Abstract

Student management is an important part that must be considered by schools. The government has made standardized rules for how schools can manage students so that they are in accordance with National Education Standards. Student management activities start from registration, until student services that have been arranged neatly, may not run optimally, if schools are still manual in tidying student data collection. By him the role of student management information systems is very important for every school to have. This study aims to determine how schools can create student management information systems that are feasible and effective.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to learn the influence of work team and school culture toward decision making of high school in Jakarta. This study was the quantitative approach, and  path analysis method was applied to analyze the data. In this study, principals of state high school have been chosen as a unit analysis and 91 samples of state high school in Jakarta. The results of this study showed that: (1) work teams have a direct positive effect on decision making; (2) school culture has a direct positive effect on decision making. At last, this study suggested that work teams and school culture were important determinants of the principal’s decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Relationship Management Information Systems with Elementary School Teacher Performance in Central Jakarta Sub Highlands. The sample in this study were teachers Highlands Village SDN 75 people. Proportional sampling using sampling. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Normality Test and Test of Significance analysis technique Product Moment and conclusions with Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that the positive effect of management information systems with the performance of primary school teachers in the village of Highlands, Central Jakarta. These results indicate that management information systems can be used as one of the efforts to improve the performance of primary school teachers in the village of Highlands, Central Jakarta. Therefore, teachers need to know about the system implemented in the school as well as the delivery of accurate information from the school to the teacher. Facilities required to meet the school does in IT so that classroom teaching and learning activities designed by teachers varied, in order to improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This This research aims to give a description and information about developmentmanagement in LPKA Kelas II Jakarta. This research uses qualititave approach withcase study models. Data were collected through observations, interviews, anddocumentation study that have been done in LPKA Kelas II Jakarta. The result ofresearch shows 1) Planning in child development is not works well, because there is nofunding for the development program from the government. Thus, causing LPKA work inagreement with another social institute 2) in organizing two functions of the institute,Lapas Class II A Salemba also exceed as Lapas for children and adults. 3) In leadershiprole, chief of LPKA coordinates another social institute for helping in execute childrendevelopment programs. 4) Each of development programs supervise by all members suchas staff, middle functionary, and high functionary. They are very responsible formonitoring toward daily development programs. In reporting, LPKA use online systemand manual reporting system.

Abstract

Managing santri loyalty makes pesantren to win competition amid the high growth of pesantren in Indonesia. This study aims to examine santri loyalty model through the image of pesantren, service quality, and santri satisfaction. Samples of this study were 344 students from 2029 students of the largest pesantren in Jakarta and analyzed the data using path analysis. Findings showed that service quality of pesantren has a direct effect on santri loyalty which is the strongest compared to the image of pesantren and santri satisfaction. It is suggested to kyai and managers of pesantren can pay attention to services quality, the image of pesantren, and santri satisfaction, because it is proved to be able to increase santri loyalty.
