Abstract

Dalam dunia industri plastik mesin kompresor sangat dibutuhkan, penggunaan mesin kompresor membutuhkan udara sebagai penggerak sistem pneumatic dan valve. Pengoperasian mesin kompresor menggunakan pneumatic membutuhkan tekanan udara yang tidak sedikit, karena untuk menjalankan peralatan yang berat dibutuhkan tekanan udara yang tinggi. Jika tekanan udara mesin kompresor berkurang akan berpengaruh pada kualitas produk plastik dan menyebabkan kurang maksimal sistem kerja pneumatic mesin penggerak. Dengan mengimplementasikan sistem kontrol informasi gangguan tekanan udara diharapkan membantu sistem pneumatic dan valve. Bila terjadi gangguan pada peralatan yang terhubung mesin kompresor dengan menggunakan sistem pneumatic kerusakan peralatan mesin kompresor dapat teratasi, sehingga proses produksi berjalan lancar. Penggunaan arduino sebagai kontrol tekanan udara mesin kompresor yang menggunakan pneumatic, sedangkan pressure switch terpasang pada sistem keluaran udara bertekanan dari mesin kompresor. Selanjutnya didistribusikan pada mesin plastik. Jika tekanan udara berkurang, pressure switch akan memberikan sinyal masukan ke arduino. Sinyal modul GSM mengirimkan pesan informasi berupa SMS gangguan tekanan udara terhadap peralatan mesin kompresor kepada nomor teknisi..

Abstract

Cooling tower is a system that serves water from the condenser to be discharged from the fan and then recirculated to the condenser so that the desired temperature in the room is reached. Whether or not water is cold in the cooling tower circulation depends on the level of water in each water cooling tower reservoir. The purpose of making prototypes is to facilitate human work to optimize water capacity so that it is not wasted or lacking water capacity so that it disrupts the condensation process in the cooling tower prototype. In this prototype used several hardware components namely Arduino UNO, ultrasonic sensors, motorized valves, DC pumps, relay modules and ESP-01 modules. This prototype communicates via blynk using an Android Smartphone. Periodic data can be displayed via an Android Smartphone. The ultrasonic sensor measurement results 1 and 2 for 5 minutes are 13.5 cm and 14.6 cm. While the average percentage accuracy of ultrasonic sensors 1 and 2 compared to the standard ruler measuring instrument is 98.57% and 97.7%. For the result data the average percentage of ultrasonic sensor error 1 and 2 is 1.48% and 1.53%. IoT communication can be monitored properly at a distance of 16 km and 34 km by connecting to a stable internet connection. The benefits of this research are expected to provide the effectiveness of the work by minimizing the use of wasted water due to unequal water levels. Abstract

Jamur tiram adalah salah satu jenis sayuran  dengan gizi yang baik. Sebagian masyarakat Indonesia sudah mengkonsumsi jamur dari dulu, dari jamur tiram, jamur merang, jamur payung, atau jenis jamur yang lainnya. Dikarenakan akhir-akhir ini minat masyarakat terhadap konsumsi jamur meningkat, menjadikan banyak orang yang mencoba untuk menekuni bisnis budidaya jamur.  Untuk mendapatkan panen dari budidaya secara maksimal, di butuhkan semacam alat yang bisa mengetahui dan mengontrol suhu beserta kelembaban udaranya secara teliti, dan presisi. Pada pembuatan alat ini, peneliti akan menggunakan sensor DHT11 sebagai sensor kelembaban untuk inputan data yang akan diproses di mikrokontroller arduino. Semoga alat pengontrol kelembaban udara ini bermanfaat bagi pelaku budidaya jamur dan yang lain, serta tidak menutup kemungkinan akan dilakukan pengembangan lebih nantinya oleh penulis maupun pihak lain

Abstract

Pada kondisi pandemi COVID-19 semacam ini proses pencegahan sangat diperlukan. Bentuk – bentuk proses pencegahan dari bahaya COVID-19 adalah melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan secara rutin dan berkelanjutan. Penyemrotan disinfektan dilakukan pada banyak tempat umum / fasilitas umum seperti fasilitas ibadah, tempat wisata, kantor dan lainnya. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini akan diaplikasikan upaya pencegahan tersebut pada masjid Baitul Muttaqiin desa Pucu’an. Masjid Baitul Muttaqiin Pucukan merupakan Masjid yang terletak pada ujung timur Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Masjid ini perlu perhatian dikarenakan berada pada posisi ujung sidoarjo dan sulit transportasinya. Lokasi hanya dapat dijangkau dengan menggunakan motor atau perahu. Dengan menggunakan sumber energi dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya. Pembangkit Tenaga Surya ini dikelola dengan Solar Charge Controller dan pompa air maka penyemprotan disinfektan ini dapat dilakukan tanpa mengeluarkan biaya listrik. Sistem Photovoltaic yang berdaya 50 Wattpeak sebanyak 3 buah diatur pengoperasiannya oleh Solar Charge Controller memanfaatkan juga baterei sebagai penyimpan daya matahari akan dapat mengoperasikan sistem dengan baik. Ramuan disinfektan dan cara pengoperasian sistem diajarkan kepada penduduk sekitar Masjid. Sistem ini ternyata sangat efektif untuk dipergunakan sebagai upaya pencegahan berkembangnya COVID-19 pada area umum peribadatan secara khusus dan kepada warga dusun secara umum.

