segi persesuaian dengan prinsip-prinsip agama dan merupakan realisasi kemashlahatan manusia serta memenuhi kebutuhannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana jual beli online dalam Layanan Shopeefood pada Aplikasi Shopee ditinjau dari perspektif fiqih muamalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan studi kasus dipilih karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis secara mendalam bagaimana prinsip-prinsip fiqih muamalah diterapkan dalam transaksi jual beli online dalam layanan Shopeefood pada aplikasi Shopee. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mekanisme Jual Beli online dalam layanan Shopeefood mengandung beberapa jenis akad yang sah menurut Fiqih Muamalah, dilakukan secara transparan, dan tidak mengandung unsur yang diharamkan. Oleh karena itu, transaksi semacam ini diperbolehkan dalam Islam, selama tetap memenuhi prinsip kejelasan, kerelaan, dan keadilan

Abstract

This research aims to explore the importance of paying attention to Islamic values in marketing activities and how to choose streamers of TikTok live streaming who are by the Sharia perspective as well as effective marketing techniques to build consumer trust and consumer purchase decisions. The data analysis method used in this study is an interactive data analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman. Data analysis for qualitative purposes is carried out interactively. Based on the results and discussions described earlier, it can be concluded that Islamic values related to the five guidelines of muamalah play an important role in building consumer trust and purchase decisions in TikTok live streaming shopping in Indonesia. There has been no research that uses the 5 Muamalah Guidelines approach in using TikTok Live Streaming Shopping in Indonesia. The subjects studied were only respondents who had followed live-streaming shopping on the TikTok platform in Indonesia. This research has implications for entrepreneurs who want to sell their products through live streaming on the TikTok platform. Principle 5 Muamalah guidelines can not only be applied in social life but also need to be internalized in business activities.