Abstract

The Android operating system on smartphones has developed rapidly and become a favorite among other operating systems. In addition to applications that can be obtained for free, making applications on Android is also easy because the platform is open source. Hence, it allows users to create or develop applications already available. By utilizing convenience, Android smartphones can be used to control household appliances such as fans. Applications on Android can be made with the MIT App Inventor software, so it can be used to adjust the fan spin. Android applications can ease users to increase or decrease the spin speed of the fan from a distance. Arduino Nano microcontroller and Relay were used to adjust the fan spin, while the Bluetooth Module was used to connect the microcontroller and Android smartphone. After the testing process, the fan spin could be set using Android with a maximum distance of 15.2 meters without barriers and 11 meters with a wall barrier. Fan spin has 3 speed, 1473 rpm for high spin, 1462 rpm for medium spin, 1451 rpm for low spin, while the timer used consisted of 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 120 minutes.

Abstract

Electricity needs for each year has increased, this is due to an increase in people's lives. Reliability is an important factor in the operation of distribution system and is an important factor in the continuity of the waiter to the consumer. Several parameters are used as reference to megukur level of reliability of a distribution system that is SAIFI (avarage interuption of frequency index system) is a calculation of the number of failures or disruptions average - average one year, SAIDI (System of interruption Duration Index) index median duration - average system interruption during the year. In this study was also performed calculations eens (Expected Energy Not Supplied) This calculation is done because of disturbance at each feeder there is energy that can not be channeled, it can happen losses. Based on the calculation and analysis that the reliability index is obtained there are some feeder Rayon Panam categorized as not reliable because it has a high SAIFI value not in accordance with the target SPLN No. 68-2 1986 and IEEE std 1366-2003. Energy losses that can not be distributed annually sizeable each feeder. This indicates a feeder located at Panam Rayon considered less reliable, to the need for repairs and maintenance

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi membuat semua orang kini memiliki smartphone. Apalagi harga smartphone android dapat dijangkau oleh semua kalangan. Berdasarkan hal ini maka alat monitoring tanggul lapindo yang sudah dibuat oleh shazana dan tim dapat diakses juga melalui smartphone. Sehingga ketika alat sudah dipasang maka hal selanjutnya adalah mensosialisasikan aplikasi monitoring ini kepada warga desa Gempolsari. Sasaran rumah warga yang dituju yaitu yang tinggal tepat bersinggungan dengan pagar pembatas tanggul dan hanya berjarak 500m dari tanggul lapindo. Aplikasi yang dibuat digunakan semudah mungkin sehingga dapat dimengerti oleh warga dari berbagai kalangan. Sehingga dengan aplikasi ini didapat rasa aman bagi warga yang tinggal di sekitar tanggul. Juga nanti akan diberi kuisoner sebagai dari hasil kebermanfaatan dari aplikasi monitoring ini bagi warga desa Gempolsari.

Abstract

Monitoring realizes efforts to improve the quality of health services. To obtain information on patient condition data during treatment. The monitoring process is done manually. So that it has an impact on the service and condition of the patient during treatment. The design of monitoring the patient's body temperature and heart during treatment with IoT can be controlled through the NodeMCU sensor ESP8266, MLX9014, MAX30100 sensor and Arduino IDE software program. Furthermore, it can detect the patient's temperature and the patient's heart rate during treatment. And processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266, the data from the two sensors is displayed on the SSD1306 OLED LCD and also to the smartphone of the medical officer on duty via Blynk. In order for the tool to work properly and optimally, it is necessary to adjust the pin placement so that it can work optimally. The problem of internet connection interference causes delays, resulting in a mismatch between the measurement of the test equipment and the standard tool. Data values are taken with an accuracy of 70%-93% for the MAX30100 sensor, for the temperature sensor it is close to optimal with a value that is read on a standard tool with an accuracy of 97%-99%.

Abstract

Energy audits on buildings are carried out to determine the load profile of electrical energy usage and to avoid wasting electricity. This energy waste can cause the use of electricity in buildings that are not efficient. An electrical energy audit is carried out to produce actual data that is in accordance with existing building conditions. This study conducted on buildings F1, F3, F4, and G6 in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta to determine the value of the intensity of energy consumption used, whether it is following the Indonesian National Standards Agency. Measurement of electrical energy consumption using a tool that is the Power Factor Analyzer. The results of the calculation of the value of the intensity of electrical energy consumption showed that the buildings of F1, F3, F4, and G6 at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta obtained an average energy intensity value of 10.18 kWh/month. In this case, building standards are known to be between 7.92 - 12.08, which means that the building standards are categorized as efficient because they are under established standards. Furthermore, the use of electrical energy consumption used in buildings F1, F3, F4, and G6 in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in a month that is equal to 190,952.769 kWh/month.
